This McDonald's really stands out from what I usually expect! Exceptionally speedy service and helpful staff members. I don't want to get you guys in trouble but I also noticed you tend to throw in an extra sauce which really is something I appreciate. I've been working in the area the past week and you guys are doing so well I've eaten a lot more McDonald's than I typically would because of it! 😊

Terrible customer service. Staff seemed very unorganized and disassociated. The staff forgot half my order and the manager did not even apologize when i showed him my receipt. I got two bottom buns on my burger and whoever made the food couldn't even wrap the burger.

The food is always put together so sloppy.. my burgers were done so poorly, when we opened our sandwiches the burgers weren't even on the buns. The ketchup was all over the place the cheese wasn't melted but my burgers were burnt. How? Customer service sucks they wouldn't replace the burgers with new ones either.. it may look nice but it's awful here

we visited this location mid afternoon on a Sunday ... very few people eating inside yet there were dirty napkins and paper straw wrappers on the floor and on some of the empty tables. the employees are courteous and offered to bring our order to the table when it was ready. the food was barely lukewarm when they brought to us . to be fair I did notice that it seemed under staffed and everyone was occupied in the food prep area filling the drive thru orders.

I am tired of paying the price of a sit-down restaurant and getting food that is not assembled correctly. Most of the time, the sandwich looks like it was assembled by Ray Charles and wrapped like a person with Parkinsons. You can't even order a coffee with lite ice and expect them to get it right. This place is no different than the rest of the chain.

if i could rate a 0 i would! this was absolutely outrageous.. i received an oversalted burger which was barely cooked!! it was for my son timmy who unfortunately threw up after. I also brought a mcchicken but there was a hard piece in it!! but the slushies are always good and the mcflurry!! absolutely recommend!

Generally pretty decent, occasionally will forget items or give soggy nuggets. A lot of the time the sandwich’s sauce is smashed all over the wrapper/poorly wrapped. On my last trip they not only forgot one of my items but also gave me the two absolute worst McDoubles I have ever gotten - so covered with salt and pepper that I couldn’t even eat it

Foods good but put together, if you want to call it that, the food is all over, when you open it up the burger is half off the bun, the wrapper is loose so it just about falls on you. Other than that everyone is very nice.

The worst service ever! Order was completely wrong. I wanted quarter pounder with cheese meal instead I got 2 double quarter pounder dinners with two medium fries and a separate large order of fries with a strawberry shake. When I got to the pay window I told the girl this is totally wrong! I was told to pull up and the mgr would be with me. I waited and waited no one showed up. Finally I walked over to the drive thru window. I banged and banged on the window. Keep in mind I had paid for all this food that was now cold. At last the mgr showed up with a chip on his shoulder asking that I wait longer. It was a mess! No apology, no nothing. I left without resolution. Another time I wanted a coffee and a double cheeseburger. Surely they couldn't screw this up? They looked at me like I had two heads after I checked the bag and found a hamburger not the dbl cheese burger! I told the guy you're McDonald's how the heck can't you get a cheeseburger right. Smh I no longer go to McDonald's probably a good thing.

Ordered the Eagles Bundle Box, they don’t have the actual boxes anymore, so they stuffed everything into a large bag. We couldn’t even close it, and had to take out everything to check if we had what we payed for, don’t know why they couldn’t do 2 separate bags.Also forgot our sauce. Male worker (not the same one that packaged our food) gave an attitude when we went back to ask for another bag & the sauce (that we were already supposed to have). Gave us 5 sauces (we appreciated that), but gave us one of the smallest size bags they have. Really?!One good thing, we got every food that came with the bundle box.
