First time I’ve been to Home Depot in quite a while ( they opened a Lowe’s close to where I live ) . The staff at Home Depot was excellent. Steven , from the lumber , plywood area cut some pieces of plywood for me . He was polite , attentive , and eager to do a good job . ( never find that at Lowe’s ). When I went to check out , I was greeted by a cashier who was also polite , and happy to help. I regret not getting her name . She was worth mentioning in this review . I’ll drive out of my way to shop at Home Depot . A staff with a good attitude made my day . Thanks !

I went to this store and got like 5 items in my cart, including a big bag of potting soil. At the self checkout the price of the item was $3 more so I asked the cashier to help and she said show me a picture, I went back to take a picture while it was raining and the bag was wet and dirty. Then the cashier says it was for the item next to it and you can go get that bag. I suggested adjusting the price because I went out twice in the rain and the bags are dirty and heavy. She said no, I left my all my items there and walked out. What a waste of time.

We go here often to find items to help upgrade our home. They always have what we need at good prices. They also have a fabulous nursery with flowering and fruit trees and an electrics section to make your house smarter.

The Staff knows absolutely nothing about their jobs. They all seem to hate their job as well as a disdain for customers. If you ask an employee for assistance, they look at you like you are a nuisance.

I would rather go to Lowe's, but I needed to return stuff and with that merch credit, I got paint. I thought I bought this particular paint that I needed for touch ups at Home Depot. Nope, Lowe's. The young gentleman working in the paint area figured out what color it was and mixed it and answered questions knowledgeably.

It is a good place to buy what you need for any type of work, but the owners of these establishments have become too exaggerated in their prices, and many times for products and merchandise from China, every time I go I hear a customer complaining about Too ridiculous prices for low quality merchandise, let's not even imagine how good quality they supposedly are. They have already lost respect for prices. Thank you, this is what I can help you with.

John is by far the worst employee.. slow so he can helpnless people. After helping a customer for about 20 min he had a 5 minute convo after checking them out while there was a line of about 6 people. Then he slowly and deliberately, but each item piece by piece into the return bin. After he finished, he just looked at us without greeting us or saying how can I help you. If you dont want to work, just quit.

There are some really helpful people here. I appreciate how helpful they are. There is one lady named Rosie who works in the flooring department who has helped us pick up carpet, laminate flooring, make returns, all sorts of stuff! Highly recommended.

I left another Home Depot in the area because of poor customer service and came to this one and was blown away by the customer service. An employee named Sav (Kudos to him) eagerly directed me to another employee named Allen who works in Hardware. Allen is a great employee and was extremely friendly. He was pleasant and was eager to assist me. Kudos to him as he deserves the recognition and the rest of the staff. I enjoyed my experience at the store and will definitely return.

Knowledgeable and friendly, helpful staff. Though I am not familiar with things one would consider basic, each time I asked for help the staff took time to show me the right tool and even give recommendations. They are busy and it's a large place so I appreciate that they take time to do this.Palce is clean and well arranged, wide variety of tools and equipment. Definitely preferable to buying online if you need guidance or tips.

Came in here to buy a lawnmower spoke to two people for some reason these folks seem too busy to help customers. It’s very simple. Take a moment talk to your customer look him in the face you don’t have to have too much staff but you do need to take a moment and listen to what your customers asking you and give them some help. And companies like Home Depot wonder why people shop online. One of the people I spoke to look like a supervisor that had no expression his face as I walked in the door and asked him a question.

If you want terrible customer service and untrained employees to serve you then you're going to love this place ! They had one employee dealing with returns all alone with a line that reached the exit. 30mins later another employee comes to "help" but proceeds to tell me that she doesn't know how to do what I asked. And that I would have to wait for the other employee 🤦🏻‍♂️ Thanks home Depot for the amazing service 10 out of 10 don't recommend !

Theres not much you can't find at The Home Depot, but there's one thing I gotta mention... it is the ONLY place to buy paper towels. Seriously. For 98 cents, you absolutely can not beat the quality of the HDX paper towels. They're a million times better than the average store brand, for a fraction of the price.

Home Depot is great with reasonable prices, however the service is not as good. Finding someone to help you in the department is like playing hide and see with your kids. I waste to much time waiting for assistance, not sure if they just done schedule enough employees or just want to reduce their hours!

My experience with Home Depot in my area is a 5+star!!!!! The customer service is excellent. My husband bought me the Panda 1.6 cu. ft. portable washer model PAN50SWF2 with 11lbs capacity. Also the Magic Chef 3.5 cu. ft. Compact Dryer which fits 13lbs of clothes to dry. The shipping was excellent, both items came in very good shape. I'm very extremely happy with both of them. They both work excellent. I highly recommend Home Depot for everything you might need. Now. Thank God """no more going to the loundry mats for me"""". 😉👏

I set out to Home Depot because I needed two slabs of drywall. Steve and DeAngelo we're super helpful by placing the drywall in the cart and proceeded to tie down the drywall on top of the Jeep for me. I wouldn't have been able to do it without them they get 5 stars in my book. Thank you!!

They stole $250 from me because I don't have a receipt. according to the cashier the new rules you have to have a receipt. Even if the item said homedepot. I left all the items in with the cashier they can keep them anyway I always prefer Lowe's.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come help me. Got tired of waiting when and ask them to page someone. Still nothing 100 minutes later as I was standing in the garden area waiting, I called the store and told them I've been waiting for 30 minutes in their garden area for assistance and no1 came around do you think you can get someone to assist me? 5 minutes later I had 3 people come to assist me.very uncalled for.
