Was looking for a place closer to home since moving & this place had availability I have a small dog. Overall they did an ok job. That said, he has leaky eyes & they were not able to clean them. His nails were a little jagged & not trimmed that much. His tail fur was not cut & they said they weren’t able to do that & my dog wouldn’t let them. He needed his nails trimmed again not long after & there was no answer by phone or text. I took him elsewhere. His hair got long & again no answer by phone or text. I’m back to taking him the 40 minutes with his old groomer. No other groomer has had problems getting his nails, tail or eyes cleaned up.

This was quite possibly one of the best grooms in my dogs life! I was hesitant to bring Bodhi to a new groomer, the last two times I’ve tried have been everything except satisfactory. Nancy was able to get her in within a day of requesting an appointment as a new client, and she was in and out in a perfect amount of time. My dog looks gorgeous, everything is trimmed and brushed and shaped to perfection, and I couldn’t be happier!! Nancy will definitely be my #1 choice for grooming while I live in Waynesboro!!

Our pup hates water and anything to do with grooming, so I was hesitant to leave him for his service. When I picked him up after his appointment he was happy and comfortable. Nancy took her time to keep him calm during the appointment, and they were great friends by the end! She's very good at her job! Her prices are so reasonable and his haircut looked great. Stop looking, book an appointment!

After having a bad experience during a dog nail trim with another groomer I chose to try this one out due to the positive reviews. I’m glad I did as my dog took to her right away and she did a fantastic job with my dog. I recommend this groomer to everyone looking for one for their dog!

Always satisfied. This business has built a great rapport with our 4 year old Bichon/Maltese who always comes out looking clean and spectacularly groomed. We were hesitant to bring our 6 month old shih tzu/Maltese puppy in because he wants to play and fidget constantly. But he needed groomed desperately. We told the owner we always trust her judgement, and once again it worked out great despite the extra effort she had to put in. We don't even need to tell her what we want. We just trust her judgement and she always gets it right.

Nancy took care of our dog, Fire when she worked in Ohio. Fire loved her. Nancy took such good care of Fire and it was so easy to see that she loved him too. Jim and I love you and are so grateful that you were there to take of him. Fire has passed and is extremely missed. Love ya Nancy ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My Australian Shepard is a little “nippy” by nature so I am always concerned in having him groomed.. they were so great with him and he came out looking super handsome and in great spirits! So glad I took the chance on Wags 2 Whiskers!

I would give a 1000 stars if I could she is amazing and I absolutely adore how kind hearted she and her husband are! I have extreme seperation anxiety from my dog and they were patient with me as I kept looking in the window to make sure he was okay (he was fine turns out he does not have seperation anxiety with me haha!)Such a wonderful environment, friendly atmosphere, clean, and I have a border collie for this being his first grooming experience she did an amazing job cutting his hair! I will def return to her for all grooming necessities! If YOU DO GO IN ASK ABOUT SHE raising skunks...YES you heard me ask about her SKUNKS...I love their story so heart warming

Our poor dog split a nail and it looked pretty bad, we took him in to this salon and the staff was friendly and helpful and gave after care tips. They clearly care about the animals and I will be a returning customer from now on.

Shes great with my fur babies and she has great customer service, she does a great job with them. Very friendly and sweet. Works in a good time manner and her prices are great also. Definitely keep going to her.

I took our 2 cats in for a nail trimming and was in and out. The lady working talked to our cats while she cut their nails and kept them calm. We will be going here from now on!
