I work right next door to this Wawa and I typically always order ahead and walk over to pick up. The employees here know me by name, they greet me with huge smiles and they always have my food ready. As soon as I walk in they bring it over to me. I love this Wawa, I have gone to others and sometimes my order is not correct and I tell myself MY WAWA would never and I say that with pride. Thank you for always treating me nicely.

How do they have 3.9 stars .rice is crunchy. Roasted veggies are cold .. manager hands out the food orders.. cold . How dare you bother them and ask them to make your food ..when literally that's what they do! Believe it or not union Blvd in allentown makes much better portions and has way less attitude ..whitehall is not all high and mighty ..portions should be worth the cost..being nice is free ..and rice shouldn't be crunchy. If customers seem to bother you ...maybe the service industry isn't for you .WAWA managment ..do you care? Or the majority of people never complain or at least write reviews so screw the rest of of peasants? Yall are on every corner ..act like you deserve to be there .not like you are the only option .

Victoria left me standing at her register after she had ducked out. She proceeded to walk off and then all the way around the front service area before heading over to the office and returning a minute later with paperwork in her hand. She stopped over at the deli and had a conversation with another associate all while I was standing there waiting to be helped. Rude and Poor Customer Service.

Stopped in for a drink and to use the restroom.Building is clean and well Maintained.Staff was friendly.The have typical mini market stuff and a coffee bar.Food counter.Mmmm Donut Case.Also had a PNC atm inside store.Fountain Soda Drink Machine StationThey have many gas pumps.

Both sides of this breakfast sandwich missing muffin. Had to wait in long line because Wawa now thinks that their card serving kiosks means they can ignore cash paying customers.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to! I like wawa but this location is TERRIBLE!!! I tried to avoid this branch but I still gave it a chance. I know it gets busy, but come on now! I ordered beefsteak hoagie to go, as soon as I opened it at home, what a surprise! No beefsteak! Also my wawa refresher is just like flavored water. Doesn’t taste like other wawa. What a waste of time, energy and money! Also, the only wawa that always don’t have stuffed pretzels! Disappointing! 😩

Parked in a spot for customers next to employee spots. Went in for 5 minutes, came back out to see we had been blocked in by a semi filling the gas reservoirs. Told we would be waiting an hr. Stuck at wawa in a customer parking spot for an hr. No signs anywhere saying we would be blocked in. Parked in a customer spot. Completely absurd.

I came in to pick up a DoorDash, the rack was empty, app says to consult with store associate, I ask one and she points me to the cashier, so I wait in line and then I'm told to go wait while the cashier dealt with all the customers behind me in line, then he left, got an order for another dasher, served more customers at the cash register all the while avoiding eye contact with me, then he scrambles after seeing me take a picture and he runs with an order and I sit there unenthused because it's for yet another person, he ignored me when I tried to tell him before who it was for... Then he runs back again apologizing asking if this was the right name... Yes... Now that we got literally everyone else situated... This poor treatment of dashers by some stores' employees will be the downfall of many potentially successful transactions leading to happy people... These people need to grow up and stop giving dashers passive aggressive dismissals because they feel like the dashers are making their jobs harder... Newsflash... We're bringing you job security... Wake up and put on a stiff upper lip, people!

Wawa is awesome. The gas pumps are clean and they ways work. The store is clean. The employees are nice and are happy the be there. Customer service is top notch. The food is excellent... I love Wawa....

I have always said Wawa to be superior to all other comparable gas station/fast food type eateries, but today my experience at Wawa has just blown my standards out of the water. It was just one of those days where Murphy’s Law really showed up, and my Wawa dinner was going to be the highlight of my day. And then, of course, they call my order as I’m finishing paying for it. Then I use the remainder of the gift card I had, and I went to charge the rest to my card and I hadn’t realized but I hadn’t transferred money, so only a couple dollars were applied. I had no cash. I called an employee over, and we had talked about the items and putting a couple back, and I had even asked if they could notate what I owed, and I would bring the money back. The manager, pulled out his wallet, his own personal debit card, and just asked I fill out one of the promo items the store had going on. And then, made it pretty obvious he preferred discretion. I just wanted to comment on the type of human beings Wawa employs. I only remember having pleasant interactions, getting good food (and just as importantly—getting the right food), and having an overall pleasant experience. So the person that help me out tonight, I am extremely grateful… I think so many people are blind to how far a simple act from stranger can go. This just pushes Wawa, even further up than it already was. And this is best way I know to express even a little bit of the gratitude I have for my experiences at Wawa.

I love Wawa! My morning doesn't start until I have my coffee. If only they could keep these two coffee pots full I would have given a higher rating, unfortunately, they are consistently empty. The parking lot is no walk in the park as well.

Went today to get lunch order the hoagie they were busy took 20 minutes to get a hoagie made. Got home open it up not even what I ordered completely wrong I should have knew better that place was in shambles plenty of workers but everybody seemed clueless and untrained.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. My fiancé and I order 2 small loaded fries. And BOTH were DROWNED in buffalo sauce and we were BOTH missing hot and honey sauce. The skinny young girl with long brown hair who was working on the left side of the counter at 10:30ish on August 15th 2023 made our food and absolutely ruined it. She didn’t care at all and just threw the food together. Sauce was coming out of the containers; however I thought it was just a little on the side, no. It was drowned. I don’t plan on coming back to this wawa ever again. Don’t get sauce on anything because they’ll just drown it. Absolutely disgusted.

Keep an eye on your total and the change you get back. Scamming customers out of their change to pocket it. They didn’t think anyone notice with how busy it was. If they rip a bunch of people off at $5 each that’s prob a nice payday at the end of the day.

My husband wanted to take advantage of the Hoagiefest since I got him a gift card for Dad's Day. Because he wanted a few meatball ones, he ordered 4 long ones, 2 for each. The rolls did not hold up, + mine couldn't even last til the last bite even tho we cut them in half! They were a COMPLETE MESS & had to go in the garbage! Patrons, don't spend the $$ on the hot hoagies, on sale or not! We had to make spaghetti & meatballs & threw the rolls away! A Waste of Money!!

Pulled up to the side of the building, and walked around to the front door to grab lunch around 130pm, a homeless bum is sitting on ground against the ice machine, with his legs straight out as customers walk around him. WTH! Went in to grab a egg salad hoagie, couldn't find it on the the kiosk screen and lady said they don't make it anymore WTH! Grabbed something else pre made, got outside and that homeless bum is still outside against ice machine now begging me for money. I told him that he cant be here loitering and begging for money because there is no manager overseeing the outside of establushment. Then some loud mouth blonde yelled at me for telling the homeless filthy beggar he can't be there.Beggars and blondes need to read the no loitering signs posted at Wawa geez....!

Coffee has been horrible, either its not made or not even hot ! Have to watch your change from machine. It shorts you more times than it give you the correct amount. This don't get any better, 2 days in a row now no coffee ! The girl said she just got from break and that's unacceptable. Where is the manager to make sure this dosent happen. They think giving you a free coffee makes it ok. NOT !! Peoptcoffeein the morning

Literally found paper in my boyfriends sub. Absolute trash. A "manager" was making the food. They seem to need better training. Not to mention wait time is horrible no matter how many people there are.

Everytime we go, our order gets messed up. My sandwich doesn't even have what is SUPPOSE to have on it! We do not have a local shop other than driving up to this one or broadheadsville and it's rare we can go. We really need Wawa in Lehighton.

I've been to plenty of Wawas in my lifetime, and this location has the worst service by far. I placed an order for curbside pickup, and after over 20 minutes of placing the order, I never received my order. After going inside, the cashier rudely told me that I have to wait because my food was not ready yet. It turned out that my food was ready, and they forgot to deliver it to my car.Note, I only did curbside pickup because I had a negative experience when I placed a mobile order the previous time. I tried to pick up my food at the register, and the cashier directed me to pick it up from another employee. The moment I tried to approach that employee, they walked into the kitchen. Luckily, one of the hoagie makers helped me with my order that time.If you want to go to Wawa, I suggest going to the one at Schantz Road. They have much better service, and I've never experienced any issues.
