The staff was very helpful and kind. They treated my cat so nice I think she felt comfortable there and it was her first time ever being outside of our home so she was afraid until we got there. The doctor was very smart and friendly. He gave her a steroid shot 💉 which helped her right there in the spot!However, my mind was blown when I found out immediately that my cat whom I have had since she was about 6 weeks old and is now 6 months, and I was told was a boy was actually a girl 😂I highly recommend the Animal Hospital ❤️ we had a very good experience.

Great friendly & family service. Always quick & responsive but horrible follow up care. I received a plastic cone for my dog after stitches was needed on a paw. Days later, it was destroyed because the dog runs into stuff because his head is obviously bigger because of the cone. None of us could put the cone or bandage back on so we called for help after paying 600$ just to be back at square one frightened that a may need to pay another 600$ to actually get help. After 4-5 days I have the same initial problem for my dog I need a dog doctor to help us prevent & cure not diagnose & treat for a payout!

My wife and I have had great experiences here with all of our pets. When we had to put our dog down I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was so kind and caring during that hard process.

I brought my cat Luna in today because she’s been having some issues and needed surgery. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and quick to help. My Luna came back to me very well taken care of. I will be returning to this vet for all my veterinary needs in the future and I’d be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

Used to love this place until the location move and new staff came in. They lack empathy/sympathy and refuse to take in what the pet owners say about what their pets deal with day to day. Our pets have been continuously misdiagnosed, medicated wrong, missing notes in files which make us seem like we were wrong, very often we were told one thing and the chart was never updated to match. Very unfortunate bc I used to think this place was one of the best! I don’t know if it was just the vets we had for our pets or what happened to their old vet hut it just wasn’t the same :(We have since switched all of our pets elsewhere!

I have been going to the Animal Hospital for over 20 years. The new location and staff is great improvement to this clinic. Very clean, timely scheduling, caring vet techs and Dr. Sullivan is a great addition to the staff.

I was more than pleased with my first visit with Dr Samatha Blossom & her Vet Tech was outstanding as well. They handled our 2 German Shephards like true pro’s, keeping them calm & focused with shots & blood draws, was a first for me to witness. I met the business manager & she was welcoming, kind & respectful, the office receptionist a& checking out experience was just as smooth, I’m sold on this place. Thank you

I had my little girl, Ash (Blue Tabby Cat), to the Emergency Hospital on Saturday and sent home without an antibiotic. We never got any results until Thursday. On Monday morning, I woke up to bloody urine spots and called the Emergency Vet and was told that there were no results as of yet and I ended up paying extra for further testing in the lab which could take time. By Monday evening, I was told it would take at least 5 more days. Anyway, Monday morning, I went to our vet (AH on the GS) and no prescription was faxed, but the wonderful receptionist helped us knowing our girl was pretty sick by her report and within 10 minutes, Dr. Laura ok’d the antibiotic. Wednesday, my husband called me at work and Ash was miserable again. Dr. Weiner was her vet that day and did an X-ray with an ultrasound. He gave her a strong antibiotic injection. I was scared for her Wednesday night. Today, (Thursday 9/14), I can’t believe how good she is today! I was so grateful that someone took the time to listen to us that I had to stop in the office after I got off work today to tell the receptionist. Thank you so much 😊

I had to make the most difficult decision ever to send my sweet boy Otis home. The entire staff was so genuinely compassionate and accommodating. Dr Weiner went above & beyond in his duties. In the end this was ultimately the best thing for my baby boy. Thank you to everyone who helped make this painful experience a little easier. Jody I appreciate you!🙏🏻

About a month ago took the dog to animal Hospital on the Golden strip which moved to Washington blvd He had a good size lump by his shoulder and limping around when he walked. Here the vet said they took X-rays and tested him and found nothing wrong and gave an antibiotic medication and a pain medication.Here the vet was treating him for an infection and said he might have some arthritis in his leg. So here two week went by and didn’t really see any improvement.So here i wanted to get a second opinion about what was going on so here i took him to the loyalsock animal hospital on northway road here they looked him over and said they got the records and looked them over and here the other vet didn’t test my dog’s lump like they said they did. So here loyalsock animal hospital tested the lump and found cancer cells. Im just so overly pissed off and mad at the animal hospital on Washington blvd. I would recommend not going to the animal hospital on Washington blvd since they lied to me about testing the lump for cancer let alone getting payed for something that they didn’t do.My friend also had this happen to them there dog had mass in the same area and had a hard time walking and they told them your dog fine there nothing wrong.

My appointment was for 4pm. Arrived 10 minutes early and went to a room. The first girl did what she was supposed to and said the doctor would be in. Well. It was over an hour before she came in to exam and treat my pet. She was nice. But nobody ever came in and said she was running late or anything. Very unprofessional

I always have a good experience at The Animal Hospital!! They really care about my cat Molly and before her they took care of my cat Emma until she passed away at 18. The staff showed so much care and compassion at such a very difficult time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to take their pets.I have been taking my pets there for about six years!! I am very happy with the care they receive!! Our appt was at 5& the dr didn’t come in til 545& tjem commented on our dogs eyes becaus they were red. I told them he’s been barking for 45 minutes and she asked if it was allergies. I said no. You need to shorten your wait time in rooms for the animals

Our dog, Maizy, just had bladder stone removal surgery this week and the staff and vets did a great job on her surgery, taking care of her and keeping in communication with my wife and I. We normally use this vet for our regular dog maintenance for shots and preventative care. This was the first time our dog has had surgery. We appreciate the care Maizy was given! Also the communication is great!

I showed up with my new kitten not having an appointment. His eye had swollen up overnight with a bad case of conjuctivitis. I was so anxious about him being able to get treatment for it on the spot but they were accommodating and able to squeeze him in to be seen and cared for. The staff here were very kind, the office was clean and neat and I highly recommend this place for anyone's fur baby.

Our dog has been sick for nearly 2 weeks and it's already hard enough to find a vet office that'll see him. We called and we're informed for non-patients they don't have space. But for patients they do. What if this was life or death and I have to wait nearly a month to have my dog seen?? Waiting can be the biggest killer. We were advised to just "call around". No recommendations, no suggestions. Pretty much said "well we can't help you, so good luck." Thankfully we found another vet office who WERE willing to take him even as a non patient. And we're looking forward to enrolling with them. I understand not having availability, but they literally told us "oh we do, just not for him." Hindsight, probably our biggest blessing.

Absolutely a phenomenal place! My poor little kitty had an ear infection and worms. They were so sweet and able to work within my budget that I needed and get the right care for my little baby. I Love this animal hospital! They treated my pet wonderfully. The were very helpful to me and my family. They answer all my questions. I never have to wait long; the staff is always courteous; and my pet doesn't have a problem going to his appointments.
