Went to Dollar Store, bought a few things, then went to Boyers. I noted the prices of items I had purchased at Dollar Store. Boyers was cheaper for store brand "Essential" items. Dollar store is nice, but prefer Boyers.

Most of the staff here are very nice and polite and very willing to help you. Their stock is not as widely variable from big box stores. The prices do seem a little high on some of their products and it's a little annoying that you can't use your debit card to pay your utility bill, but that's might not be in their control

Ellen the so called cashier worker is clueless. She does not know what a thermal bag is or what goes in them. Today I mistakenly took two items off the counter that were not rung up yet. She acted like I was about to run out the door with them.

Boyers has really come a long way in the last few years. Some really good deli selections and much better take out chicken than they made years ago. They have now become my local go to store for weekly food shopping.Great Job Boyers !!!

I ran here at 8:50 to grab a few things after seeing online that they were open until 11pm. Turns out they forgot to update that online. Well the one cashier lady IDK skinny, red vest, SUPER FAST Speed walker.. like this lady was not playing around them corners…total manic vibes.. literally said on the loudspeaker they were closing in 5mins. About 10 seconds later she popped around the corner and said “ummm were closed” where I then apologized and said I would be out after grabbing the last 2 things on my way out. Mind you we just moved to this area and my 2 year old is at home sick and we desperately needed groceries. As I’m checking out the sweet girls up front were super kind and friendly. They said it was just changed from 11 to 9pm. Well I couldn’t find something so they told me where it was and gave me the go ahead to run back and grab it. As I was running back up front MISS CRAZY CASHIER/ SUPERVISOR LADY legitimately YELLED AT ME “WE’RE CLOSED I TOLD YOU THAT ALREADY WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!” And I said “your coworkers are literally checking me out and gave me the go ahead to grab the one thing I couldn’t find.” She was clearly livid and I heard her yelling at them as I left. I told her “thank you for reminding me where NOT to shop”. First and LAST TIME I will EVER shop at a Boyers Food Market. Totally insane. This lady should find a new job or change her shift if she’s not ok with getting stuck at work a few minutes past closing. That’s literally WHAT CLOSING SHIFT IS. I worked at Sam’s clubs for a few years as a teen and have never seen anyone speak to a customer this way. Please drug test this employee as she was very irritable and if she truly needed to leave so badly then why didn’t she? Thanks for the bad impression on my now not so cute and friendly new town.

Recently visited this store again. I don't normally write my opinions but I just had to post a hats off to a young lady in the deli department! I believe her name is Sarah. She was very respectful, kind, and personable! Very helpful! She cut everything just the way I wanted it and she made want to come back!

Absolutely love this store.Nice little grocery store. Limited selection due to the size, but it has most of what I'm looking for.I have never had any issues, if I can't find something they are quick to assist me. The employees are so polite & courteous.

Just had the worst service! Dude your cashier bagging skills suck!!!!Again, girl cashier, sucks at bagging. Doesn't look in the bag. Just drops it in! She was lucky I didn't walk out! I separate, boxes, bottles, frozen, fridge items, cans, and bread. Wth!Update 6/2023...they are gone! But I now know why...it starts at the top.Best new news! Products and prices, has reasonably changed to a fair market value. How? Comparing CVS, Dollar stores and bigger local stores. I don't use coupons and I'd rather shop close to home. Happy me. Thank you!I changed my rating👍

Love this grocery store. Been standing there in the same spot since the beginning of my time on earth. ( Formerly IGA in my earlier years). Well marked, good parking area, good deals and prices, and carry a great variety. Helpful staff, and real fast checkouts. Coin star inside is a nice touch!

Boyers has a great selection and variety of products. Sales are amazing and you don't need to be a rewards member or worry about whether you have a club card or not. Products are fresh and their policies are customer friendly.

Boyers has been my grocery store almost my whole life my mom shopped here, now as do I. Small market, so easy and fast to shop but also plentiful variety. Probably a bit more expensive than other markets in the area but more convenient in my opinion probably because I’m most familiar with it. Kind & helpful staff.

Great place if you need to do a quick run in & out. They have gluten free items labeled, which is nice.. but I wish they had more of an organic selection in their produce & meat. They do have a hot bar and salad bar which seems to be a hit for the locals (& my kiddos!) every time I'm in :) love love love their bakery selection...

Very good place to shop. Prices are fair. Service is always friendly. Only gripe is that sometimes things go out of date and are still on the shelf. Have gotten out of date string cheese and yogurt a few times in the past several years. I'm sure they would've made it right had I returned the items but it just wasn't worth my time. So yes I would recommend this place but check dates on perishables before you buy them

this place is breaking all kinds of fire codes with the way they block the aisles, there’s barely space for people to walk. i don’t know how they get away with this do they pay off the inspector or something?? also the manager can be catty and likes to spread rumors instead of being professional. not very happy with this place.

Customer service needs serious improvement. Stood at deli with several employee's chatting amongst themselves and waited for someone to help. 3 employee looked right at me and just kept doing what they were doing. I had to ask if anyone was working the counter. Get to register and the young lady looked as though she would rather be anywhere else but there. I have been in the retail industry my whole life. This was unacceptable in my opinion. Fortunately there are other stores to shop at.

If you are noise sensitive try to spend as little time in this store as you can. The music is played too loud and is more of a deterrent than anything! Most prices are higher than other stores. It is more a store of convenience and last minute shopping than a store I would do all my purchasing in.I like to shop in stores where the music is more of an afterthought in the background and allows me to focus on what I am there for and peruse the store looking for other items I might not have thought about or are on sale.The music here is so loud at times that all I worry about is the exact item I came in for and how fast I can leave.

I normally have a pleasant experience here. I live nearby and frequent it often. My only complaint is they lock their doors a half hour before they close. I don't get it. This has happened before, but an employee opened the door from the inside to let me in. They advertise that theyclose at 11:00 pm. I got there at 10:30 and the doors wouldn't open. I looked an employee right in the eye through the glass and she wouldn't let me in or even signal to me as to what was happening. I needed 3 things. If you're going to lock the doors a half hour before you actually close then I think you should advertise that you close at the time you lock your door. I'll buy my 3 things elsewhere. Very frustrating. In the time it took to write this while sitting in my car, I've seen 2 other potential customers locked out before the advertised closing time.

Had a newbie wait on me at the deli. Her second day on the job. She started to get frustrated cuz the scale wasn't working the way it should and she kept apologizing. I reinforced that she was doing a good job, and if was me, I would have kicked the scale. Great icebreaker. I watched her wait on two other customers and she did a wonderful job. She just needed a confidence booster.

It's a nice local store with a friendly feel. The food selection is limited compared to bigger chains but they have all the essentials. Good sales, friendly staff, clean and quaint. I love when they do their samplings and cookouts!!
