Great place for ice cream, milkshakes, ice cream cakes, sundaes, and all other kinds of cool treats. Order at the window or they also have drive thru service available. Parking area is cramped, but there is additional parking in the rear lot.

Good hand dipped ice cream with a variety of flavors. A mix of seasonal and everyday flavors then the usuals like bannana split or hot fudge sundae. Good service, all employees wore masks. The only thing I didn't like was that they did not wear gloves to serve or hand you your ice cream. Easy location to find and access.

In the summer this place is definitely a go-to spot. My daughters really like this place!n however went there a few days ago...ordered two peanut butter milkshakes, I feel there was more icecream than peanut butter, also more cream than a thick milkshake. I have to say I will visit the “cookout” for the milkshakes.

I drove past this place many times. Well, today i stopped by and brought my step son. I ordered the hot fudge brownie sundae. It was really delicious. My step son ordered the small vanilla waffle cone. I will be back for more. I didn't realize you can bring your own bananas and they will make the banana split for you. Yummo!😋😋😋

Went through the drive thru today(2/11/23) at 8pm. Tried to order a brownie sundae. They said the hot fudge pump was broke. Ok, so we ordered two cups of regular ice cream and two pup cups for our dogs. We pull around, they give us our ice cream and say have a nice night. We asked about the pup cups and the girl at the window acted annoyed that we asked about something we ordered, sprayed whipped cream into two cups and handed them out the window and went back to laughing and fooling around with her coworkers. We get ice cream from here quite a bit but if this is how service is going to be, we will go elsewhere where they don’t make you feel like you are interrupting their day.

Very good Sundays. I've had them before they bring a food trailer to my work for employee appreciation. If you have hard working employees and want to show your appreciation, give them a busters treat.

We had really nice cones! Black Raspberry in a waffle cone and a banana split. They have a smaller menu but all the dishes and flavors seem really good! Priced moderately and the staff was nice. Nice outdoor seating also.

Not sure if they were having a bad day when I stopped in, but you could just drink the ice cream. I got a pint of Death by Chocolate and of course a doggie cup and both were softer than soft serve, it sure was not hard frozen ice cream. Now since this was my first time there maybe that is how their ice cream is... drinkable... which of course is a good drink but it sure was not ice cream in any form I have or had ever purchased. I am hoping that I just picked a bad day and their coolers/freezers were out of service....

Makes the best birthday cake ice cream I have ever had. Also has a drive thru and very friendly employees. Unfortunately the prices are very high for the portion sizes and you'll be left paying $5 for a small cup that they deem a large. Not the employees fault, but definitely wish the owners would at least up the portion size for the prices. Recommend all around though. Especially the birthday cake ice cream 🎂🍦

Had the absolute displeasure of showing up at closing time to watch my wife get within 5 feet of the window when the brunette put on her best smile, turned off the open sign and slammed the window in my wife's face! A great big FU for guy your great customer NO service! Since its apparent your flush with capital it will be a long long time before this family thinks about returning. Your ice cream might be good but nothing takes the place of customer service!

Brady and his team are so fantastic! We had them surprise our wedding guests with their ice cream truck and it was such a success! Brady was easy to work with, the team he had working the event was fantastic, and as always the ice cream was exceptional! Hands down on of our best wedding vendor decisions!!

Most of the time, the employees are awesome, quick and personable, and as always, the icecream is awesome. Bruster's is about the only place to get such a wide variety of flavors made daily in the area. The price for the size is very reasonable too!

I was out working in Williamsport. It was hot and I stopped at Brusters.From the beautiful young lady who waited on me and the outstanding delicious Gary Crisman Peanut butter fudge Sundae. This is one of the best places for ice cream in the Williamsport area. The gram central station is incredible and I have never found anything like it before. My son also loves the gummy worms and dirt cup ice cream that he always asks for at any other ice cream place we go. You get a lot for a good price and they also have great hours. One last thing is that they have ice cream for dogs as well.

Amazingly good ice cream !!! They have an interesting variety of flavor's , makes it hard to choose . They have a deal if you bring your own banana you get 50% off a banana split . All outdoor seating & handicap accessible . All in all a fun and good place to go ! So check it out folks :-)

I worked with the staff of Bruster's Ice Cream for a very complicated wedding in Northern, PA. The bride and groom wanted all food trucks at the wedding. Bruster's provided their ice cream truck and EVERYONE loved it. They offered as many flavors as we wanted, the price was very affordable and their customer service leading up to, during, and following the event was top notch. I look forward to working with them again and will recommend them to all my friends and clients.

Good ice cream. Large portions. Plenty of outdoor seating. The drive thru layout and the parking complicates things by putting cars very close to pedestrians. Since there are always kids around here, it makes me a little nervous. I think there is a parking lot in the back but it's hard to get to when the drive thru is full.

A rip-off. $6 for sundaes with scoop of ice cream a amount of whip cream and almost no toppings. Actually the banana split I ordered was completely missing 2 out of the 3 toppings. I paid $6 for one tiny scoop and half a chopped up banana. No pineapple no strawberries. How can you forget to put half the toppings on . They don't care. There's a bunch of young kids working there all together no management, no one checking on them so they don't care. Our first trip to Busters was a bust.

I love the flavors of ice cream. The reason they lost a star is they used to make blast ins with every type of ice cream. Now it's chocolate or vanilla because the parent company said they weren't allowed to microwave the ice cream to soften it up. So therefore the customer is not always right!
