Feeling in need of a different breakfast other than my usual oatmeal I stopped into Providence Bagel. What we have here is not just bagels but bagels on steroids with delicious additions. I chose “The Friar” that has a perfect balance of chewiness and softness, like a cloud with a backbone. It's a huge bagel with the holy trinity of bacon, lettuce and tomato that adds a burst of flavor and a gospel written in sesame seeds."The Friar" Bagel isn't just a breakfast option; it's a revelation—a testament to the transformative power of carbohydrates and the divine artistry of the bagel-maker. So go ahead, take a bite, and let the culinary enlightenment wash over you. Your taste buds will thank you, and so will your sense of humor. Amen to that!

Everytime I order they forget something. Today they forgot 3 drinks and also did not put any avocado or spinach on the green Monsta just egg plant sausage and 3 strings of an onion. Food is good but did not get what I ordered until I told them about the drinks and didn’t see they messed up sandwich till I opened it at home. This has happened 3 times :/

I'm a NY native and was looking for some half-decent bagels. I tried this one 3 times. Let me put it this way: if you're from New York or New Jersey, don't bother. The cream cheese tasted off every time i tried and the bagels themselves were not fluffy in the least. They also set off a smoke alarm one of the times I was in there.

I absolutely love Providence Bagel! It’s the only place outside of the Greater Philadelphia Region where I can get porkroll. The sandwiches are always great quality and the staff is awesome! I treat myself here once a week.

I absolutely LOVED Providence Bagel. They are so sweet and professional. They are also always sure to give my dog a treat or a little cup of peanut butter whenever she comes in. Favorite bagel spot in RI!

Great ice coffee and bagels. Good variety of bagel flavors and sandwich or cream cheese options. Great stop for a quick breakfast. The staff were so nice and friendly too!

This place is very unsanitary. Workers wearing gloves while making food but touching dirty surfaces and items while doing it. I don’t think I have ever had a fresh vegetable from Providence bagel.

These are some of the best Bagels you can get. Also, they have vegan cream cheese which is a delight for me, being severely lactose intolerant. I'm not a fan of the tea here. I'm not sure why they have a problem with decent flavored tea, but the bagels make up for it. Just get the fresh squeezed orange juice instead. Honestly, I really don't need the caffeine. Just the delicious bagel please.

The staff are incredibly friendly and the bagels are to die for. The prices for everything are reasonable and easy for a college student to pay for. There coffees are also delicious. I would highly recommend ❤️

Since I started attending the university of Rhode Island, this place has become a staple in my life. The bagels are always fresh and amazing and the people are so sweet. Its a great spot to just sit eat and study. Everyone should know about this gem!

The bagels are great and the service is always fantastic. If you have a pooch they will even provide a pup cup (from their outdoor ordering window). Highly recommended to try this place out.

I went to the store tons of times and I always came outside with nothing. They've master the idea of hanger marketing. I just wanna try one dessert. If they have that dessert, I would buy something else.I went to the store at different time and that dessert always sold out. Well... i‘m just a dispointed customer. Do try youself, coz I've never buy from them successfully.

No, just no. The girl with dredds needs to get a new haircut that has to be a health code violation. Got a molded bagel as well and people with nut allergies shouldnt be the only ones working there. Not going to go back sorry.

Every time I go there I get disappointed!! Hair on my bagel, egg shells and bad coffee. Very slow staff ! Today I decide to give it another try and went for a coffee, the place was not busy and I still had to wait for 10 minutes until staff stop greeting their friend customer.. seriously!! And after all got over charged and got the wrong coffee 😞

Everytime i go there they mess up my order. I asked for PLAIN cream cheese and they gave me a bacon egg and cheese? Then acted as if i lied about what i ordered. Never going back.

Staff was extremely slow. 20 minutes to make a bagel sandwich. One girl just stood at the register sipping her coffee and scrolling her phone while the other girl did all the work.

We just went to get 3 bagels, 1 bagel sandwich, 1 bagel with cream cheese tomato and bacon and a tub of cream cheese. We waited half an hour, the one bagel that was supposed to have cream cheese had American, we never received the tub of cream cheese. Everything was barely toasted and cold. If you have 3 people behind the counter why is this happening?
