No longer allowed to call pharmacy and wait for pharmacist. You have to leave a message.Refused my prescription from my doctor even after speaking to her so she suggested I use another pharmacy because they gave her a really hard time. I switched pharmacies and am much happier with them.

Slowest pharmacy visit evvvvvver. I only went here because it was 24 hours and I had just came from the walk in clinic after my regular cvs pharmacy on east ave was closed. Almost 3 hrs later i finally have my medicine . If i never have to ever come here again ill be so happy.

They usually have everything that I need. The pharmacy closes for an hour each day to give the pharmacist a break for lunch/dinner. The line can be long at times. But they are usually pretty fast.

Not the workers fault but the new system of not being able to just directly speak w the pharmacy and instead being sent to a VM is absolutely absurd . Not to mention theyre supposed to alert you when ur script is ready after the doc sends over an E scriptand they dont

I do not appreciate that the entire company has a policy to not answer it’s customers, as well as, zero notice that every single pharmacy is closed Christmas so my partner couldn’t get his seizure medication when he ran out Christmas Eve. Tried calling multiple stores but alas it was useless seeing as they’ve updated their voicemail box to “we’ll get back to you in a few business hours” which is a crock

I don’t know what is the issue with the new system but is terrible, you can’t speak with a pharmacist and every time I get an Rx they don’t have it in the system. I been back and forth with doctors and this pharmacy multiple times for multiples prescriptions and the only way to get information is if you actually go there to be told there is nothing and you need to call your doctor.

in a collab with doordash, my mom is happy. she was out of a health item and was freaking out. I ordered what she needed, and within minutes, CVS product was in my hand! I do not drive, so services like doordash that partner with stores like CVS is a G-d send.

I called and checked to see if they had a medicine I take. I had my doctor called the prescription into them and then they sent me a text telling text telling me that my prescription had been filled . when I got there they told me they did not know what I was talking about they told me that they had no prescription for me I called my doctor my doctor said that was the place they called it in I went back inside they still denied having the prescription . I asked to speak to the head pharmacist and that's when they told me they couldn't give me the prescription till after they talked to the doctor's office. After they already lied twice and told me they did not have the prescription My doctor said they were rude when they called also I cannot believe they lied to me right to my face 2 times. I will not be returning. I asked some of my neighbors if they went there and they had similar experiences. They said they have since switched to Walgreens.

Everytime I go to any pharmacy it's busy an always feel rushed.. That change wen'd 5/25/22 in the afternoon. When I got to the window she was pleasant and answered all my questions an she didn't forget to laugh or show appreciation.

If you work as a pharmacist and you have problems at you house in your job then quit your job hate the bad attitude when they give you bad attitude even the girl co worker was surprised the way she responded to me don’t know if they are training or what but please be more kind because this is the way to ruin someone’s mood in one second don’t need this plus my sickness manager should pay more attention to their employees

Very unprofessional I won't be coming back here. I was here for a covid vaccine my 4th shot. The pharmacist asked if I was immunocompromised and I asked why .... he said because I didn't check yes on the questionnare and I know I did. I'm sitting with my boyfriend and he got his, I look down and my appointment was canceled. I now understand type two diabetes/ Hashimotos Thyroiditis are not immunocompromised conditions unless the pharmacist see's otherwise it's at their discretion. I was honest with what condition(s) I had .... I didn't have to disclose what the imnuno compromised condition(s) were. Secondly no one told me it was canceled I had to go up to desk and ask why. Very, Very, unprofessional I'm very disappointed in how ya'll handled the situation and disgusted... it was at your discretion.... there are so many people lying saying they are immunocompromised and aren't just so you're aware.... half of you aren't and are getting the 4th shot just because you're a medical professional and others because they lie. Thanks for keeping it professional. Oh and they proceeded to write on my covid card before they cancelled the appointment. Great judge of character ! 👏 I'm not a hard person to deal with even tho I was upset I said thank you for your time we are allset let's go to my boyfriend and left. Not everyone makes a scene. The quicker you learn that 💯 the better

Brought a friend through the drive through for prescriptions, that is all. Get my prescriptions elsewhere. Not a huge fan of CVS but if you need things in a hurry then I guess they'll suffice.

This pharmacy is amazing. Went in for a prescription and they were sooooo pleasant, understanding and quick. Updated all my info so quickly. The team work here is honestly amazing, no one was in there long and they keep the lines for dropping off and picking up empty. They were really great.. so nice, friendly and fast can’t say it enough. Specially since I was not prepared and had to run out to my car and honestly just had no clue what I was doing. Hope they know they’re appreciated!

Pharmacy personnel, in particular, have always been extremely helpful in answering any questions I have had over the years. In fact, I just called them to see if they carried a certain item and the woman who answered the phone (pharmacy) told me what aisle to find them and then said if I needed to know more about the product, to come over to the pharmacy and they would help me with any questions I might have. Very helpful and courteous.

Everytime I call the pharmacy it's a long wait over 10 mins to get through to talk to someone. Terrible customer service. A person could be having a emergency and they still have u waiting on hold. I'm transferring to another CVS closer to me.

Worst customer service experience ever seen. They never have the prescriptions ready, even if they send you messages that they are. Annoying phone calls and/or text messages eaely in the AM (6am) . You go there after they say the medecine is ready to find out that it isn't or it's wrong and on top you have to do the line again. Slow staff and very rude. Went back to Walgreens. Every time there we spent around 30 minutes to an hour.

My go to cvs everything is so easy to findMy only issue and this goes for all the cvs now I know the pharmacist has to take a lunch but I think its stupid for them to close and all go at the same time what if their is an emergency and someone needs a prescription or something at least one person should stay

The best team of Pharmacists and support staff. Able to call at any time of day or night to review or compare different medications. These Pharmacists are able to share more information to the client then the doctors. Most doctors learn about certain drugs from a office visits by the Pharmaceutical Representative. Our Pharmacists become huge players in the triad of Doctor, Patient and Pharmacists. They know the new drug that we will be taking and how it will react when combined with the medications listed on our profile.This team has become part of our family as we have chosen to use this CVS on Armistice Blvd and followed the move to Newport Ave. location for 24 years.

Place is a joke, last prescription i filled was for 2weeks supply of medication which would have been 30pills, I get home and they only gave me 4? I quickly rush back to the store and they proceed to tell me they did not have enough medication in stock so only gave me a 2day supply without letting me know a damn thing?? Then they tell me they will have the medication the next day I go in the next day and they still don’t have it at this point I was on my last day of the 2 day supply they have gave me so I kindly asked if they could send the script over to the CVS down the road and they continued to tell me that they can’t that it was already a partial refill when my health insurance was not even applied to the partial refill so how on earth can you not send my prescription to the other CVS because you want my insurance money? That’s exactly why they didn’t tell me in the first place they didn’t have enough or else they knew I would have to my prescription elsewhere . This is wrong you should not play with people’s medications like this what if I was going on vacation and didn’t check that bag of meds until i left? This is medication my body needs to properly function CVS is playing an extremely dangerous game and will be hearing from my lawyer very soon considering this is a form a Malpractice every patient should be informed if their medications can not be properly filled that is the job of the pharmacist to make sure every thing is ok and where it needs to be terrible place will be switching to walgreens once they decide to give me the rest of my medication.

Overnight pharmacist was rude. Dropped off prescription at 11 am wasn't ready at 930pm. He told me he wasn't able to fill it. When I told him it would have been helpful to know that earlier so we could have tried to figure something out, he accused me of trying to divert meds and refused to check anything or pass my concerns forward. I know he didn't pass them forward because I asked him 4 times what I wanted him to pass on and I got 4 different answers. The last time he wanted to pass up his fabricated story of how I was trying to steal. He didn't listen, didn't know what the date was, and he refused to be helpful.I'll also add when I was explaining and showing the rx bottle, how the dates were wrong he said he felt threatened. When I backed up 6 or 7 feet to make him feel less threatened he laughed at me.

Great store but its uncalled for how one calls the pharmacy and one is kept on hold for over 30 mins with no answer. Only to end up having to go to the store to find out my prescription is lost in transit... And why keep customers on hold for so long with no answer is beyond me...

I was treated very poorly at pharmacy, and I also witnessed a pharmacist yell at a elderly woman. Not good customer service whatever she had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in that CVS, it’s too bad because I did love that one!!

The front counter people are friendly, but the pharmacy personnel are not some are rude and the drive through is the slowest!! Ever!! I have spend 20min or more on the drive through many times had to get out and go inside cause the line is unbearable!!
