When you order food from the kiosk you have tons of choices. The people make it fresh. This is kind of like Sheetz.On the first day I got a hamburger so big that I couldn't fit my mouth around it. It was two third-pound patties with an onion ring and short rib and lettuce tomato and mushrooms and onion. The choices are really vast. I also get french fries. The hamburger and the french fries were very good and I was extremely impressed with the marinara sauce that I got with the fries.On day two I got a miniature Pizza which was also excellent and there are lots of choices to top it alsoMy only criticism is that the food is quite expensive

Whatever lady that was working this night,came up outside to tell me that’s I have to pay inside the store well I know that’s I been fueling in this store for 3 years, but she go and copy my DOT # like I was going to pay the deasel. I ask her if she do this to more the a 1000 driver that go there daily. My profile is Spanish 😏

Newbie Trucker here! Never heard of this place before. However, you saved my night for a place to park to shut down plus the place is 5 miles from the shipper to pick up my load. The place is dope. Mannnnnnnnnnnn the pina cola, y'all done showed out lol. I like that you have a lot of food choices. 4 stars because i wish y'all had showers for truckers. Still a dope spot tho.Please bring more of these cross country. So good for the truckers.

It's a typical Rutter's. What made this location 4 stars and not 3 for average was the friendly staff. We were greeted when we walked in and while waiting for my family to pick out their items a staff member struck up a conversation about baseball and was genuinely interested. We just came from a little league game and I had my coach shirt on. Our visit time was around 8:15pm.

These places are always clean, this one is no exception, the staff have been courteous and quick at both the register and the food counter. There is truck parking here but it is limited.

Just got 2 bottle lattes from there and tried to explain to the cashier that they charged me 3 times because one of them were scanned twice and they insisted on it being under the same company and stuff like ok cool idc I'm looking at the number of items and one said 1 item and the other one said 2 because it was scanned twice i watched them do it, it was charging me for 3 bottles when I only had the 2.

Ribs would have been good, had they agreed to make them. Second time I ordered them and was told the wait would be about 20 minutes. Reasonable ,I say fine. So they change story to "just got off the truck we can't make them." Obviously, they did'nt want to bother. The first time I ordered them I got the same impression, so I said if it was so much trouble, it should not be on the menu. I was told, " we can't prepare for everything". I agree, but maybe just your advertised menu items might be a good start. Typical apathetic service. Won't be back.

Good clean and food is great but the milkshakes are very bad. It's like if you took water mixed it with milk and vanilla with chunks of ice. Wouldn't recommend it.

The electronic menus are cool and modern but the gals behind the counter are honest old fashioned grill cooks. Generous portions, reasonable prices served with a smile. If they did something about all the bob tail trucks parked and made room for working truckers they would make more money.

Its literally the start of spring and everyone's starting smile and use their turn signals again and it makes life that much sweeter because our president is killing it right now for our economy so life is sweet in America right? Well it just got sweeter because I ordered the Perfect Burger from Rutters for the first time and the ladies behind the counter were so cool can I have never had things before. Its plant based but I'm stoked because there's good toppings and I'm hungry as all get out. So thank you so much for this awesome experience and thank you for having a genuine smile you guys rock! Customer service is good here but the prices are unbelievable. I saw a cheeseburger in there that was almost $7 and it looked thin enough to be blown away by a gust of wind.

Their people are not on the same page. I was in a bobtail (no trailer) and was parked in the back near the snow bank. I took a picture of where I was parked and showed it to the cashier. Asked her if it would be ok to park there until morning. She suggested I park in one of the car spots since I had no trailer. After parking, I came back in and told her where I was and asked if I'd be ok until 7:00 am. She said no problem. Apparently, problem. I was woken up at 5:30 and told to move, over by the snow bank in the back, where I was to begin with. That's not the only issue. I bought an angus burger wrap and a pint of Ben & Jerry's. I looked for a microwave to soften the ice cream just a little so I could eat it without breaking the spoon. I didn't see one, so I asked the girl in the back at the deli (where I was waiting for my wrap) if there was one. She gave me a snotty attitude and said "we don't heat up outside food". I said it's not outside food, I just bought it here. She was still snotty and said "you can ask up front but we don't do it here". Well, you can be sure of one thing. You don't have to worry about me asking for anything there again. I will never be back.

Took over 15 minutes to get food that I ordered. Was ridiculous. Workers could if moved faster. My toddler can make a mess quicker than they can get my food to me.

This is one of the best Rutter's you can go to. Staff is friendly helpful and knows how to do their job. Tamny and Bruce are superstars. Service is much better first and third shift. If you go second shift 2-10 expect a pair they won't be in any hurry to get your order done but it will come out good. Conviently close to morning star flea market and more than ample big rig parking.

Such rude employees. Asked to break a $20 so I could use car wash and it was like I was asking to cash $1,000 bill. Like wow she got a full blown attitude told me we aren't a bank what do you expect me to do. Um have change for your car wash? Like I'm sorry I did something wrong. Guess I just won't need to go to this gas station.

The food is way over priced. The premade food I bet is wasted half the time. Who wants a pre made sandwich sub,ect when you can get one for the same price specifically made for you? I commented to a lady working in the deli she said I wouldn't believe the amount of food just thrown away. The premade food should be lower in cost than the made to order food. Maybe then there would be less waste

Ok if your going to hire transgenders or what ever they are, at this location and there seems to be a few teach them some customer relations, I greeted one at the cash register and miss lable their gender in my greeting not on purpose and was greeted in return very rude, and it even made a rude comment towards me.

This is supposed to be a truck stop??? Not every trucker has money, a fridge, or a microwave. And when we don't have money, ETC are we supposed to eat?! I CAN'T EVEN MAKE MYSELF TAKEN BECAUSE THIS "TRUCK STOP" DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A MICROWAVE!!! How is this even labeled for truckers?
