Store is fairly clean, layout makes sense & plenty of room to shop the racks. I like self checkout, but sometimes you have issues you need a person. Also feel like since that aren't at registers it would be helpful to have associates who are floaters around the store to help customers on the floor

Great Target. Ample parking and friendly staff. Returns were a breeze. Clean store and well stocked. Like all Targets well lit and spaced aisles. One of the better in store Starbucks as well

A true BULLSEYE A+ with this store. The associates are very helpful, the store is immaculately clean and it's a fun experience - stocked and ready for the holidays. Their aisles would make any youngsters' Christmas amazing. Even if you are price-sensitive, their app deals and store wide 5% red card makes going anywhere else...mind-boggling. Great store, check it out.

I won't get my prescriptions filled here any longer. Yesterday morning (Feb 26, 2024) a woman (I think one of the pharmacists) waited on me. I didn't have any prescriptions I needed to pick up this trip, but I did need a box of Advil cold & sinus that can only be purchased at the pharmacy counter with ID. I also had one bag of Quest protein crisps I wanted to pay for at the same time, so I placed them on the counter. After I paid, I realized I didn't pay enough for both the Advil and the chips, and she did not bag the chips with the Advil, so I asked her if she got the chips. She said that she did not. Not sure how she didn't see them when they were in plain view on her counter right next to her register, but I asked if I could pay for them now and she said I could not pay for them there, that I'd have to take them up front. I looked behind me and there was no one else in line. Not one soul! But of course, there was a long line at every register in the main part of the store. I was NOT happy about this. I didn't ask her why she couldn't ring them up, but I wish I had. I think I just stood there with my jaw dropped as I was speechless. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I’d really love shop in Target but this experience change everything, the old lady cashier. She was so rude when I asked her if she can give me a different change she wants really hilarious. She told me we are not a bank. I asked her to break the $10 (change for my $20 ) I request 2 x 5$ And she comes with these comment I really took it personal, I really feel so bad that I have to look everywhere because on my mind I was thinking that I was in Walmart, Target you are going solo

Curbside pickup is so fast! If you click that you're "on your way" many times they'll have you items already on their cart as you pull up.

My mother and I were being stalked by loss prevention employee this past Saturday while shopping from a target gift registry for a gender reveal. I was shocked how close the employee came to us; that’s what alerted me to the employees presence in the first place that she was way too close for my comfort. So, I asked her if she worked at target her face got red and hurriedly said no and walked away. However the kicker is my mom and I were standing in the checkout area and literally saw a guy open his book bag stuff products in and walk right out the door!!! Now, isn’t that something!!!

I come here to get nicotine lozenges. I buy the Target brand, very reasonable price. The store has a new Ulta that looks great! I also really like the food choices and the Target brand products are very good as well.

Target has decided to implement their dressing rooms policies with no signage to the customer. I’ve never had a problem taking a cart back there but a lady named becky or betsy told me I wasn’t allowed which isn’t a problem but I was upset with how rude she was not a hello or any acknowledgement just “you can’t bring the cart in” she could’ve said “hello, I’m sorry but unfortunately our policy states carts aren’t allowed in the dressing room” and so I ask customer service about the policy because I had never knew that was a thing as there isn’t signage or anyone ever back there and even when there happen to be sometimes they never said anything but the lady at service desk was very nice so I do appreciate that but I hate when people hate their jobs so much that they decide to take it out on other people especially because I was very nice about it and also work in customer service and it just wasn’t great service.

West York Target is always clean. The employees are always helpful. I hate the self checkout though. They push everyone to the self checkout and only have 1 register open. It gets frustrating at times.

Handy cap carts malfunction and break down in the middle of shopping. This has been a problem since at least 2021.

Let me preface that this rating is entirely targeted at the pharmacy...we had a vaccine appointment scheduled and when we arrived the pharmacist said: "no."What kind of service is that!? Unbelievable.If that was to be the outcome, cancel it, don't wait for us to show up and then cancel on us...

Horrible customer service, went to return items that I bought less then a month ago and was refused due to them saying it had to be returned within 7 days because they were a special brand. Chace and the girl were horrible to deal would not recommend shopping at this store they have different rules for different items. Wouldn’t even give store credit. The rudest people work at west York customer service.

I shop at this location frequently, mostly using the app and curbside pickup. The pickup always seems to go very smoothly, and the associates are always friendly and fast. The same applies to the rare occasions when I shop in the store. The store is generally clean, well-stocked, well-lit, and organized. Associates are friendly and check-outs are speedy. There are never any long lines like there are at some competing stores. I've come to expect nothing less from Target, and they always seem to deliver on these expectations.

Alexis was absolutely 💯 loved her personality and make-up and her patience because I have a disability and she was extremely honest with me about everything I was curious about and I spent a good amount of money but not w out some discount on something new trying out a foundation called Stay Naked Hydro Maniac actually loved this one matching perfect to my skin tone and very natural looking but didn't feel sticky or smelling weird at all my skin feels so smooth andsoft n no lines of demarcation of lines anywhere no orange funky tan looks perfect definitely can't wait to see her again Hubby's actually ok w the spending of these products who knew... see u soon my eldest daughter's coming along with me

I've been shopping at target for a very long time, but today we had the worst customer service experience with a cashier named Jerry. If you visit here and go to check out, please be aware of a cashier named Jerry, he is an older gentleman with glasses. My 5 year old daughter even asked for a sticker and won't even acknowledge her. He didn't even know how to get a bike for us. My thoughts are he shouldn't even be in customer service.

I used to go to this Target all the time, but it’s been such a bad experience as of late. A few months ago I went to a cashier to check out (one of the rare times they had more than one checkout lane open so that the self checkout line doesn’t extend through the whole front of the store). I tried to pay both with cash and card, and for some reason the system wasn’t working (my card was fine, etc.) After making me put my card in 5+ times, the associate finally calls over a manager. I used to be a cashier, I get that things happen. But THEN the manager was so unbelievably rude and was telling me that my card was the issue and that there was nothing they could do and looked at me like this whole thing was my fault, even though at this point I had been coming to this store at least once per week and never had a single issue with my card at checkout. She didn’t offer me a single alternative, not a “sorry,” nothing. I usually don’t get upset because, as I said, I used to be a cashier and I still work in customer service, so I know how it feels to have an upset customer. I just couldn’t believe that the manager did absolutely nothing to help. I was the one who ended up suggesting different possible solutions to the manager, such as entering the card payment before the cash payment in the system, etc. Eventually I threw in the towel and told them I’d take my items to the self checkout and just pay with my card there. If I didn’t really need these items, I would have just left. The cashier still had the $50 in cash I had given her and the manger couldn’t figure out that I needed that money back since the transaction didn’t go through. I had to practically grab it out of her hands to get my money back because she apparently couldn’t figure out why there was $50 there after I told her I wanted my $90 transaction split between $50 cash and the rest on a card. This store is always understaffed and the shelves are either never stocked or a complete mess, even though I know quite a few people who applied for jobs here and were turned away. They obviously need more employees and new management. I only go here now out of necessity. I see this particular manager every time I go in, and from what I can observe, she’s still not managing very well, or even at all.

When I was shopping last night, I was helped by the nicest associate. A video game was out of stock and they took time to look through new inventory to help me find the game. Initially the associate didn’t find it so I thanked him and walked away. Maybe 15 minutes later, he tracked me down in the store to say he found it. Needless to say, this was way above and beyond. I appreciate his effort and customer service. So, to whoever was working the video game section at 830pm last night, you were awesome. Thank you.

I am so disappointed in the CVS Pharmacy at this location. The staff I dealt with was rude and they did not apologize or try to help when my prescription was days late. I finally just moved everything to another CVS location.I am very forgiving as I know places are understaffed and I was told there were “glitches” with their system, but after numerous negative experiences, I will not be using them again.

I really love Target's incentive with the gift cards you receive if you spend a certain amount. It's free money or money back in your pocket. They have really good sales and make sure you utilize their app. It also gives you money as you go along that you can take off your total. I clean up here. Tap on all your target circle savings and you will get the discounts. I also like the fact they have scooters for the disabled that work unlike other places I shop.
