Don't get me wrong the guys mean well and the owners a great guy I've been using them for years. However over time I've slowly been noticing just little things that have progressively become bigger problems. Everytime I get a vehicle back, there's always been something else just slightly off with it or something just not put back where it belonged. One time I swear they broke my radiator, there wasn't a drop of coolant in it when I picked it up. Almost blew car up driving it home. My car didnt do that when i gave it to them but i let it go.1300$ later I had them fix it. Now, same vehicle recently sent in for a misfire code and after weeks and all the stories about how its "back to good no problems/codes at all." I recorded everything this time, car threw codes and misfired the second I started it in the lot but it was a weekend so had to wait to talk to them about it. Every time I mention anything to them they got a different story of what they did so I don't know what to believe anymore I just know the problem still exists 1200$ later. And on top of that, whatever helper that touched it, threw the incorrect bolts in the wrong places and drilled a hole into the top of my valve cover/engine. That's going to now cost me a couple grand easily let alone all the oil I have everywhere now. I'm not normally one to complain I've tried to be patient and polite with the guys however I physically can't afford this kind of "work" anymore. Use at your own digression. Unfortunately now a days it seems to be like everyone's out to get over on you.

Had my truck for a month wiyhout calling me back. I thought we were waiting for the warranty company but instead i found out they just decided to not call me. Researched them and found many bad stories. They seem to care more about their personal vehicles and customers last. I will never go back.

Had to get my car towed after a sudden transmission issue. They accepted my car and got the work done quickly and fairly. The facility is also nicer than the Google photos. The office doggos were a bonus.

Five stars to this local business! Last night when we went to leave a picnic in Dillsburg our car made a metal to metal sound from the right wheel. We made it to Troups, parked the car and had our son pick us up.This morning my husband went to Troups to apologize about parking without an appointment. They were wonderful. Told us not to worry about it that they have customers do it all the time in an emergency. The lot was full of cars. They said they would try to look at it and get back to us.At 10 a.m. (2 hours later) we got a call telling us the car was ready. We had picked up a stone in the wheel hub causing the metal to metal noise. Such great customer service. They will be our go to auto repair whenever we are in the area.Thank you!

Scott and his guys have always been convenient and accommodating... These guys are usually very busy but still find a way to work small jobs into their schedule. I greatly appreciate them for inspecting my Chevy Sonic and replacing a light that was out... They might have saved me from getting pulled over for it! Thanks guys, excellent service, as usual!!!

Simple breaks and tires...... 3 weeks and counted. Best part is I called and asked on the progress 2nd week on a friday.... "...tires mounted and balanced. Rear breaks done and working on front as we speak..."...... show up Monday morning and literally nothing was done but removing the break pads and tires.... again that was week 2. Called in about an oil leak on my car. They told me drop it off Tuesday night and they'll get working on it on Wednesday. I called Wednesday afternoon to find out when it would be ready and they told me they didn't even start and would have it ready Thursday. Then I show up Thursday and I get the bill... $150 for the part, which makes sense, and $350 for labor! $350 for what would have been an hour or less job is INSANE. Then I take the car home and notice it's leaking WORSE than it was before! Don't go to Troup's unless you want to give someone money to cause you a bigger problem!

Hang on to your hard earned money and go somewhere else. I wouldn't have even given it one star but I couldn't write a review unless I did. I started having trouble with it into the 2nd month. They charged a lot of money and then wouldn't stand behind it. Their response was "that's too bad".
