This used to be my go to store for our pet needs. Our last two visits were disappointing because many items were out of stock and the prices are higher than other stores now. We’d be willing to spend a little extra if the staff was nice. There seems to be less of the knowledgeable staff who were willing to help and now you have to interrupt three staff members talking about their weekend plans just to ring out. Don’t worry, we won’t inconvenience you anymore to give you our money.

Bingo!! .my large puppy loves elk and deer antler and I've been spending around 50 for 5-6 inches at other places.. found them here for cheaper 40 and double the size!!! And signed up for reward points...MY NEW FAV STORE

Our dogs spend most of their allowance here. They love the treat aisle, they find plenty of healthy snacks regularly on sale. They've purchased dog beds here, too. They bought a rugged looking black one a few years back to use in the truck. It was fairly expensive, but it's been in use for four years, and it still looks new. Good store, friendly staff.

Very clean and well stocked store. Prices are higher than other competitors which is why you can score 40% off coupons. On my visit, I purchased a new aquarium, filter and heater. Used my 40 off coupon which I thought was great. Had to go to get gravel and choose to go to a closer chain. There I saw the same brand name in a set that had the aquarium, filter, heater plus an artificial plant, thermometer, that was approximately $50.00 less than Pets Supplies Plus. Oh well, we live and learn.

Customer service meh ... the clients were nicer then the actual person behind the counter. Went to give my dog a bath and the air was cold when blow drying my pup. A warning would have been nice... had to leave and go home to finish the job. Definitely not impressed.

Excellent Pet Store.They have toys,food, bedding g,goodies and other items.They have things for Dogs,Cats,Fish and birds and other animals.TAG making machine.Bark Collars.Clean and well Maintained Store.Friendly and helpful staff.Fair Prices.Free off street parking.Wheelchair parking and access .Have been to this store many times before.

DONT buy fish here. They don’t care for their tanks, and you’ll end up with fish with disease that will infect your tank. Go to petco where they know what they’re doing.

I found what I'm looking for guinea pigs but they need to keep hay in stock on the shelves so I can get more bags of different flavors of hay. I'm allergic to Timothy hay 😔

Great place to bath your dogs. Staff is friendly. Provide the shampoo and conditioner, you can use blower to dry pet and towels are available. Nice bonding time with you dog.

I have been a big fan of their self serve puppy wash. The recent remodel turned the safe & secure tubs into an open air bath house!I could not be comfortable bathing Apoll0. I could tell he too was frightened! My sneakers were sloshing around on a WET tile floor. The towels were NOT available to each stall. I was truly afraid to leave him teathered to run for more towels. He did try to bail & just about hung himself on the leash!The water pressure in stall 3 was so bad. When I asked why, the attendant said she had to finish using the hose in stall 1 for me to regain enough pressure to rinse. Then, the checkout attendant controls when the LOUD air dryer goes on & off. Apoll0 sure did NOT like that. I felt like I would have done a much better job at home. The rest of the story…I bought the card that gives us 5 baths for $25.00 right before the retrofit was completed!

They don't have bulk items where you can fill a bag for fish items no more. Now you must buy individual bags n it's more expensive

I wasn't too impressed with this store. The store smelled of pet odor. There were three workers that pretty much just hung out together and wasn't doing much of anything. Just one of the workers was cashing out a customer. I did have to seek out an answer to a question and no worker offered any assistance. Also I think the strip mall needs to get on the owners case about the condition of the parking lot and all the holes there are on the lot that needs to be filled in. Doesn't look to be inviting.

I just got my bullie taste of the wild and they had the only place I was so happy they had Victor but not the puppy and small one can you please make one so I had to buy the taste of the wild with bison & Roasted Version I don't want to give him any fishy food for now you have to be be very careful with bullies so that one I got big bag thank for carrying it you have made a costumer of me 💯 and I love your bully toys 🙏🏼

I had to return a dog crate because my dog destroyed it after one use. I wasn't aware that that was possible due to previous crate training experience. I was sure that I would have to take the loss, but they took it back, no problem, no hassle, & gave suggestions for gates ☺ This is the only pet store that I'm aware of that will take back a damaged item. Very grateful for their "no hassle return policy". Thank you! They have a great selection of food, grooming supplies & toys at affordable prices 👍 Puppy loves his Snuggy Buddy ☺

We just adopted a puppy and needed everything a puppy would need. We went to Pet Supplies Plus in Whitehall, PA and as we walked in we where greeted by one of the employees who helped us find beding, food, toys and treats.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! Horrible grooming service. I took my puppy of 4 months to get her first grooming and they ruined her hair. Mind you, my pups hair was extremely healthy. We brush her everyday, the only knot she had was under her chin, which was specified to the groomer. My partner and I specifically said to the groomer we wanted a puppy trim, which meant grooming only around the eyes and cutting her body hair with scissors (also specified and requested) . Ear cleaning and nail trim. It sad to say the groomer cut her paw. Such a shame.

My review has nothing to do with being understaffed, I totally understand everyone is right now. But don’t offer a walk in service and also tell a customer when to come in for a “quick” nail trim if nobody is even available. Absolute waste of my time today.
