Got my dog groomed there a few weeks ago. I'm very aggravated with the way things were handled by management. My dog got a skin infection hours after being groomed here and had to be taken to the vet because she was extremely lethargic and had a high fever. The price of the vet bill was pretty high. I was refunded for the grooming service but then told I would be contacted about whether they're going to compensate me for the vet bill. It's been weeks, I left more than 3 messages, missed one call from them and called them back, not one response since. Don't think my dog will ever be groomed here again nor will I buy anything from here. Nothing against the employees that worked on my dog, just irritated with the manager and whoever else is in charge of settling issues with customers. I recommend finding a groomer that isn't part of a pet store chain. Their products are overly expensive and the quality is not worth it. In the photo below is one of many red rash spots she had all over her body. Some of them were bleeding because of her excessive scratching. Normally I'd let stuff like this go, but my dog was not herself for a week and I had never seen her in so much pain. This is also my second time trying to post this review considering the first time I posted it, it wasn't viewable.

Came here to get seresto flea collar for my dog... Although I tried to strike up a conversation being nice with the cashier it was almost like she didn't want to hear what I had to say I was just striking up a conversation just being friendly..

Great advice on aquarium keeping (Peter)and supplies. Good sales and variety, though certain items are always in short supply or sold out (supplier). My local store. Very pleased. Joined club to save $ and it pays for itself.

Honestly the worst experience ever. Went in on a Sunday night about 2 and a half hours from close to get a fish with my sister. So we head to the back to check the fishes out. First I realize there was dead fish in multiple fish tanks and then we asked someone who was a manager or general manager the price of a fish she comes over and tells the price rudely and then walked away. So we continue our look for the fish and by 6:30 we leave and left with no fish and have been ignored and treated rudely

I come here every 4-6 weeks to bring my 2 small dogs grooming!Between Pals Rewards and Vital Care, I save so much money! And I get great value and trust when coming here!Yesterday, took both my small dogs for grooming… they both got baths, cuts, teeth brush, nail trimming and paw palm! The total came down to $81+tip after using my Pal Rewards and Vital Care perks!! $40 each dog, it’s highly reasonable.Adrianne is a great groomer and the girls do great with her! She listens to what we want and she keeps Rona’s Mohawk growin’ flawlessly for us hahaha! These two are glistening!

Amazing experience....there was way to much bedding in most of the enclosures, but all the animals looked well taken care of, except for David, he seemed very aloof and out of sorts.

Great place to get your pets grooming. I came back early and was looking around the store and seen my puppy getting groomed and her tail was wagging, and the stylist was smiling the whole time she was doing her job. It made me happy to know that my Hazel was in good hands. Thank you so much for giving friendly customer service .

I've been purchasing Purina Pro Plan Salmon & Rice formula for the past 2-3 years from Petco. My dog has developed an extreme allergy to an ingredient in this formula per my vet's diagnosis. I had two bags completely full with maybe 2 or 3 cups removed. I called this location & explained my situation. I was told as long as I used my Petco rewards account there will be no problem returning the bags for store credit. I visited this location the following day with the 2 bags and was told by the manager that they couldn't do anything for me. I was told that whomever I spoke to was incorrect. So I completely wasted a hour drive to Petco and back without resolution. I will never purchase from Petco again.

Their grooming department is fantastic with my lil 10lb Chihuahua. Always satisfied. And my dog is comfortable with the girls. And I feel their price for her full groom was well worth it. This was her the day she was groomed. Perfectly even cut and exactly how I asked her to look. Plan to take her again come spring!

Immediately was yelled at by an employee upon entering the store with my dog because she barked and we were supposedly "near the cats". We were literally standing by the entrance, nowhere near the cats that alongside the left wall. Yelling "GET THAT DOG AWAY FROM THE CATS" when were literally not even 10 feet into the store was rude, unprofessional and honestly startled me. I had zero intention of bringing her over to the cat wall. I work in a pet store and I know exactly what behaviors are and are not appropriate. My 5 month old puppy let out ONE bark and yet she was treated like a public disturbance. I instantly wanted to turn around and leave but ultimately decided to at least walk around and look at the hamsters, mice, etc. There was an employee sitting around near the registers (idk if this is the same one who yelled at us as I never saw the person) but she acted frightened of my puppy, who again did nothing wrong. Don't work at a pet store if you are afraid of dogs. Her and a male employee were talking out loud about how much they hate being there and want to take medications to relieve their troubles on the job. This was second time in the store and I don't ever plan on coming back.

Every worker I have encountered here is so loving, sweet, and kind. Everyone here is an animal lover and care deeply for our furry companions. It's a nice feeling when I go and I'm able to express an issue I'm having with my baby and they come with personal and professional knowledge and advice, and the encouragement they give you to keep trying, even when you pup is strong and dragging you around the store 😅

Just love the VITAL program with Petco. Was definitely needed for the BIGGEST saving for our pets! Cats and dogs get their 10th bag of food free-the catch on that tho- is only if your bag cost around 40 dollars! So if it’s more they deduct that amount and you pay the rest, it’s worth it tho! Plus 10% and 20% off other things. Just can’t Speak about the plan enough!

There were fruit flies on the fresh food in the guinea pig enclosure and large flies in the ferret enclosure. These poor animals shouldn't have to live in these conditions. Petco, clean up your act.

Associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had to buy specific type of dog food and she took the time out to explain the different types of food and helped me pick it out according to what I told her about the dog. I think her name was Lori but not very sure. She was short young person. Great customer service skills. Explained the grooming area and encouraged me to speak to someone there which I will do on my next visit. She really promoted the store. Very nice.
