TW: Animal abuseI'm so disappointed with the treatment of guinea pigs here! They had almost no hay (which should be 80% of their diet & they should have an amount that is 2x the size of their body per guinea pig) and they were in a cage that was ridiculously small. Frankly, all of the small animals did not have enough room. All of the hamsters were trying to claw their way out. I don't understand how someone thought this was acceptable? I only shop here infrequently, but this small animal negligence and abuse has convinced me not to shop here anymore.Look at the photos! That is not enough room for 2 guinea pigs.Lastly, it is disgusting that you guys have tons of animals shipped in before Christmas and put them on sale to promote the myth that small animals are good pets for children. They are a serious investment, not a toy!

Great store, I purchase all of my dog food and supplies here. I use the grooming service too. Robin & Susan are the best. They have good prices and I get rewards for bringing Reese there for a haircut.

The staff at this Pet Supplies Plus is awesome! While looking for some dog food(which they didn't carry in the store) an associate came by and helped me look for another brand which was less expensive and of the same quality. At the register, the associate (I forgot her name) helped us with a discount on the food I ended up buying. She was knowledgeable and friendly and told us about the Instagram discount. I'm not sure what her name is, but she's an older woman(say 50's) and walked us through the steps to getting an additional 10% off of the purchase. I hope the manager knows who this employee is, because she deserves a raise. We went on a Sunday morning, New Year's Evening around 1030 am.

I love this store, always find the people that work here friendly, helpful and really add to the shopping experience. The pricing on items is competitive and beats the hassle of shopping Walmart for pet food as an alternative. They always have great selection, good sales, and I can get through the store without having to run through 49 different departments to get what I want.

Customer service focused on fulfilling online pickup orders, not doing anything special for customers in the building. Asked for two cases of wet dog food that weren't in stock to be ordered, but they were incapable of executing on it and setting aside when arrived. Had to do it all by chance. Unfortunate that National Pet Supply went out of business in Cranston. Loved that neighborhood store.

I brought my St Bernard, Delilah, in for a groom and Robin did a wonderful job with her and when I went to pick her up she wasn’t stressed and looked magnificent!! I highly recommend Pet Supply Plus if you want your fur baby groomed! Very reasonably priced!

The prices are reasonable and the staff is always helpful. Since I've been going to this place I've acquired 4 pets from here. So I try to only go into here to get what I need and walk out but it's hard to walk by the pet section without saying HI. All the pets I've gotten here were in great health. Thanks for Merlin (bearded dragon), Connie(green cheek conure), Valentine (green cheeked conure), and beanie (albino guinea pig)!!

Love Pet Supplies Plus they are very helpful, kind and proficient. Love the fact that they carry healthy dog food that Petco and Petsmart don’t have to sale. And a plus they always have sales on food and different items that we use for our dogs. I really really love pet supplies plus. I go to Pet Supplies plus in Cranston Ri. My daughter goes to a different one close to her house and she says that they’re excellent too.

They are the few places that carry Fromm Family dog food. Prices are good. Treat selections are good as well. We prefer Pet Supply Plus over the big name stores.

We were unable to cut our pit mix nails since a vet put him to sleep to cut his nails and a shot to wake him up! We never had a nail cutting problem before he did this. $150. I wasn’t putting my dog thru this again. Finally I spoke to Ruben at Pet Supply plus in Cranston explaining what happened. Ruben in turn spoke to the girls in grooming about my problem. I made an appointment for nail cutting at their grooming salon. All of the techs have 20+ years experience! I handed my dog to Karlah. I walked around the store and to my surprise. 😮She was done, cutting his nails within 10 minutes. A gigantic weight was lifted off my shoulders. Don’t hesitate to use their grooming service or to talk with Ruben. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional. Extremely greatful for both Ruben and Karlah 💕A great big Thank You!!!

Always have a great selection of products for all types of pets. Have things that many other places don't have (i.e. different cat and dog toys, leashes, collars, seasonal goodies). Love that they give birthday toy coupons for my fur babies. Been going here since I was younger for our pet needs.
