Great Place! Great People! Great Service! Great Prices!I've spent thousands of dollars over the last 20 years on Stihl and Benjamin Moore products in this store. The customer service is great. Paint colors are always spot on and never vary can to can. The power tools they have sold me have worked great for decades. The service department on these products is excellent. The place is a treasure!

Good store. I've been in several times and the employees have always been polite and helpful. The keys they cut always work. They have quite a selection for its size. I prefer to shop local. Most recently I needed to drop off a UPS package. A quick on-line search netted this location. (I had never noticed the sign before, my bad!). I went in, was greeted promptly, hated the package, employee scanned it, thanked me, asked if I needed anything else today while handing me my receipt! I do not think I was there a minute or two. Great service. I live 5 minutes away and would rather pay a bit extra for personal service rather than the big box stores with mostly rude, uncaring employees whose only goal is coffee and lunch/dinner breaks. You won't be disappointed.

Something isn't in order with the training and customer service at this place right now. These 3 "trained employees" (maybe teenagers?)were nice but seemed untrained. 6 other customers and I waited in line without being acknowledged for like 15 minutes and there were three or more employees working. Finally I was helped with getting my paint tinted .45 minutes later after the 3 kids scrambled for answers on how to tint oil paint. I had to give them the bright idea to call the manager or whoever was actually properly trained to figure it out. By the time I got out of there with my paint, it was too late to continue painting. Stores shouldn't be left in the hands of people that don't know what they're doing and how to fully operate the machines

I usually go to Home Depot for all of my home needs as they have everything in a one stop shop. However, I went to this True Value a couple months back with my husband to purchase a wheelbarrow he had wanted. The woman who assisted us was so friendly and helpful! I was quite impressed so I made a note to myself to pop in next time I needed something. Well, here I was today in need of pet friendly rock salt (only the best for my pooches!). Yesterday we had a huge snowstorm and, as I waited to the last minute, I could not find the rock salt I needed anywhere. I called ahead to see if they had any in stock. The gentleman who answered the phone very jubilantly informed me they had it! I went straight to True Value, and I was not disappointed. Two very friendly gentlemen greeted and assisted me with my purchase. I bought two forty pound bags. Trying to be an independent woman, I attempted to carry them out myself. Fail. One of the associates carried both bags out for me and put them in my trunk. And he did it with a smile. Long story short, I'm breaking up with Home Depot and am now exclusive with True Value. Definitely recommend!

Although it's part of a chain it still feels like a small town business. I have never had to go looking for a sales person when I'm there there are usually a couple of fresh faced kids behind the counter eager to help and the prices are comparable to the much larger store down the road

I always go to S&T especially for UPS drop offs. They are usually more than helpful except for yesterday. The young man who goes to college in Maine was his usual helpful self as was the young lady. The 2nd young man was useless. He basically didn't want to work and had the nice young man not interfered, i would have had to drive back to Warwick and missed the UPS Pickup. I have gone to S&T for many years and I have to say this is the first time I have had a problemThere are people out there that need jobs and he should appreciate that he has one. 5 stars for the other 2 employees.

Normally I prefer shopping small business instead of the bi box retailers. This place has most of everything you need but not in large quantities. Great for propane fill up in the summer and quick stops to get some odds and ends.

DO NOT order parts thru here. if they dont have them in stock, move on. i waited 4 weeks to receive a handle assembly (i paid in full)i called up my old employer (largest stihl dealer in the NE) and asked if the part i needed was on backorder, it was not...the general rule is if you order from stihl, anything over 50$ is free2-day shipping (my part was 60$)they had originally promised me it would be a week or week and a half, that however was untrue.i called every week sometimes twice a week as this saw is very expensive and the customer i'm doing the repair for was eager to get his equipment back.same excuse every call "we've ordered the part it should be in anywhere from monday to tuesday", if i called on a monday they'd say; "wednesday to friday."this business lacks organization and my customer was afraid to go here for the repair initially as thi company has a reputation for either further breaking equipment, or losing the equipment.my suggestion, sure the parts may be cheap, but do you really want to get screwed in the longrun?

Best place to get propane- good prices. Also they carry alot of diffetent stuff. I bougjt snowblower tire here. Paint, plumbing, electrical and hardware. Great staff. They make keys too.
