This store is very sad and nothing like the one in redlion. The staff here seem miserable, they're out of almost everything stock wise for dog food, the store is not organized, and the outside looks just...bad. the plants are all almost dead if not already dead and they don't have any tractors or anything eye appealing outside. This store definitely needs some help.

I get lost in there, always something new that's sharp or useful or cute I want to buy. My kiddo always wants the realistic animal figures and I always wanna go home with a new knife or sharp tool. We have to call it a draw and refrain somtimes. Good selection of leather gloves. I go through them fast. Don't bother with goat leather. Planning on getting chicks from there soon this month!

I like the store and the people are very nice, but we are SOOOOOOOO disappointed that their pet wash is constantly broken and often very dirty. The left wash tank has been broken for many months and just a few weeks ago the right one went out of service also. We sometimes would go every week to a week-and-a-half as we are very active with our dog and the accessibility of the wash station was perfect for us. Why does it take so long to fix these things? I'm sure they are missing out on a lot of potential income from this down time. What a shame.

Said they couldnt see my cat because they were at capacity. then i see the last person in front of me walking out well before 7pm. Dont trust the hours they put on the website they apparently like to act like they close at 6. F this place.

This is a nice store. The employees are always pretty friendly, and you get a nice greeting as you come in the door. I go for bird seed, and I will say they are lots of times out of what I want or have maybe a bag or two left. Their bird seed prices have really gone up the past six months. I may have to find somewhere else to buy. Otherwise, it seems to be a clean store with a variety of pet needs, including horses, rabbits, chickens, etc.

Tractor Supply's late night guys Mathew and Fletcher on the register are great! Mathew help me find a certain dog food quick and even loaded it into the cart for me!!! 5 Stars... Good help is easy to find late night at Tractor on rt 30!

I really like this place. It has everything from work clothes to welding gear (not a big selection) to Horse feed to live baby chicks. They have a selection of tools with discount tool bins up front. I get my welding gas there.

Angie, Janie (both East York TS) and Chris (from Gettysburg TS location) were fantastic. I was trying to find a stock tank 8ft without luck. They went above and beyond to find it for me and move it from 1 location to the other. Thank you so much for your help and getting my family the stock tank. Great customer service and highly recommend their Loucks Road and Gettysburg locations!

The folks here are always friendly and helpful. The store has a lot of stuff on the sales floor, and the aisles are always a bit tight.The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I must always stop in when they're mega busy, because I always get stuck waiting in line. There never seems to be enough staff on the clock to run more than one register. After waiting about 5 minutes for the lady in front of me to do a return that the register wasn't letting the associate do, another associate came up and opened a second register. Chances are that corporate or higher management doesn't allow them enough payroll, but I'm just speculating.Overall, aside from the wait, everything was great.

Too many people not wearing masks properly including the staff! On a positive note there is a great sanitizing station at the front of the store. Nothing is encouraged or enforced.I tried to call per your response to my review yesterday....which now seems to be removed.Please let me know if you still want to discuss my experience with me. I would be very interested. Thank you.Okay...i tried again....so after being stuck in an automated attendant loop unable to reach a human, I called the Help Desk and spoke with Kyle in Customer Solutions....who is forwarding something to someone.Tried Tractor Supply again on 12.16.20 for snow supplies ...damn knuckle draggers still walking around without masks....and arguing they have a right to not wear a mask. Unfortunate and disapointing.

Apparently the York store closes at 8:00pm but, their holiday hours sign posted on the door and the website clearly states 9 pm. Store employees saw us standing at the door and bolted. Numerous calls resulted in a , what do you want response when finally answered. Maybe they had something better to do than sell me what I needed. Shop at your own discretion after 5 pm.

I went here looking for hiking boots. I wasn't expecting to find what I was looking for, as I assumed that their inventory would be slim for hikers. They had a great assortment of heavy duty work and farm boots, western styles as well. I would not recommend trying to take one of their carts through that section of the store though. I felt like a fool, bumping into everything in sight with this dang thing. They had plenty of staff on hand- happy, nice people. Everyone said hi- and not a fake retail hi, but actual "Hey, glad you're here!" Hi. It was nice and made me feel welcome. I've only been in there maybe three times and don't recall that from previous visits. If it's a new "company initiative" or something, it's working 100%. Lol. After realizing that hikers weren't going to be an option, I decided to see what all they had. LOTS of animal feeds, and an impressively large section for house cats. I would have looked, but the aisles are a little on the smaller side, and I didn't want to interrupt the lady who was obviously looking for something. Lots of stuff that a "manly man" would be interested in. Assorted tires, hand and power tools, etc. I checked out the lawn care area- and was hoping for a bigger garden section- but that area was mostly turf focused. All in all- I'd go there again to have a look around, but this store is probably best for their intended patrons- farmers, and DIY enthusiasts.

RE: Dog Bath. The room had a very dirty floor as if it never gets swept or mopped. The water temperature was very hard to keep moderated. They only provided one towel that looked stained and gross. The one dryer (two baths and two tables) was not powerful enough to dry a double coated dog all the way.

1) Location: the establishment was easy to find, and convenient to a nearby highway ☆2) Products: the establishment has nearly everything you'd need for its market niche ☆3) Appearance: while it isn't meant to be a fancy location with decorative wall treatments, I will say that the showroom floor is a little lacking. I've been shopping there for over 15 years (since Delco Plaza days), and the appearance hasn't been improved upon very much.4) Customer service: the people are always friendly and don't mind helping you out if you have a question. They have good product knowledge, and often know right where things are, saving time and frustration ☆5) Pricing: I find their prices to be very reasonable, and the their discount area is neat to sift through ☆All in all, a continued plesant experience!- Lifelong York County resident

We go to tractor supply quite frequently because they have a wide variety of merchandise. My husband has found some good deals there on advertised items he needed. Even today he got something in the sale bin that will be very useful in upcoming projects he has.

I love this place! Best deal on refilling propane tanks. I also found out they carry GRK screws. My brother (who works at Home Depot) was telling me about these. Their online app said they did not have them in the store...nor could they be delivered.... So on a whim I stopped by TSC and they had some! Win win!

Everyone that works in this location is very polite in always helpful. The store is clean and well taken care of. Great place to pick up miscellaneous hardware. I also bought many tools here.

Drove there to buy a tractor umbrella that I seen online. The website had listed as available in store. Got there and they couldn't find any! Was kinda upset... They helped rain check one to be shipped into the store. Very helpful staff!

They are always so helpful. Took a puppy woth me to get dewormers, she had an accident, I asked for cleaner n towels and the guy insisted on doing it for me. He said he understands and has dogs of his own. Thats why I keep coming back.

Customer service A+!I purchased a utility cart and the tires were a little flat. They had no one at the time to pump them up. So they discounted the cart. When I got it home, the one tire had a rip in it. Went back in and they gave me a whole new tire at no charge with out any questions. Very friendly employees!
