Everytime I go in the Family Dollar in Abbeville, SC it's a mess. Sure, the cashier's are nice and pleasant when you can find them. I can hardly get to what I need because their boxes of unopened merchandise are blocking the aisles all the time. Today I couldn't find what I need and had to work around stuff just to look. The employee was standing by the front door talking on her cell phone while a customer was was waiting for her at the register. Not the best customer service or use of time at work. I really do hope the rumors of a dollar general going in next door are true because that's where I'll be going from now on.

I just want to say what a pleasure it is to find honest people in this world. I went to Family Dollar earlier and when I got home I realized i had lost one of my favorite earrings. I called the store and told them to be on the lookout for it. I've had these earrings for about 20 years and they are solid gold, so I got back in the car to drive over and look for myself and to show the other earring to the employees. When I got to the counter, the girl reached into the register and pulled out my missing earring. Thanks to two great employees family Dollar!

Love the cashier that was working this morning, I bought alot of stuff today..... She stayed so professional, didn't make a face or change her tone!!!!!! She was so pleasant and helpful, bc the way I'm set up.......... Yesss tht type😂😂😂😂😂

I found everything that I needed. The cashier was very kind. She listened to my dog and cat story as she rang up my purchases! I stop in when I come to Abbeville and All working that day are always nice!😄

Poor poor customer service, when an employee looks at you and tell you she to.short to reach the items and I just had to say JUST MOVE I'll get it and then the employee ask another customer to assist. I.have no words to say but just sorry. Not deserving of 1 star.
