Every time we visit a Burlington seems to be a bit less exciting than the last. They do have good deals but there are less people there than we used to see (multiple locations now across PA), fewer employees, it’s like a dead mall in big open department store format.Not to mention it’s not rare to see damaged merchandise, which I’m sure contributes to the problems at hand.

Absolutely won’t be coming back here. My son lost his shoe. They called and told us they found it and we drove 45 minutes to get it just to find out they don’t know what we are talking about apparently. This has been going on for a week straight. I’ve driven there multiple times. And now nobody will take accountability and nobody knows about any shoe. Freaking ridiculous. Not to mention, when we were there they forgot to take the sensors off of all of our items. Literally every item. Ridiculous, and annoying.

I don't what's wrong wit this store, and I know mostly depends on clients to help keep it organized, buy I went this morning and the short guy cleaning the floors was listening to regueton which uses dirty words and denigrates women's on the phone speaker instead of using freaking headphones. That's such a bad example taking me to ask, where's the store manager? Do they care about their jobs? Is there any values covered when hiring and training employees? Etc etc etc.I'll stay away from this one.

I only like to go here as soon as it is opens or else line is long and takes forever....I usually can find a good selection of toddler clothes/shoes (prices are less expensive than the Goodwill next door) and I love the homegoods section!!

Thank you for your efforts responding to my review! Actually It's my first time going to Burlington and I couldn't find what I need because the shelves were too messy. I just believe that you need to hire more people to organize all the stuff and that will probably make it easier for people to find what they want.

On a busy Saturday at 5pm. There is only 2 registers open. This is the reason I stopped coming here. Leaving my cart and not buying anything. This is unacceptable.

I love Burlington, but this location has to the most messy location I have ever been to. I was recently in this Burlington, and in just about every part of the store, it was a pigsty. In the home department, there were products all over the floor, products on the shelves were broken or damaged. Pictures that they sell were all over the place, rather than on the bars they have built to put them in. Once you get close to walking where the check out is, there are products tossed everywhere on the shelves. In the shoe department, nothing is organized, things are all mixed, same with the clothes. Not to mention that people have their kids running all over the place, knocking things over, and that is probably how things are damaged. This place is just a disaster.

Delicious assortment of tea bags.I got the most delicious tea bags. I can get my hands on. The layout is great. But I really wanted to buy those tea bags. But lots of clothing, household items, and some Juicy Couture underwear I brought were worth it. All reasonable and true to their tv ads. Lots of people that day. But the staff were super fast, really nice and showed great customer service. 5 stars indeed.

Google says closes at 12am. I called to check and their automated menu says closes at 12am. I should up at 11 and they're closed. Others were here wondering why they were closed too. I needed a shirt for tomorrow morning and planned my evening based on their hours. I hope this managers day goes bad somehow. Fix your automated message.So I tried coming back Sunday thinking at least I'll be prepared for the next occasion and their fitting rooms are closed. I can't see how anything fits. I think I'll just try a different store from now on.

Very disorganized. The customer service is lousy. The location is convenient, but you can find areas without products. Could be better. I prefer to drive to Trexlertown PA, store.

I've gone to many Burlington stores in the past few years. They are my go to places to get clothing now. This one was one of the best kept and stocked ones I've found.As with all Burlington stores, I got amazing deals on all the clothing I got. There are very good brands but for the sale price you would get at most second hand places, despite these being brand new. They also have a lot of unique clothes, not just the basics. I find a lot of styles and outfits for everything from work clothes to active wear to lounging to artsy fun outfits! It's also a wonderful place for baby/kids clothes because there's a lot of options and they are cheaper, which is helpful since they grow out of things so quickly!

I really like this store. I've been going here since it opened. The staff is friendly, the store is clean and it has a nice big layout, so it doesn't really feel like people are crowding you.There's only one issue, and it's kind of a big one... Everyone knows the fun of discount shopping is finding something expensive for a cheap price, but it seems like recently the quality of the items they're selling here isn't as high. A lot of cheap quality stuff priced appropriately... so not many good "finds" anymore unfortunately.

They never have a fair amount of selection for clothes and I’m always struggling to find my size or even something that I like. Their prices are OK at best because of the quality of the clothes. They always rip or don’t fit the way advertised.

Just when you think good customer service is a thing of the past I’m shopping at Burlington, some items I was putting on layaway, which I thought was also a thing of the past the cashier was going to do several different transactions, figuring a less than patient attitude was about to come my way yet I was wrong Roxanne and Christine are so friendly even making sure I had the best discount adding up my merchandise with no problem. It’s time to retire Walmart .then we leave and Roxanne calls me I forgot my License, it can not be compared to Flemington more merchandise new merchandise cleaner store , great team.

First and foremost the store was in complete disarray!! Could not find sizes at all any bigger than a 1X and no men's underwear and a bigger than a smaller medium and half of them were ripped open and laying all over the floor. Shoe section was a disgrace and trying to find something for my wife was on this impossible due to nothing was in the right size on the right rack and was also a complete cluster hell!! I'd rather pay extra money for a better quality anyway then go there again and have to sift through their mayhem!! I'm sure half of it is due to ride customers, but at no point should there not be associates on the floor constantly trying to make it at least have some type of assemblance. Not worth the deal you might get on something that's already been ripped or lying on the floor

Paulette at the Whitehall location was truly a sweet and helpful associate this day in October, 2022. She showed us Mens coats, women's coat as she continued to work efficiently to put away clothing, adjusting stock according to size and helping customers.Then just like that, THREE YOUTHS were pedaling bicycles in front door and around the perimeter of back wall near domestics and in front of cashiers over and over again.At first, I asked Paulette if the store had bikes in inventory and she explained the kids frequently ride their bikes through the store.No one to discipline or report them.I noticed a few customers were surprised to see this action.Management needs to curtail this disruption immediately.

The deals for clothes are great but some areas are messy to the point where it's not worth exploring. Items sold here range from clothes to very small furniture pieces, and from pet toys to cheap (often off brand) electronics. Wait times for a register can vary depending on holidays or even days of the week.

Great location!! The store was somewhat busy on a Saturday and there were no carts for additional customers. Store was for the most part clean and organized. At checkout the line were fast moving.

Terrible terrible horrible store!! Product was laying all over the floor, you basically would be tripping over the shoes that are all over the floor, the carpetings were all over the floor clothing we're all over the floor!! It was terrible I could not find anything and left there very unsatisfied will never go back to that Burlington. I just received a comment back from somebody that apparently has stated that that is not their normal for the store being so disorganized and a complete wreck and lack of any assemblance. That is not true that stores always a wreck! I have gone there prior to this last experience and that experience was the same I just assumed maybe it was that one time due to the holiday. But apparently it was not. It's more like walking through a hurricane or a store that is closing and having a everything must Go sale! I would hope that whoever responded to this last message would walk into that store at any point in time and see how disorganized, disheveled, shoes more on the floor than on the shelves, underwear section completely ripped apart and bags opened let alone no product left that hasn't been opened or thrown on the floor, clothing half on the floor half on the wrong racks, carpeting, throw pillows, home good section completely in disarray. Before asking me to come again you need to go to your store or your DM or GM needs to go to your store and weed through the weak and create a storefronting process which will make it easier to shop and more appealing. I don't think I'd ever go back there again unless I hear from others that maybe it has changed!

Great prices but limited stock for larger sizes in men's dept. Also men's wear is less then 1/2 the size of women's. A little disappointing but I have found some great discounted shirts.
