Riley has given me good customer care but the problem is not with her. It’s with the delivery of the package, let me explain, shipping address is wrong , the package went to the barbershop that I don’t work at any more, and not the address that’s been changed for a long time now. The home address is the same as shipping address but why was it delivered to the raw barbershop?

Have ordered from WBBS on a few occasions now and while there were few minor errors with the order, Genesis (customer associate) took care of them, professionally and expeditiously. Quick shipping, excellent service, prices are reasonable and they carry the needed product lines. Their inventory could be better on some items, but I know they are still recovering from supply chain issues. Keep checking and they will get them in. They are also my go to place for Lather King parts and service. Would not hesitate to order again.

Been using them for years. Best barber magazine/store I've ever used. I had a recent problem with a missing package and they shipped out another instantly to fix any issues. Then when missing shipment finally came in; they emailed me a return label and sent it back with ease. They also have a very good warranty on tools. Anytime I've had issues I've sent them in for repairs and I'd get a new pair back or my clippers fixed.

Federal Express said that they delivered the Package from you and we had signed for it. Because we did not receive it or sign for it I contacted WB Customer Service and this problem was resolved. WB will be reshipping me the package to us. Fedex accepted responsibility for us not receiving the package. We appreciate the speedy response from WB to address and resolve this problem. Attempted to place order online, upon completion of my order and check out the system told me there was an error and to try again, attempted 4 times no success until I looked at my bank account they successfully withdrew 955 dollars four different times. Oh and no order was completed. Now it's been 5 days and no refund, called customer service was told why did I enter my info 4 times was told someone would call me back still waiting don't know about you but 3800 dollars out of my pocket is concerning
