Went to Whole Foods to order multiple pizza pies for a gathering at 515pm on a Saturday. I was told to come back at 630pm as the pizza maker was “on break” glad someone had dinner….. I inquired at customer service if pizza could be ordered and she confirmed not while they are on break. But I am happy to report if this ever happens to you Piezoni’s sells pizza as long as they are open and that includes dinner time

I love the food, I love the variety and the quality. But I don’t understand is why the people that work there that are fulfilling takeout orders are completely inattentive to the shoppers. They cut in front of fellow shoppers, they don’t excuse themselves when they are blocking your pathway.They seem very aggressive and unhappy.This is not isolated to a particular store. I’ve been to three Whole Foods in Rhode Island and they all behave the same way.

Clean and neat. Excellent customer service. Each and every employee I spoke with was delightful 😊. I did not find the disabled people driving carts. Cart wipes were next to carts ! Yay they have purple potatoes and colored veggies chips for my grandkids. Update: staff is still very knowledgeable and nice.

Don't shop there very much but when I do go there I really enjoy it, the variety of food, personal products, the flower department is amazing. Stopped in to pick up some flowers for my daughter's birthday and putting together the most beautiful arrangement and picking up her some handmade soaps.$45 for this bouquet, amazing.

Went there only to drop off Amazon return. Helped by gentleman collecting carriages. 2 workers at Amazon counter were great, no hassles! I was there literally 6 seconds!

The food is expensive here it's almost double the price of most supermarkets. It got a cool little expensive buffet in the back. It's okay I guess it's not amazing or anything like that. it shouldn't cost so much the produce isn't any different. There's also a lady that smells so bad there and she's every ones mom lol.

I love shopping at Whole Foods. I have done both online pick up and in store shopping. The staff is always happy to help and very attentive. I especially love their selection of flowers!

It has a huge variety of foods. They have sushi and all kinds of hot and cold prepared food choices including a salad bar. It can be very busy there. They strive for variety that is for sure. If you had to whip up a quick gourmet dinner, they would have you covered from fresh bread to dessert. They promote fresh food and produce and they are into all that organic, no GMO, no this, no that hoopla. It's a grocery store so they have something for everyone.

Good, but not great. Good micro foam but too much of it for a latte; missing some of the nuance of really excellent coffee I’ve had at the same or better prices. Unfortunately this may be Warwick’s best.Location inside Whole Foods in unfortunate, especially if you’re there on a busy weekend morning seeking your first coffee of the day. Not a clear line and there was only one worker there when I visited, understandably struggling to keep up with the line and customers seeking the coffee grinder behind the bar for bagged coffee.If you’re looking for the true third-wave experience, you’re better off trekking into Providence with its many excellent options (e.g. Bolt, Dave’s). This isn’t as freshly roasted, and the experience is less than desirable, unless you also seek the market’s many ready to eat food options.

My favorite grocery market in Rhode Island. Always top quality foods and products most sourced from great farms or businesses. Less processed junk like other big chain markets. Their 365 brand is always exceptional and very well valued.As the saying goes: you are what you eat. So eat clean and as natural as possible. Whole Foods makes it easy.

I love the healthier options. The staff was very nice and friendly. The prices though...😫😱😳The sticker shock when they told me the total was hard. I was forced take several items off, but the woman at the register was so extremely nice and kind about it. She was probably the only reason I didn't turn into a blubbering mess.My daughter was recently diagnosed with several allergies, so healthier options are a must, but I don't know how to feed her at that price.

Love the 365 brand bread. It is a dollar more or when compared to other stores but you will enjoy it! A typical Amazon customer service experience where customer first. Friendly staff, no angry/sad faces among the employees. Creates a positive atmosphere overall when you shop.

Excellent---edit--- I went in there with my boyfriend and as we were shopping this man who worked there started following us around and asked us if we needed any help with anything. He walked past many other shoppers who also may have needed help to make sure he asked us. I felt the subtlety of profiling and paid for my groceries and left. I will not be returning

The service at this place is phenomenal! Employees go to great lengths to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. The return policy is equally fantastic. Prices are high and the prepared food items are nothing to rave about, though overall shopping experience easily makes up for it and adds value to the cost.Note that this review was posted before Amazon acquired Whole Foods.

Specifically ordered something for thanksgiving 2 weeks ahead and they ended up giving it to someone else because they ran out. WHAT WAS ME ORDERING AHEAD OF TIME FOR THEN!?! Thanks for giving the money back but I’m more disappointed because they did not plan everything out correctly. Terrible.
