I hate to be a downer because I really appreciate the yarn selections here but it’s been pretty annoying trying to work around the random weekly schedules lately. The store is supposed to be open until 9 PM. Maybe it’s a staffing issue but atleast update the stores hours online so that it could possibly save customers a trip.

The staff are always so friendly here, and I can always find what I need for my projects. It's not the same quality cotton as you might get at a quilting store, but the wide selection makes it worth it, especially if you're looking for novelty fabric, like themed around sports teams or characters. They have fabric here for upholstery, cosplay, quilting, garment construction, and more. (They even carry a dozen or so kinds of brocade at a time!)Make sure you download the app to earn points and use coupons on the app. There's always a 40% off one item coupon, so if you need batting.... :)They have all kinds of scrapbooking supplies and some nice home decor, and they do custom framing.

I've been trying to come here for several weeks now, but the constantly changing store hours have made it impossible. They were only open til 5pm for a time frame. Then it got extended. I finally manage to get here before 5pm and they have changed the hours to closing at 4. It's really disappointing and I wish there was some kind of explanation or consideration towards the customer. Several times I just see a large group of employees at the front of the store, so it doesn't seem like a staffing issue. I would love to be able to come in to shop, but they don't seem to want the customers.

I am so frustrated with this location. The last 4 trips I have made to this store in the past month, I got there, only to find a “closed today” sign on the door—even though their store hours online show that they’re open. Even when they have an irregular schedule posted on the door for the week, they don’t follow it, as I’ve found it closed during those hours too. If understaffing is the issue, then at least update your Google business hours to be considerate of your customers who spend time and gas money traveling to and from your store, only to have wasted a trip. It is not that difficult, I used to do the same thing for my own business. I can tell that this has been happening to many customers because the store next door literally has a sign, offering frustrated Joanns customers a discount. Management of this store really needs to do way better before corporate is notified of how this location is being operated.

Very disappointed. Stopped by to pick something up quick. 4:51 on Friday 1/5; front doors are locked. Sign says special hours for the week, closing at 5:00 pm. Seriously? Short hours and then even shorter by locking doors early? Business going to Michael’s.

It would be super cool if this store would actually update their hours on google. This is the SECOND time I’ve driven out here (I live 45 minutes away) and they were closed by 4 or 5 PM and didn’t post their hours online. Done coming here.

The selection here is really good, specifically for fabric, and organized. The employees here are generally not friendly. The younger women are but the older women are cranky, rude and don’t want to be bothered. I’ve been spoken to like I am an idiot on 2 occasions here because I don’t know their fabric cutting process (not rocket science but you can explain something politely)…and even then the fabric I got was cut in 2 totally different ways and I ended up with 2 different sized pieces of fabric. I live an hour round trip and won’t be going back to fix mistakes because of the way everyone cuts fabric differently.

Everything you need for sewing and crafts. Loaded with supplies for cricket. Beautiful floral dept.Also has filling for pillows, cushions etcHandicap parking and entrance. No wipes or sanitizer available for customers, so bring your own. Took a star off for that.

Automatic 1star because there hours are much different than whats showing on google, They closes at 5pm. And the door lady was passive aggressive about it saying they need more help and to get people apply. Uh no, raise your wages and maybe you guys will get workers.

The store itself is great..... If you can get in.You see, I wouldnt have a problem if I didn't drive an hour to get to your location, passing another JoAnnes in the process only to be greated with absurd and incorrect store hours sign.UPDATE YOUR HOURS WITH GOOGLE!!!! That way people don't have to pay out the wazoo in gas to come to your store for nothing.Why would you want all of these negative reviews? The problem could easily be fixed. That way when I type in your location, Google tells me your closed. No worries.Hopefully, if I can ever make it to the store when your are actually open, as the hours your handmade sign have and the ones you keep are different.

Disappointed that the hours are listed online until 9 but a sign taped to the door states 5pm. Would save a lot of negative reviews if you'd just update the hours online instead of having people drive all the way out there only to waste gas and have to go home empty handed. Based on the recent reviews this has been going on for some time now.

My husband and I went in to see if they could print out a reciept for us from 2/2023 and the 2 ladies that help us were so patient and they really tried to help us , spent some time with us ! Their names were Sherry Kostinbader and Tonya Shafer we thank them very much!

Lack of training and staffing. Used to be a keyholder here and no upper staff were trained on how to close besides supervisor (who would close maybe once a week). Usually causing stress and making employees want to quit. Closing hours are likely a result of poor management and lack of accountability. Please be kind to the staff still there, no one is given raises especially the elderly workers!!

**** BUYER BEWARE****Do not purchase any machines at this location!!!!! If the box has been opened, and the machine does not work, they will not exchange. You will need to go back-and-forth with the company of the product, rather than just simply exchanging the machine in the store. Keep in mind I purchased the machine on Sunday and tried to exchange it (not return it for another machine) two days later once realizing I had a faulty machine. I called once leaving the store and spoke with Amanda, who is a manager, and she told me that they purchased their machines from a third party, which is why they are unable to exchange them in store. I then started the exchange with singer and after talking to the singer customer service rep he told me that this is a Joann Fabric policy (they do not purchase the machines from a third-party) and they get a lot of complaints about it. The two closest repair location is New York. Who is going to drive that far to service a faulty machine? Terrible customer service. Just an FYI after this whole debacle, I called a different craft shop that sells sewing machines and they will exchange/return machines that do not work. I will never shop here again!!!!!!

No Stars!! So sick of this store. Never enough cashiers and waiting in long lines. Now they closed at 5:00 pm for this week. When I arrived at 4:00 pm another note on the door "closing at 4:00 pm. today" . What gives? Never shop here again!!

Store supposedly updated their hours on the app and google and yet we showed up today (1/22 at 7:05 pm) when they are supposed to be open till 9pm to a note on the door that they closed at 5. This has been going on for months with the random hours and no communication. Not even corporate knows what’s going on when we called.

Very great place Especially for a fabric.. and cool findings here... Especially when it comes to sales and coupons.... I might have give it 5 stars but when iam on the caft Section I can never find anyone to help me.. walking up and down looking for some..didn't like that..

Nice store. As always, their prices are really high and you gotta really pay attention to qualify for coupons. But Joann has a lot of beautiful fabrics and crafting supplies. It's easy to get sensory overload in there.

Love this place!! Helpful staff and so many choices of fabric!!! I frequent this store because they have curbside pickup that allows you to tell them when you're on your way and when you arrive to pick up. Short wait times, too. Highly recommend!!**Update** They still offer curbside pickup (amazing) and still have the most amazingly friendly staff. They are so knowledgeable. Absolutely love this place!! 😀

Very hit and miss when it comes to larger items such as sewing machines & dress forms. If you are looking for something other than entry level Singer then order online. Same for pattern selections on hand.Good selection of materials, notions and crafting items. Store itself tends to be messy and understaffed but the staff they do have tries very hard to please and do the best they can to help everyone. Give yourself ample time to wait for any yardage to be cut and labeled and be patient. When it comes to yarn crafts they have a decent selection but buy all you need when you see it, this area seems to get picked through quickly leaving a few skeins of odd lots that may or may not match up in larger pieces.When it comes to staff knowledge I have found that to be very 'hit or miss', some are old hands at sewing/crafting/cricut others are newbies who are giving their best guesses at what will work.

I called in the morning to have an item placed on hold. The woman never asked for the item number nor did she give her name, fine. I traveled 30 minutes to get here because this store was the closest to me. I walk in and I am greeted and I tell the woman I had something on hold. She looked and didn’t find it. She proceeded to talk to her coworker through her mic to figure out where my hold was. I waited at the front of the store for 10 minutes!!! Unbelievable! Frustrated I say to her can you please tell me where the item would be located and I’d just get it myself. She tells me and I walk to the back of the store. Another associate asks if I was the one who was looking for the yarn and I said yes. Mind you this associate was not as pleasant as the first. She tells me that they no longer have this in stock!! Are you freaking kidding me?! Why would the woman on the phone tell me that the store did have it when in fact the store did not!!! I was extremely frustrated and angry. I will not be coming here again and will have no problem traveling to another location where the associates are competent enough to give me their name and ask for the item number on the phone. I visited this location not only because it was so close but because it got such good reviews on here! So unhappy and disappointing!! Will NOT be returning!!!!
