Love a local hardware store. I was in here the other day though and couldn’t find what I wanted and was walking out when a young dude stopped me and asked if I needed help so I figured yeah why not and he helped me find something I thought wasn’t there. Also the old man that cuts glass and stuff is really helpful, they are oldschool and friendly and I like it a lot.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and they have a really good selection to choose from. I would like to see lower prices but that's what is true in most cases anymore. This inflation is going to hurt a lot of people! There isn't many Hardware things that you will not find in this store, they are amazing!

Staff was rude. Walked by me several times as i waited by the counter to have keys made. When i called him on his lack of service, he gave me an attitude and practically threw the keys at me. I will not be going back.

My go to neighborhood hardware store. I have recently been purchasing more from them in regards to paint and paint accessories. I would rather purchase from these guys over big stores anyways. The staff is always extremely helpful and I can bring something in and ask for their help in finding a certain screw or drill bit.

So my shifter linkage came loose on my Indian, and from me banging gears it striped the bolt. Also messed up the threads on the linkage. The little old guy that, I assume, owns the place was badass! We found the right thread pitch bolt, even though mine was striped, he yanked a tap off the shelf and gave me what I needed to fix my bike. He moved so fast I had a hard time keeping up with him, lol! I knew he wasn't gonna charge me for the tap, but I couldn't let him do that. I asked for some blue loctite, which he found for me, fixed the bike and paid the man for everything. With his help I was back on the road in mere minutes. When I say I received excellent service I mean the absolute best!

This place has everything.. I needed 2 inch by 10 foot pvc pipe along with a bunch of fitting and they were 3-4 dollars cheaper than Lowes. I saved at least $40 by going to Barrs

The staff is very and helpful. The store is clean and they always seem to have just what I'm looking for. I don't mind that they load the heavy or bulk items for me. Be aware that the parking lot is small and be cautious when backing out into the street.

Nice privately owned hardware store with a little bit of everything for the DIY-ers to private contractors and if they wouldn't have what your looking for and time permitting would try & see if they could get it for you. Very nice knowledgeable & courteous people work at Barr's give them a try and see what you think....

This is the kind of hardware store that you hope will never go away. Good selection of tools and supplies at good prices.The real reason you visit Barr's, though, is the experience and friendliness of the staff.It's the kind of place you wind up spending extra time at on a Saturday.

Really great old time Hardware store. The people who work there actually know about stuff, don't look the other way when you look at them and they have a nice selection of top of the line tools and economy line too. Keep your big box stores, I'll take the little guy!
