I went in there this evening to grab something quick but there were no registers with the cashiers open. Self-checkout has older people with full carts trying to do it all in themselves. Then there's a man with no leg trying to do the self-track out by himself. Only one employee to help everyone. You have to stand and wait in line for sometimes 20-30 minutes because it takes so much longer than it did when we had cashiers. We should get at least 10 to 15% off for self-checkout.

It really irritated me today when I watched 5 employees standing around watching shoppers and they only had 1 person on a register! Waited in line for 15 minutes! I work all day. I'm not doing my own self checkout when you have employees you are paying that aren't doing anything!

I went there for a particular item and they had it, I was stoked because i hadn't seen this ice cream thing since I was a kid. It's the Vinietta ice cream I thing. My only issue with this Weis market is they do not have a bike rack. I ride everywhere on my bikes so this is an inconvenience. Otherwise I was happy to score the Vinietta.

Have been a Weis Market customer, 3 different locations, since 1970. 2 husbands, one daughter. Haven't gone anywhere else! I have been a gold customer for 12 years! I get personalized coupons! For the products I use! Don't know any other store that would do that

I like shopping here because it is convenient, but I only give 3 stars because even though the Mgr put a wooden bench way off at the end of the store for employees that smoke, daily upon walking up to the store glass doors, you will see employees (male and female) standing outside in the walking area smoking, instead of smoking at the end where the bench is placed for that. This is not good for Customers that have asthma or bronchial conditions. The smoke is unbearable. Even though complaints have been made twice to the Mgr., the employee’s blatant disregard of the Manager and customers shows no concern for the Manager’s action or customers.

I recently visited the pharmacy and had a fantastic experience (as always). I took the survey from the receipt and THOUGHT I was pressing the correct number(5) for extremely satisfied on all the appropriate questions.I apparently was NOT. 😞The assistant manager from that location contacted me, concerned that I was not happy with my visit. I explained that I gave them a 5 star review, but he pointed out my choices...which were a mistake on my part. I accidentally pressed 1 instead of 5. I apologized and asked how I could make it right. I contacted corporate in the hopes of fixing it... we'll see. But, I wanted to compliment the assistant manager, Anthony and the store. He was above and beyond kind and understanding. He takes pride in his job and store. That particular store is always clean and employs very friendly staff... especially in the pharmacy. The prices are incredible compared to other pharmacies, and has saved me A LOT of money. In a world where people are always in a hurry and for themselves, it was a refreshing change to have someone interested in what I have to say and appreciative of my business. Thank you!!!Customer for life!💯

Well I use to work here like 30yrs ago maybe when I was a senior or just got out of school idk . But place hasn't changed much besides the self check out now but the employees are always nice and helpful when you forget what isle things are in lol . But growing up we use to always goto Weis markets as they had good produce which sometimes I think giant gives them a run for there money in that

Great place to get your groceries. Some items are cheaper at Walmart but I like getting my meats here. On your way out the cart pushers usually don't mind taking your carts and having a good conversation with you. Seemed annoying at first but it's kinda nice just to converse with them now.

I haven't been in a Weis Market in many years and what a mistake that has been..! I am only shopping at the Haines Road location now that I have experienced their wonderful Customer Service. They have literally dropped and run to locate items for me while I'm getting used to the store. There is also an employee or two in the front aisle just waiting to help. I have never seen this before and they deserve an award for how they are running this store as they really have it together and I have a continued positive feeling shopping here.I am so pleased..!Thank you Candice and all the staff.P.S. First I wasn’t given the $5 instant cash for buying $15 worth of unilever products. After I pointed that out I was given a $5 gift card…that they never activated essentially ripping me off! Boo. I guess I had to pay for employees not removing old tags. Boo!

I've been shopping at this Weis Market location for the past thirteen years now, and have never been disappointed with their products or customer service. There's plenty of parking and they are in close proximity to a multitude of additional places to shop. Their staff is always helpful and they have a very good bakery team that is always willing to go the extra mile to assist with your needs. This has always been and continues to be a great place to shop.

Went in to get ice cream..came out with much more. Ground beef on sale as well as London broil. Produce department well stocked. Bakery area looked delicious. Found Coke starlight in mini cans. Needed help at self serve reguster..staff helped with issue. Great sale prices..good experience.

Fast run through, found everything I needed quickly. Got sale items that were Clearly Marked! That is important to me. No trouble checking self out, person standing by to answer my check out register, as it always hates me. LOL They never tire of running around to help as needed. There was always a reassurance that it was not my fault and that it was not a problem. I appreciate that since I always feel like I'm doing something wrong to make the machines not work. Over all, it was a good experience. I didn't use the restroom but I do know that there is a handicapped entrance and parking. Also, they have electric carts that can be used. I have used those in the past and know that they're comfortable, easy to drive, and have a large basket for the groceries.

Always love shopping at this Weis. I used to work there years ago. It's convenient since they are only 5 minutes from my house. They have remodeled, and the store is layed out nicely. People working there are friendly, and helpful. Found everything I was looking for, and checkout was fast and easy. Going again today to get some of their yummy apple cider.

The customer service people, cashiers, Weis 2 Go pickup helpers and everyone that I've ever dealt with at this store have been excellent! Always helpful and kind. And this store rarely doesn't have what I'm looking for a good substitute! We are happy shoppers!

This used to be our go to location but we tend to shop the Roosevelt location as they tend to have higher stock levels on some items. Would be nice when having groceries delivered if we could select what store location but goes based on distance from your home, so if that store is out you can't have delivered from another.

Today was my first day of buying groceries since covid19. I was so pleased to see shelves mostly stocked. Weis makes the best chicken salad I have had, and I have been able to buy that during the virus. I was glad I was able to purchase 10 for 10 lemon lime Gatorade. Only hamburgers seemed scarce! Nice grocery store.
