The store is larger inside then it looks from the outside. It is neat, organized, and very well-stocked, unlike other Dollar Trees I have shopped at. The aisles are wide and easy to navigate. And get this: there were two checkout lanes open. Plenty of parking and nearby to other stores.

I've been a faithful shopper of Dollar Tree for as long as I can remember. I've been to the one in Bellingham MA, Diamond Hill Road Woonsocket RI, one on Hunter's Crossing in Alcoa TN, Clinton Street Woonsocket RI is the one I go to most of the time because it is in walking distance from me, today I went to the one on Park Avenue Woonsocket RI

Slow service. One cash register for million customer standing up on Lane. Ebt /cash benefit don't work a couple month and they pretend don't know that and just say a client: it's decline.. like a robot , it's better put a notice write don't ACCEPT CASH BENEFIT ANYMORE.F...K STORE

Lazy and rude employees. Pulled up to the store before their closing hours of 8pm. Went to go in and was told by customers walking away from the door that the employee told them they were closed and will not let anyone in. We were there to grab a package of toilet paper and that was all. And upon approaching the door ourselves the employee stood in front of the door and held it shut….just wonderful.

The woman work hard there, they definitely should be more then two lines open on a Saturday never mind the snow thats coming.It makes you want to go to another store that doesn't have all that traffic. As for the staff, super nice and helpful

Very poor customer service. A woman cashier doesn’t even know how to greet, say please nor thank you. We bought 8 bags of 5lbs ice and a lot of things and she didn’t allow us to take the carriage outside to drop our stuff in the car!!!

Store is clean, well stocked and organized. Line was too long into the aisles. One cashier on during lunch time rush. He finally called for back up after 10 minutes waiting on line. Carts cannot be taken outside. Must park in front of store to load bags which must be left unattended while going to get the car.

Not accepting debit cards nor gift cards. They have no sign making customer aware of this. many unhappy customers get to the cash register to find out that they did all their shopping and waited in the long lines to cash out just to find out they cannot purchase their items. When myself and other customers complain to the cashier she simply stated that she only works there. I was not the only disgruntled customer!!

I went in there looking for a specific toy I got my daughter at the other location. Thinking that they would have the same inventory. I wanted to buy a whole box. I wanted to switch out candy treats with a toy. This toy wrapped like candy but it was only a small toy. There was a whole collection. While I was cashing out after I searched the whole store for the toy. I asked the cashier if they carried it (maybe I over looked it). She gave me attitude and said she never heard of it. I will never go back to this location. I am big critic on customer service and this was terrible. The cashier didn't seem interested in what I had to say. All she wanted to do was go back on her phone. Absolutely terrible.

Always understaffed with one register open while others are on smoke breaks at the same time. They need to make sure that they prioritize the customers first and limit the amount of employees that go on break at the same time so your not waiting in in line for 30 minutes. Website and door sign say 8 to 10pm but hardly open on time if I could give less than 1 star I would. Better off going next door to Ocean State.

There was only one cashier ringing and she was kept past the time she was supposed to leave. Took the store ten minutes or more to open up a new register while the line was 10 people deep. People next in line were not asked to go to the newly open register. Very disorganized.

I like the variety at this dollar tree. Usually well stocked and kept pretty decent most days. Workers are friendly and willing to help you find what you need.

Dollar tree on Park Avenue in one socket Rhode Island is a fantastic store, employee commands on the very nice I’ll go out of their way to help you If anything you need. I would highly recommend store anyway

The manager is being mean to me and the Dollar Tree stuff also left I don't know why Dollar Tree is not doing anything please this is a horrible place I ever go if the manager is gone the place will be the best place because the manager is being too mean to lot of people I would see please go to other Dollar Tree not this one if you go that sometime she will be nice and lot of time she be mean

This is a nice Dollar Tree but it's on the smaller side. It is open until 10pm which is convenient...some larger stores close at 9pm. Friendly employees, clean and organized store.

You need to be careful not everything is what meets the eyes but if you know your products you will find many of them here at of course one dollar each great place to bring a child five dollars means five things they can pick out independently job lot is next store and they compliment one another very nicely

My favorite Dollar Tree. GREAT greeting card selection and excellent store personnel.Better variety of items than most dollar tree/dollar stores; shelves are organized and clean.

Was at the dollar tree and I saw a cockroach running around the store . The employee looked at it and dismissed it . I was disgusted 🤮
