My boat spent the whole summer at different marinas that could not diagnose why my boat could not accelerate. I was told that I should drive 1-1/2 hrs to go to the best. I did and Tom told me that he would have engine running in time for my family reunion in 2 weeks. My boat was ready exactly when he said and ran better than ever before. I have never seen a better operation that genuinely cared about their customers. I will drive the extra distance in the future to have the best team working on my boat. Best was that it only took a total of 2 hours and a simple part to fix my problem. Experience and knowledge is invaluable!!

Yhey are a very good store small but they will get you whatever you need I bought 2 jet skis a double trailer 2 floating docks 2 covers 2 life jackets the whole works for under 30k a few years ago for the top of the line seadoo trip and seadoo300gtx family owned and operated since opening very good guys in the matience section they also do winterization and storage fine establishment

They are Amazing help they know what they are selling and give you the right info on the product you buy. 10 out of 10 a home run I was looking for a sump pump back up battery and they even saved me $150.00 doing it outstanding. P. S. Don't forget The Acoustic Groove Band will be performing at the Country Junction Festival October 17th from 1 till 4 pm. Saturday bring the kid's.

Brought a motor there for repair. I wound up with a 475 dollar bill for a water pump replacement and none of my other problems were fixed. Tech was clueless and told me he never looked at my issues I originally brought it in for. Had to bring it to another evinrude tech to have it fixed. Wasted my time and money. Lesson learned

This is our family's 4th watercraft purchase at Dinbokowitz in the past 25 years. We have always experienced great customer service and have always been treated fairly. Nice family....🤔not sure what happened? I know COVID…. Inquired a few times about a couple of boats, pricing, dual charger warranty refund and a couple of other things through email. No replies….ever. I literally had to physically go there to find out anything.!!!What happened?!!! Bill was the only one who seemed to be interested in helping me. Office woman said (many days later) “oh yeah, I saw your email…” that was it. Nothing else….their website is no longer updated either.This is s family run business. The family that continues to work there seems like they’ve had enough. A couple of the guys talk to you. The rest, not so much. Too bad….they used to be so much better. Maybe some fresh blood will come in and prop this business back up to it’s former self….

When you call this business it is hard to talk to anyone in parts. The "receptionist" asks for info and promises a return phone call which happens eventually. When you get there the parts person is nasty, angry, and stretched too thin, the anger increases if you ask him to look up additional parts for you. At least that is my experience. I think they need more staff. It's ashamed because it seems like it is a long established family business and I like to keep my business local .In the future I will be getting my Honda parts shipped from a Honda dealer in Delaware. When you call them you get to speak with a person that has technical knowledge of the product. Can help you with parts. O anger.

Decided to give Dinbokowitz a try since my regular dealer, SnT Pottstown, went out of business a few months ago and Dinbokowitz is slightly shorter of a drive for me than Smith Marine in Doylestown.I dropped my ‘16 Seadoo off for an oil change and a springtime once-over here a few weeks ago. Simple, right? Pull the engine cover, change the oil, hook the battery up, start it and make sure it runs, done.I went to pick it up, walked inside, paid for it, got an “it’s parked out back by the warehouse”, said thank you and drove back to hook up the trailer to my truck and be on my way.Got back there, hook it up, pull it out of its parking spot, and I notice my trailer license plate is gone. Funny, it was on there when I dropped it off? It was mounted with stainless bolts, nuts, and lock washers so someone would’ve needed tools to remove it. Look a little closer, and notice that not only is the ski sitting on the trailer crooked and not on the bow roller properly - millimeters away from scraping against the metal roller bracket (which I always triple-check that it’s straight and on properly before I tow it anywhere) and the front strap was hooked on the ski incorrectly and the transom strap (it’s the OEM BRP/Seadoo strap) was not the way I ALWAYS strap it down, with the rubber protectors tight to the rear of the ski and the excess of the strap tightly velcroed in place). Whoever re-did the strap tucked it haphazardly between the tight part of the strap and the ski.At this point it’s obvious to me (and anyone with half a brain) that the ski had been removed from the trailer at some point and probably (but hopefully not) joy-ridden. The owner/manager when confronted, most likely lied about it being removed from the trailer, and told me there’s no way anyone stole the license plate and it probably hadn’t been there when I dropped it off (which is completely false, I always do a safety/light check before I go anywhere with it because I’m not an idiot). He also said that the straps were messed up because the tech needed access to the flush port (also false, because the strap could’ve been pulled ever-so-slightly to gain access to the port without having to be completely removed.) He had zero explanation as to why the front strap was not on the way it was when I dropped it off or why the ski was crooked on the trailer.I filed a police report with the Whitehall PD about the missing/stolen plate, and although I can’t prove it, I’m almost positive that someone had the ski off the trailer even though there was ZERO reason for it. My only regret (besides bringing it here in the first place), is not looking at the hour meter before I dropped it off. Any reputable shop should write the Hours In and Hours Out on the repair order, but naturally these guys didn’t. Wonder why?Long story short, I will never bring anything here again and I encourage everyone else to stay away as well. I will also be contacting BRP as to make them aware of Dinbokowitz’s poor (and dare I say shady) business practices. I’m hoping the extra ten minutes of driving to Smith Marine will be worth it as there are few Seadoo dealers left here in Southeast PA, which is a shame because before this experience, I’ve enjoyed every minute of my Seadoo ownership.Update: after spending a little more time going over the machine, I noticed that because the transom was strapped improperly, the strap dug into the rear moldings and damaged those transom moldings that cover the seam where the upper and lower hulls are joined. I’ve also contacted BRP and filed a complaint against Dinbokowitz for their gross negligence and mishandling of my watercraft.

Love my SeaDoo & the care Dinbokowitz folks provided! They gave a land orientation of my ski & because I was new to boating even took me out on the water!! Heard other dealers hand you the keys and manual- Never go anywhere else if you want a jet ski!

LIVE A MILE FROM THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE AN AUTHORIZED MERCURY REPAIR DEALERSHIP, TRIED TO GET WARRANTY SERVICE ON A 2017 FOUR STROKE WITH 5 HOURS ON THE MOTOR, AFTER 2 MINUTES WAS PRETTY MUCH MADE AWARE THAT THE MECHANIC WASN'T INTERESTED, BAD GAS, WRONG FUEL ADDITIVE, DIDN'T BUY THE BOAT THERE, YADA, YADA, . As a Sea Doo owner I was just turned away Sea Doo service because I did not purchase my boat from them. I purchased it second hand. This was after I called, spoke with the service department and was told to drop it off. As a fellow business owner I find this shocking. I had planned on replacing my 1994 Bayliner with a new Starcraft. I guess I'll go to Highway Marine for a new Yamaha. Why be a Sea Doo dealer if you won't work on our machines?
