Milshakes are horrible! They dont use ice cream but they use ice in their milk which causes ice crystals. Never had a milkshake that had crunchy ice crystals until today. Food is normally good. I got a shake and buffalo chicken which the chicken is always tasty.

Rutters is a great store for quick short shopping trips. The variety of items is awesome. A little bit of everything. Rutters is always stocked with the latest lottery tickets.

The slowest gas station I’ve ever been to. When it comes to making food hopefully you have time to wait because there isn’t anything quick about these people. I understand mozzarella sticks are fried and that takes some time but 25 minutes is a little ridiculous. Then tell me they have to drop them again for some reason. Learned not to order here before work on a time limit. Sheetz is 100x betterEdit: tried getting food again…should have learned the first time because now both times I got mozz sticks they were completely empty with no cheese….that was my last attempt for sure

This store has fallen a few pegs. Used to be well managed and kept. I live close by and used to stop in often. I know customers make a mess, but the soda fountain area here seems dirtier than what should be acceptable. They are always out of lids! The have one size lid and not the cup to go with it or they have the cup but not the right size lids. Slushee machine is always out of 3 out of 4 flavors or isn’t working at all. This ship needs to be run tighter.

Absolutely horrible place to get lunch at, I only came in for a coffee drink from the food area and it took them 25 minutes just to make the drink in my order was the only order on the screen, never going here again when I asked how long it was gonna be they said just a moment and it took another 15 minutes, don’t come here on your break it’ll take your entire break to get your food in the first place...Was told at the end of the reason I drink did not come up right away is because they thought it went with another order even though they were too completely separate order numbers. If I want to wait that long for a drink I would go to Starbucks

1 of the 2 screens for ordering food is turned of for social distancing. Unfortunately it's having the opposite effect with everyone standing around waiting to order their food. Aside from that it's a great place to get gas, food, etc. Staff is polite and professional.

First time here. Cindy the kitchen staff is so damn rude. She placed my order on counter and didnt even acknowledge me. And then argued with me that she did. When I was standing right there waiting. She was rude from the start. I dont know what her problem is but she clearly doesnt care about customer service. Get better staff, cashier was pleasant. Cindy is a miserable lady.

Easy to get to, generally decent gas prices, normal gas station items, and relatively friendly staff- which seems hit or miss sometimes. The main reason for this review is that I was there not too long ago when the gas station had people spraying down the concrete. These people, probably contractors, had no regard for the customers and were spraying all over the place. Instead of waiting for the patrons to finish filling up and leave, they just sprayed around vehicles, walked in and out of moving cars - if they moved out of the way at all, and the wind was blowing the water all over people and their vehicles. Not saying that people got drenched, but it as a little ridiculous.

Not busy what so ever should not have to wait 20 mins for an iced coffee. Their kitchen staff is the slowest most inconsiderate people. Get new employees because the ones working today at 10:55 am on 6/16 is terrible

Unprofessional and slow. Messed up my order twice. Only reason it gets rating is because of that one big dude named Angel, fixed my order and apologized for others mistakes Seems to be the only one in the kitchen with common sense

There are 2 really good Rutters locations. This one isn't it. Staff just stands around talking and laughing. Go to the North Hills Rd location. They are staffed well. I really hope Royal Farms moves in and takes over, knocking Rutters down a peg.

I am so tired of these places thinking itsiok to let coffee sit in the pots for hrs on end and then sell it. It is not even 8am and the coffee is burnt. This place sucks!!!
