My long hair cats are in need of their spring cuts. It is a little earlier than I would normally do.it, but they are strictly indoors & getting badly matted already.Brought my boy, Aaron in & he really needed a sanitary cut more than anything. They took care of him right away & we were called to pick him back up within about 35 minutes. They shaved him from his waist down..looks a little funky, but he's much cleaner now.Have an appointment to bring in Aaron later this week. There are so few groomers who will groom cats are a "reasonable" price. I recommend them often when I see someone on social media looking for a cat groomer.

Our 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs learned how to behave while being groomed at Animal House. We also felt like we are dropping our kids off at a family member's house. They are awesome!

Today My family and I decided to get out Pup , Hope to her first pamper day/Grooming Day ,I called and was able to get right in , The staff was very friendly and the prices are very reasonable, Definitely going to make this place a permanent place we take our sweet girl to get pampered and let me not forget how great she smelled

We have been taking our small dog to them for about 10 years. Up until this last visit we were pleased. Upon picking up our dog they informed us that they could no longer take her because she gets skiddish and it takes 2 people to handle. My dog is 15 years old, deaf and partially blind and weighs 15 lbs. It was okay to service her all these years when she was spry and now because it will take 2 people an extra 5 minutes or so, they have 'dismissed' her. Very disappointed to say the least.

My mom brought her beloved 14 year old dog to The Animal House of Grooming in August. My parents had been taking their dogs to them for years. My dad had always brought their dogs to them but he passed away in July, so my mom brought her. When she picked her up, her dog had been shaved, seemed traumatized and it cost $20 ($60) more than my dad had ever been charged. Their dog will not be returning to this establishment...my mom was so disappointed.

Brought my pup for a grooming and the results were ok but they never returned his rabies certificate. I called repeatedly and even stopped in a few times and no one was able to help me. We had just moved from out of state so this proves to be difficult. What’s so hard about returning a call?? If they lost it, that happens but I certainly won’t patronize a business that just ignores me.

Very nice girls, and they are very good at handling, I had my dogs nails done today, they did a Beautiful job, the place is clean, no complaints at all. Been going there since they openedVery good I recomend this place to anyone.

Prices kept going up $ up. It didn’t matter if it was 3-4 months or 1-1/2 months between cuts! Lost my business to make a few extra $$$ very unfortunate.
