Terrible. My dog came out looking the same as he did when he went in there. His fur was flying everywhere because it didn’t seem like he was brushed, his nails hardly looked trimmed. They called and said my dog was ready and I said I was omw (I was at a store in the same shopping center) and the girl goes “okay” in a smart tone, I get there and she said my dogs head and neck were still wet and that she wasn’t going to finish… why call and rush me if he’s not ready? And why am I paying for basically nothing? Btw my groomer was Azi J, she wasn’t friendly and clearly didn’t do her job. Don’t recommend her but everyone else is nice and seems to be good at what they do.

I take my dog here to get groomed cause they do it all. They bathe her, cut her hair, brush her hair & teeth, clean her ears, cut & grind her nails. Before going to PetSmart, I had a mobile groomer come to my home, yes convenient and they did a good job but only would bathe her & cut her hair. PetSmart does it all and the groomers are good at what they do. I'd recommend taking your pet there for their spa day.
