Smaller than the average rutters, 2 issues at this store, one little, one big.Little: why make truck drivers walk the whole way around the store just to get inside? What if they have trouble walking? That's a pretty poor design.Big: Do NOT like seeing racial slurs on bathroom walls not being cleaned up for over a week.

I ordered a frappe and it was cookies and cream. To start, the machine didn't sense it the first time so we had to order again. I take one sip and I'm bombarded with what taste like pure coffee powder. Ew. I can feel the powder in my mouth. And cookies and cream, where are you in this drink? Come on employee's. Learn to make your frappes right. I realize it was a coffee drink, but when it gets to the point all I taste is coffee powder and chunks of it in my drink? What the heck.

I stop here almost every day after work to get gas, snacks, use the bathroom. The staff are very friendly! Bathrooms are clean! I think I might be addicted to their slushies, I recommend the green apple flavor.

I make it a goal to stop here every time I’m in the area. Hot fresh food, clean bathrooms, a few truck parking spots, nice cashiers and good prices. Always 5 star treatment! Rutters is the best

I do not have any real problems with this store. Staff is friendly and my food is as good as the store on the other side of the expressway. Actually, Rutter's has better flavored coffee.

First time at this Rutter's location on Friday 19 August, 2023. I used the restroom and got something for my lunch. Why do these owners think it's cool to play music loud over your head in the toilet? So tacky. I bought some chicken wings and they were well done and dried out. I took them with me and I did not want do drive the five miles back to get something else. Avoid this place.

They lure you in with a low price on their gasoline, but that price is only for their Ethanol fuel, regular unleaded gasoline is priced higher. Tried their cheeseburger but there's no flavor to the meat. All you can taste are the condiments & toppings. I'll give them 2 stars instead of one only because they're based in York and their milk is usually good tasting, if you can find their milk that isn't within a couple days of expiring.

I absolutely love going in here. l always stop in on my way to work to pick up a coffee. The place is always clean, the bathrooms especially. The Cashiers are super nice and helpful, even when other customers aren't. Stopping in always puts a smile on my face!

Bought a scrabled egg bowl early in the morning. As I was waiting I realized that the cook was taking an awfully long time cooking those eggs, stirring, scrambling, and even more scrambling.As a cook myself I was in terror about these eggs. I arrived back to work with my food, the eggs were overcooked and dry as styrofoam, grainy like sand from over scrambling. Only had a bite.I'm not upset, but rather amazed how eggs could ever be cooked like this. 3/5 stars for the amusement. 0/5 for the eggs.

Very proud of the staff today, the young lady and young man in the food making area. I went to them with a concern about something that could have been a potential danger to the public and they were immediately on it. Good for them! They deserve to be recognized.it was today at 5ish❤❤

We placed an order for three made-to-order drinks at the kiosk. The girl behind the counter made four orders placed after ours before handling the drinks. We waiting 30 minutes for three frappés that didn't taste anything like hazelnut or caramel. HALF AN HOUR for fake coffee drinks! This store has seen the last of my business.

I only gave them 1 star because I couldn’t choose 0 stars. I ordered some chicken corn soup and brought it all the way home, heated it up to find out it was completely spoiled, Horrific smell😩 crackers were stale as ever. Horrible experience.

It never fails, I try to use my rewards card at the pump when filling my gas tank & the scanner doesn't work! So I have to go into store & pay first. I am FILLING my tank, no idea what its going to cost... So much for CONVENIENCE!! I was going to check my oil, forgot all about that. If my vehicle gets ruined its Rutters fault for distracting & infuriating me...

Easy off & back onto highway so it's a little pricey for gas & food. Fairly clean. I saved $.09/gallon on gas by going just up the road but that's common at service area's next to highways.

Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. Got in truck and left. Got a plain bagel with no cream cheese. There was cream cheese in the bag in a container but nothing to spread it with and how would I spread it anyway when I'm driving. Very disappointed
