I'll update if needed. I stopped in at advice of friend who knew I was looking for a dog. I was here more for research than an actual purchase. We came here right after going to Perfect Puppy in West Warwick. Its a small townie store that has a handful of pups and animal supplies. The woman, Bonnie, came out from the back to say hello after a couple minutes. The puppies are in their crates located behind a short half wall. This protects the pups from potentially transmittable diseases. And considering we just left another puppy store it makes absolute sense. My daughter & I were interested in one pup in particular and I asked if we could interact with him. Bonnie had us sanitize our hands and brought him out. Ofcourse he was a love! After a few minutes she had my daughter walk him up and down the last aisle to get acquainted. I found the prices to be very fair especially coming here from Perfect Puppy whose dogs come from PA puppy mills (I recognized the names from my research) and they were twice the price. I prefer a store that offers a few well cared for pups than a puppy super store. The shopkeeper may seem a little standoffish but once I began chatting with her she softened. She answered all my questions and offered good information. I thought she was quite nice then. I deal with the public, and where puppies are concerned, I understand her guarded approach. Puppy World has been there for 60 years. Its not a big corp, its a mom n pop, their prices are fair and the pups seem well cared for. I'm picking up my pup this week and if anything goes awry I'll update my review.

Any petstore selling puppies gets dogs from puppymills and this one is no different. Look up a puppymill and go to images. You are supporting that if you get a dog from here. Adopt a dog instead or go to a real breeder and look at their facility. Even purebred dogs are up for adoption, puppies are always looking for homes

Great grooming. Same womn does my dogs everytime so they are use to her. She does exactly what I explain for the cuts and makes suggestions to help. I also pick up bully sticks and a toy when I there. They sell Royal Canin Dog food at a great price as well.

Any store that sells puppies instead of rescue dogs does NOT truly care about animals but instead is just trying to make a buck. If your heart is set on a purebred, find a rescue for the breed and save a dog’s life!

Much like other peoples' experiences, we were ignored when we came in and had to flag someone down to ask about the puppies. Being new to puppies, I was flabbergasted by the prices. I definitely will not be shopping for a puppy, let alone here.

They dont even let you interact with a dog before purchasing. I was asking about health guarantees and was told "we will discuss all that when you buy a puppy". Do not waste my time.

Just got a schnoodle 2 days ago and come to find she has KENNEL COUGH AND EAR INFECTION!!!!! They gave me a health certificate saying she was perfectly healthy!! Lies lies lies!! If you are planning on buying a dog from there it will have kennel cough!!

It smelled kind of gross, but I guess that's to be expected when there are dogs living on the grounds. This place appears to only sell small breeds, and the selection wasn't that great. The animals present appeared to be very well taken care of.

This place has been known to have a bad reputation. I have no clue where these puppies came from and they are very expensive! My advice is the shelter or a reputable breeder!

Stop puppy mill!!!!! This makes me want to puke. I don’t understand why people are still running these type of business. Are you so desperate for money that you are willing to hurt animal lives?! How can the world be so cruel to let things like this still happen. Animal lives matter to you know. I’m very disappointed to see such a thing. #stoppuppymill

The workers did not even acknowledge that we were in the store and you couldnt even get close to the puppies.. never coming here again

Went in and the 2 ladies behind the counter didnt even acknowledge we were there. They started running a vacuum so we just left.
