The prices are good they always have sales as well as specials , the staff is personable and freindly, the pharmacy staff is professional and confidential. I always feel as though I'm in good hands with the pharmacist. Highly recommended 10 out of 10.

The pharmacy staff is always helpful and polite. I had an issue with a new script replacing an old one and they cleared it up for me and made sure I got the medication I need. The front store staff is always helpful too. Glad to have this store close by.

I cannot express how impressed I am with this Rite Aid staff. Today is the first day that this store started giving the Covid vaccine. Cathy, the Pharmacist, is absolutely amazing. She is not only incredibly kind, but she also did a phenomenal job with the vaccine process, in addition to filling prescriptions in between vaccinations! Doris was assisting Cathy at the pharmacy and she was terrific as well! She handled all of the customers with tremendous professionalism and kept the line moving along seamlessly. She was meticulous with all of the paperwork too! Hannah was on the front register of the store, and I heard her welcome everyone who entered the store and thank customers for coming into the store on their way out.These three ladies are to be commended for staying so cool and calm on the first day that the store began the vaccine process. They took care of all of their customers’ needs and priorities today while maintaining complete poise and professionalism, and it was truly impressive to witness. Thank you to all three of these amazing individuals! I’m so grateful to you all for your help.

I love rite aid. The store that I go to doesn’t have a drive thru pharmacy, but I enjoy going in and having the interaction. They are always so helpful & kind; They greet me by name.

TJ behind the counter tried to tell me there wasn’t a second booster for the covid vaccine out. I went to CVS across the street. He also said they don’t and never have taken walk ins and I would have to make an appointment cause they’re busy. This was a lie. I’ve walked in before for other vaccines. I’m happy to make an appointment cause I’m sure they had other things to do but I don’t exactly trust this store after he told me there is no such thing as a second booster when there is.

The selection in this store is great. It is clean and marked well to easily find products. How ever , the front cashier needs to know her job better and stop treating customers as though they were children and speaking to them in a demeaning and snotty tone. She also needs to learn how to admit when she is wrong and apologise. I spend an average of $100.00 each time I enter that store but no more! I will NEVER patronise this store again & I will encourage all my friends to shop elsewhere

I have had numerous issues with this specific Rite Aid over the past couple of years. The pharmacy normally has long lines (15+ minutes) which is especially not conducive when I have to bring young children with me. Pharmacy staff then take an extended amount of time sorting through prescriptions as compared to other pharmacies (or even other Rite Aids) that I have been to. On other occasions staff have not been fully trained to research prescriptions on their computer. I find all of this extremely irritating and I would take business elsewhere if I could.

I went in the store to recieve money from Western Union. I had all the info I needed however the sales associate behind the counter didn't seem to know anything when it came to Western Union. She had my id and my # for the transaction. She kept telling me the # was invalid. She then called another woman up to the register, she tried the # as well and just said it's invalid theres nothing we can do and just walked away. At that point I was really irritated and left. Very poor customer service and both woman had an attitude. Went to Redners had no problems. Being in retail myself I know how it goes but that mess was unacceptable!!

Friend of mine went there for a prescription antibiotics for ear sinus infection. The cleark tried to argue with him when she claimed that his medical card exspired, when it was not exspired according to the medical center. She tried to pull 97$ for the cost of the medication from him. He called the medical center and COMFIRMED! that his card was still good. Was she in a bad mood? That's why he goes to CVS now and that's why I go to CVS As well. Rite Aid needs to minister the additude of the pharmacy because the roodness is uncalled for. Does Rite Aid REALY care about thier business, you lost two customers today.

Slow!!!!! Waited 40 minutes for pharmacy to put my script together, 2 hrs after leaving the hospital. Thats not acceptable. Choose the CVS across the street!! Has to be better than this!!

Nice clean store with friendly staff. The pharmacists are great, as well as their helpers. Sometimes there can be long lines at the pharmacy if you don't time it right.

The two women that I've encountered, where very unprofessional, rude and the second time I was there ( day later) that woman was nastyI will not go back there, I will drive the extra miles and go to a different rite aids

Very clean and organized. Wide aisles to get my Walker and others through. Very friendly cashier, as stated I have a Walker she went ahead of me to open the doors. I will go back there

I think the Womelsdorf location sucks. I sit on hold at least 15 mins every time. The app sucks. Can’t never get my script requests right. I’ll never use right again.
