The store and bathrooms are clean and organized. The hotel that I stayed in for MLK KO 2023 is across the street. I refueled here, and bought DEF. Also, I bought food here everyday. Competitive pricing and great service

Still cant use my bank card and they dont care,. I can use it at pump and other stores but they say it my bank. TheirIT department is a joke. its been two months. I just ran a report on how much I spend there in gas and stuff in one year. It in the several thousands.

This employee was very unprofessional slamming equipment and food around and displaying a lot of aggression. My fiance ordered the corn bites which you can see are laying sideways and completely smashed at the bottom and everything is just completely thrown into the bag. This occurred between 12:20 and 12:37 for order 414.

This is by far my favorite rutters. The staff learn your names and I'd you smoke they remember what you smoke. Always kind,clean, and professional. Two thumbs up!!!

I go to this Rutters daily for sweet tea, there has been the same piece of hair stuck in the tea fridges FOR WEEKS. This place needs cleaned from top to bottom. Also they need to revise their kitchen process because there is multiple risks of cross contamination in their kitchen.

Rutters #7 on George Street York p.a. open 24/7 Seems always staffed well, fully operational and well lit. Police frequently stop by And the people who work there treat me nicely. Rare I do a review on a gas station/ store but they have treated me well for years. Food order area always open also. And is good.

Way better than sheetz in my opinion. Much better options when it comes to food. The staff is very Friendly and it's always nice and clean. Added bonus is that the beer is always ice cold

Every time I go in this rutters the cashier who waits on me seems to be a real B!! (Shes older and pulls her hair back jn a pony tail.) I turned her in to management a while back for her attitude, and obviously nothing was done. She still has a nasty attitude!!

This Rutters is not too bad however, I did have a small issue with the older short chubby cashier lady that works in the mornings she was very rude to me and raised her voice at me because I stuck my things closer to my side of the counter than hers and she yelled at me and said to push it further towards her because she can’t reach it she could’ve said it in a nicer way, and I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me with no respect. I’ve been to many Rutters and gas stations all over and I always do the same thing and I’ve never been yelled at or treated like that before. Normally, the people just reach over and pull it closer to them and scan it without saying anything she stated that her back was hurting, but that was not my fault, and I did not do that to her.

Stopped for gas and this store placed a 75 dollar hold on my account. This hold overdrew my account and stayed there for more then 4 days. Customer service and manager of stores best advice wait till it clears. Won't be getting gas at rutters anymore.

The cashiers are awesome. But the food made my husband sick. The workers need to work better at making sure their area is clean and the food is properly made and cooked for guest/customers. And also have less attitudes when guest approach the kiosk

1/13/2020None working sink with hand written signs? How sanitary or professional is this? Where are customers suppose to wash their hands? Better than that, where are employees washing their hands? Why not completely shut down the restroom until it's able to be used? When I asked about the issue employee was clueless without any reasonable explanation. This is unacceptable!

I've bought food here on numerous occasions. However, nearly every time the quality has been sub par. Cold sandwiches, Stromboli with raw dough, doesn't matter what you get it's never cooked correctly.

This was the WORST POSSIBLE PLACE TO GET GAS! EMPLOYEE ( a female) was nasty, you can tell her attitude needs adjusting! My Grandmother swears by Rutters, others Rutters have been different. Terrible place, don't get off the exit......

So, I pulled up to the pump and realized I can not find my debit card. I'm on E and I'm about 30 mins from home. I asked about 4 people to spare $5. Everyone said no, then, a cashier named Nick called me over. HE PULLS OUT HIS WALLET AND GAVE ME $15 TO GET HOME. This was incredible. Thank you Nick and I will make sure I pay you back, you're a modern day hero!

Food at the mto counter pretty poor. Ordered soup and grilled cheese. Soup was microwaved and still cold. Grill cheese was wrong bread and wrong cheese. Then they didn't even give me any crackers for the soup. Didn't find any of this out til at work with my order.

Polite Workers. Good food. One of the best Tea's in the world. I stop by here weekly if I can. Great place to stop and chill. Walking here is great exercise.

I had terrible service with them months ago. Never even heard anything back from anyone once I posted my review. Today I went and tried there Rutters again. The service was still terrible. And my food was wrong! I ordered a burrito. I wanted bacon on it there was no bacon it was cold . Service was terrible! Abousously never going back again!!

Ordered a turkey club and only got bacon and cheese on it. Paid the extra for the turkey to be put on. Never getting food from there again!!
