Emily and her team do amazing things, I can't believe how beautiful our dog looks after being in such need of a grooming. Emily is a huge dog lover and you know you're in really good hands while your pet is at the facility.She is upfront and honest with you and her attention to detail is awesome. If you can even get her to take on new clients don't hesitate, but she's so popular she's hard to get, now I see why! A+

I have been taking our Bentley to Details for almost 2 yrs now. They are are staffed with the most kind- hearted, dog-loving, professionals I have ever encountered. You can sense it as soon as you walk in, and you're always greeted by their adorable hairy clients. They know what they are doing, and they are seamless at doing it. Bentley always look damper, and we couldn't be happier!

My family has gone to DeTails for years for many pet grooming. Emily and her staff are the best in the business! I had a wonderful experience bringing my rescue in for a nail trim. They were incredibly accommodating of my nervous girl. Candace was exceptional with her! I highly recommend DeTails for any of your pets grooming needs.

Awesome and knowledgeable staff who truly care about your fur baby; amazing prices. Your pet is in a great, safe, environment. No matter the size of your dog, health or behavioral issues...this staff will do everything they can to give you and your pet an awesome experience. Hands down the best grooming shop in the area. I wouldn't bring my dogs anywhere else!

I was recommended this groomer for my dogs, (mini golden doodle, and a yorkie) by friends with much larger breeds of doodle mixes. I called, and left a message asking about rates with the details they asked for- but was never called back. I have been pricing groomers in the area, and am looking for a good groomer to always bring my two dogs to. Over a week, I called 5 times hoping to catch an off moment- and left two polite messages because I figured they must be busy and would return my call when able. This finally happened- with the statement that they were not accepting new clients. The information I originally asked for about pricing was not answered at all. I guess it's not worth it to them to groom a smaller breed of dog, and they only take the bigger pay-off? This is my guess. Fortunately all other groomers I got to speak with were great at returning calls and happy to answer questions. DeTails will not ever be grooming my pups.

Details is far and away the best grooming salon in south county. I have been a customer for 8+ years and would only trust my dog with them. Emily and her staff are the most caring, professional individuals in the business.

Without question the best groomer around. The staff treats our dogs like family and I have always been very happy with the results. Prices are more than fair and I would recommend the shop to anyone. Book early as they are very busy!

I would love to work with them, but they don’t return emails or phone messages. Makes it difficult to set up an appointment 😕That was an earlier review. While they still are difficult to reach, one you get “in”, they are wonderful to work with, and my two Bouvier des Flandres have never had better grooming/cuts. During a grooming in January, a cancerous lump was discovered on one of my Bouves. Had they not found it(anal gland, an area a dog Mom usually doesn’t investigate), Chloe may already have died. I owe them much!
