Every time I come here there is only one isle open so I end up having to scan my own items and I have more than 30 items. There are many workers there and they're just standing around talking so I don't understand why they can't open more isles for customers. Needless to say, I have a toddler whom gets impatient from me taking so long to scan each item that she almost fell out a few times. This store is nearby to where I live and convenient but it's not convenient I have to scan everything on my own

Very nice, clean and organized. Store. Staff was very courteous. Highly recommended. Nice big wide clean aisles. Great for my power wheelchair to navigate. Nice big clean spacious parking lot. Did not have a problem finding a spot even pulling a trailer.

Almost all of the workers are helpful. Definitely meat department goes out of their way to get you what you need . Always pleasant and helpful. Didn't know customer service changed their hours. But there was someone behind the counter, so I said "excuse me" and started to ask a question. Was rudely told they were not open. How stupid is that? Why wouldn't customer service be open the same hours as the store?

Stopped here to get turkey breast at the deli counter. My jaw dropped when I saw the price...$12.99 per pound. That is more than steak per pound. Don't think I will ever shop here again.

Today's visit uncharacteristicly poor. Requested 4-5 inch beef short ribs which the typically outstanding meat dept staff are more than willing to cut fresh. The young man who waited on me pointed me to the meat case where a couple of pre cut 2 in short ribs were pre-packed. Not sure if they didn't have any more or this person just didn't want to do any extra work.

If I could give no stars I would. A few days ago I saw a male worker hovering over a female worker and the female was CLEARLY uncomfortable, as she told him to stop. He looks like he doesn’t take direction very well and he continued to bother her. After seeing that, I left the store and won’t be returning. What kind of business allows this behavior? I will be telling friends and family to also stay away. Absolutely disgusting.

Very friendly people work here. I have never had any problem's at this locationAll the produce is very fresh. Easy to find what you need, if I need to find something I will ask. They usually will take you to the product your looking for.

I Am at Weis every day.. ( I mean everyday) Mainly 2 local Weis. They both have wonderful employees that are helpful and even laugh with me (or at me) at times. Their groceries are the freshest. ( LIKE A HUGE IGA) And if you think Giant is cheaper.. Think again. ..On the average I spend less at Weis and they have the things that I actually use. Not just things for gas points that sit in my cupboard until I throw them away. That's not worth it. Besides they have gas points at Weis without buying those useless items! (FYI :Gas for cedar crest Weis is right next door by the 22 ramp)

Why is it that I'm scanning and bagging my food and overpaying for it yet there's 5 cashiers standing around chatting. Open up more then one cashier! Being physically disabled it's often hard for me to scan and bag and or wait forever in a line to check out. Waste of money paying employees to hang out.

I am a regular at this market. My experiences for the most part have always been pleasurable until this week. I went to the market to purchase some deli meat and cheese for my husband. When I arrived at the counter the older woman behind the counter stared at me as if she was upset that I was standing there in line waiting to be serviced. I waited as all were busy serving other customers and there was one person before me. When the deli rep was done she again walked past me towards the other customer but not before giving me a dirty look. The other younger girl came to service me. She was pleasant and polite that is the only reason I gave them a two star instead of a one. As she was servicing me the other woman jumps on the machine to cut someone else order all the while staring at me and giving me a dirty look. I was appalled at her rudeness and mind you other customers noticed what she did. Perhaps she was having a bad day but coming from a fortune 500 company where customer service was always on the forefront of our minds she should have set her personal problems and bias aside and serviced the customer with a warm smile. After all the customer was just there to get some deli meats and cheese.

I always dread going into this Weis location! I only shop this location because of convenience. This location & Cedar crest locations are terrible. Weis is over priced and staffed with horrible, Rude employees.. Always make sure to check expiration dates when shopping here! Every single shopping experience during my self service checkout the cashier “Jen” seems to make it her mission to stare me down & badger. There can be six other customers at self checkout. An has even had the nerve to have employees her Co-Friends pester during my checkout.I didn’t realize self checkout was a workplace show. She’s discriminative as hell.Personally, I don’t appreciate people being in my personal space or looking over my shoulder!I don’t come to pick up groceries with a side of annoyance. Usually, there’s no one whenever the machines aren’t working properly. An you have to inconveniently wait for assistance. You need to do better Weis..

Just wish this place carried rotisserie chicken n had as much meat selection as Schnecksville. Went there on 09/0422 there were little flies in the area where you get the fresh bagels out of:(

Was waiting in line with my wife and kids when a manager told us to go to a different check out lane because the cashier was about to finish up with another customer. We loaded our groceries onto the belt and waited for the customer in front of us to finish up. After the customer paid, the cashier turned to us and said “sorry my shift is over” and walked away. We told another employee what had just happened and he just mumbled something. We then had to load the groceries back into our cart and go to the back of a long line. We would’ve been better off waiting in our original line. This was my go-to grocery store but now it’s dead to me.

This Weis was disappointing. Nobody says hello goodbye or can I help you. The creamer was all expired and so was the orange juice we like. Couldn't find organic fruit. Plenty of staff but nobody walking around to assist you. Mostly self checkout lanes which are annoying. Won't be back.

I love this store. I especially love the pharmacy. But the management needs to learn management. They don’t do the schedule correctly. And they should have the schedule to the employees 2 weeks out. Not the day before. So to the manager who does that you need to learn some management skills

This particular location seems to be out of a lot of things. Bought a seeded whole watermelon and stored 3 days at cool room temperature. On day 4 cut it and it was bad. Should have been fine at that time period.

Self checkout is a nightmare. We were just there today. The Weis on route 145 self checkout lanes were empty but the manual checkout lanes were so crowded people were down the aisles in line. They only had to open

Weiss Market is a great place to shop. It is a little pricy but you always get a smile, their staff never let me down so it may be worthwhile paying that little extra for good service. Weiss Market carries good produce and I like their meet. Their Heidi Ann Swiss cheese is low salt and my favorite. You will be happy I'd you decide to shop at Weiss. Have a beautiful day. Juni

This store has many, many good things going for it. Today, I received above-the-line exceptional service from an employee named Jairo (I hope I have that right). My compliments to this young man, and to those who trained him to do his job so well.I am probably in this store once a week, and I have received great service from almost every employee that I have come in contact with.

I enjoy going to weis market, there not too much lines at checkout, managers always passing around ready to assist customers her their items at the right place -- just in case they miss the item shelf-line.Checkout is much better as compared to other stores I have visited; no too much wait time. Am always there to shop and I like shipping there. Such a wonderful place for every provision.
