Amazing staff and compassionate.Yesterday I had a medical emergency with my dog, Levi. After calling over 10 other veterinarian hospitals, 7 I'm established with already, Cornell being one and my regular vet being out of town, not a single one could take my dog in. After calling friends for recommendations, Grand Canyon was suggested. I called them and after telling them the symptoms and other info, they told me to bring him down. I never thought I would have to leave NY state in order to get emergency care but here I was, driving to get my dog care.Upon arriving, the staff made it easy and quick to check in. They took amazing care of my dog. He's home now recovering and already doing better than yesterday.Thank you to the staff at Grand Canyon for helping Levi. We greatly appreciate you all for all the help, care and compassion.

Found this wonderful place when my Xolo Lucy was terribly sick and my previous vet wouldn’t see her for 2 weeks. No walk ins. Sadly my baby had to be put down. Grand Canyon staff were kind and compassionate.It’s no wonder that when my new Xolo Fred was rescued, I brought him here. Had him in for vaccinations yesterday and I received a phone call this morning from them to check on Fred and see how he was doing. I highly recommend this facility if you care about your fur babies.Loving and caring for sure!

My Wife and I took our Sons dog to Grand Canyon Vet as she wasn't eating and she needed emergency surgery. The Staff and Dr. Shaw are excellent and very compassionate. Our Sons dog is recovering nicely.

They are the only one in the area that actually care about your animal. My puppy has parvo and I tried to get him in all the other vets and they turned us down or wanted and arm and a leg just to see him. No sooner they heard his symptoms they told me to bring him in there prices are reasonable and the people working there will help you the best they can.

I recently had to have my 14 year old dog put down due to his failing health. These are the most professional, kind, and caring individuals. I truly appreciated the compassionate support amidst a very sad time. Would definitely recommend!

Found a dog on main highway out by Sebring running down the center of road there were a couple cars stopped trying to get her and she came to me after I called her girl..(pink collar)..she jumped in and I found her rabies tag my phone wouldn't scan it so I called canyon veterinary and they told me to bring her in wich I did...very friendly people...they found the owner when I called the next day..

Over the years, we have lost 2 pets. One to a severe asthma attack, and just recently one to feline leukemia. The Dr & staff have been exceptionally caring and attentive, staying after hours both times. I cannot say enough about the high standard of professionalism they showed. We even received a condolence card signed by all the staff for our first loss. As the second just happened, I'm sure to receive another. 10 stars if I could!!

Excellent care provided. Drop Off option is wonderful when Bella's ears, etc. need to be checked for infection. We recommend having pets cared for by Dr. Shaw and her staff. 🐶 ★★★★★ 🐶

They are a wonderful veterinarian hospital. They take great pride and care of your animals. Also will answer any questions you may have regarding you furbaby. Was able to get my baby seen quickly and had answers by end of day. Highly recommend!

I began taking my pets here about three years ago. It has been my experience that if I had an emergency they were quick to get my pets in to be treated which is nice! They also now have a second location a surgical center in town and have also built a free dog park. My puppy absolutely LOVES going to the park to play! The park is a wonderful addition for us pet owners who would like to socialize our dogs. As for the veterinary clinic I have never had an issue. The prices are a little higher than I am used to down state where I am from, but the staff seem welcoming and caring which is a plus.

They were awesome in a not-so-awesome situation. My dog was very sick and they provided euthanasia services. They were very compassionate, very gentle, and supported our decisions. Gave explanations every step of the way. The staff were all very kind and caring.

Dr. Kumar was very compassionate during our dogs passing. It’s rare to have a Dr. to have such compassion and care about your furbaby that they’ve never had in their office before. Dr Shaw is a great vet! She is very caring and knowledgeable, but the office climate is chaotic most of the time. There seem to be too many animals for she and the staff to handle at times. But as I said you won't find a better veterinarian in the area.

Great location and friendly knowledgeable staff. I brought my dog here for emergency stitches when I couldn't get through to our regular vet. Even though they were busy they managed to squeeze us in and took great care of my pup. Dr. Shaw took the time to answer questions and made sure we fully understood any directions for aftercare. The office staff followed up with us the next day as well. Because of the level of professionalism and the great care we received, we will be moving all of our dogs care over to Grand Canyon Veterinary.

My dog was very sick and went down hill quickly. Dr. Shaw did everything she could for him. When it became obvious that he was suffering and there wasn’t anything else we could do she discussed the options with me. She is very caring and compassionate. I was allowed to hold him while she administered the medication to end his life. I was left alone to mourn him and no one bothered me until I said I was ready for them to take him. While I don’t ever want to go through that again, I can’t think of anyone I’d trust to take care of my fur babies.

The entire office was friendly & professional. From scheduling to payment. Dr Shaw is not our regular vet but her office got our pet right in. She was compassionate. She did an excellent job explaining treatment options,possible outcomes, euthanasia decisions. We appreciated her time and personal attention.

I am very impressed with the whole practice. From the very friendly ladies at the reception area, the Vet Tects that assist in our dogs care and then Dr. Shaw is the very best yet we have had. This is going back for at least 40 years of having furbabies in our family. She is so kind and has a great amount of knowledge. But, she has such a compassionate soul. I can not get my high regards down to share how highly I think of her. The whole practice is a treasure.

Everyone is amazing from the moment you walk in the door. I took my kitten in because she was sick. They took her out for a temp and weight. There was another sick cat in the back that was going crazy. The lady brought my kitten back in the room so I knew she was okay. I also took my older cat because she had something wrong with her eye and they explained everything so well and now she is doing so much better with the medication. Now that is a place that I will always take all my babies and recommended my friends and family to take theirs as well. They also called me 4 days after to check in on my kitten and my older cat to make sure everything was going well.
