Fast! The guys are nice and loaded the car just the way I asked.. I got there late and my app wasn't working so I stopped one of the loaders and just gave him my order number and he took care of the rest! My only complaint....Ice cream wasn't very frozen but nobody's perfect lol

I got my order fast. The deliverer didn't seem to care about me at all. He didn't talk at all, even though I said hi, thanks, have a good day. I realize it was really hot, but you're welcome wouldn't have hurt.

I work for Uber eats on the side and every time I go to pick up an order for a customer to take it to them the Walmart employees have everything organized and ready to go! It is run very efficiently by the Walmart employees at this store.

We placed our order waited for them to tell us when to come pick up the order and when we did we waited for over 20 minutes and 2people came out and asked the name . Went back in and waited and waited the one person came back out said sorry we don't have anymore said we would get credit for the items. We left went home my husband checked our back account never got credited for the order and then he went on the computer was talking with someone from Walmart. They told him we have to go back to the store , so we did and my husband explained everything to the clerk and she went back and found the items brought them up. Said that the 2people in store pick up were to lazy to go get our items . It is totally ridiculous to wait that long and they tell you they don't have it and yet when we went back to get credit , the customer service clerk went and got it! Thank You to that customer service clerk who did that for us, not sure if we will do customer pickup again , this isn't the first time that happened to us either ! No matter if you don't want to get orders for a customer pickup,they still should do no matter how many the order is for !

I had to sit for a little while and wait for my groceries but the person was nice and my order was correct. I still prefer Giant for grocery pickup but in a pinch Walmart will do.

I'd give it 0 stars if possible. Wasted time driving to pick up my order just to get there and have an employee tell me " here's your substitute " why in the world would I pay for something I had no interest in on top of it saying it's available at THIS SPECIFIC WALMART. Supposedly the site says it will notify you if you get a substitution but why take people's money and notify them after the fact !? Worse part is I still can't figure out how to get a refund or get an employee on the phone to discuss getting a refund. SMH.

It's a no hassle experience.Be sure to have your invoice in hand because the app does not provide access to a check list.
