My husband was in the market for a new truck, and he found exactly what he wanted at Buchanan GMC. While this was quite the dip for us to drive, it was well worth it! We met Jason S. and I have to tell you, he was meant to be “our guy”. He is so personable, knowledgeable and down to earth. Our test drive with him was the most informative one we have ever been on. Very detailed about all the features this truck offered and he answered every question we had no matter how dumb it may have been. The entire buying process was made easy by him, even with a small glitche in the system he could not control. But he worked tirelessly to get it resolved for us even as we drove away in a brand new GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 ! Jason made my husbands dream come true of having his first, yes first, brand new truck!!!Thank you Jason! Not only do we consider you an awesome salesman, but you have become a friend! This is the absolute worst place to get your car serviced, I schedule appointments, they put me for different days then what is scheduled, it seems like nobody knows how to read a computer system, talked to 3 people in a week to confirm and I get here there is no appointment scheduled. Don't schedule ahead either they will move your appointments around. The service here is horrible. An oil change can take up to 4 hours here.I have been a faithful Chevy owner for 20 years and I have never had problems with any other dealerships. The straight disrespect, and blind ignorance that comes from so called management is a joke. They don't like to accept my coupons because it takes away their commission. Not my problem. They act helpful, but you can hear them talk crap about you through the wall.Its really sad this place had potential until they got rid of the few good ones. So unfortunate. I will never use Buchanan anything after my experiences at Chevy in Waynesboro. Sad I've been coming here 4 years now, every time it's a new excuse of what I did wrong. I drive 45 minutes to get to this particular Dealership, used to be the best, guess I'm just impatient, with the services and people here. If Saturdays are so packed hire people, there really is not a satisfying excuse that they have given me in terms of service.

Had a phenomenal experience with Benjamin at Buchanan. He was extremely knowledgeable about ALL the vehicles and the differences between trim levels. I shopped for about 6 months before I decided on the vehicle I wanted, and even though I went to others, I came back in the End. Not only was it a better deal by 24%, but they were Very up front about the best deal they could give me.10/10, even though I'm driving my Dream Truck, I will buy from Benjamin at Buchanan again! (but this time I won't keep them until an hour after closing.😂)

If you wanna pay for a car that you don't get to drive then this is the place to go. Been paying for a car for months now only to be driving a rental that's way smaller then the car I'm paying for. No one at Buchanan cares about anything but the money you put in their pockets.You would figure after 2 months of driving a rental when you do get the car back it would run great but nope back to the dealer and into another rental. Such a horrible business! I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Last Saturday it was a pretty busy day for Buchanan, But Nick took care of us right away. It was clear that he was running around and taking care of multiple customers at once, But at no point did we feel as if we were being neglected. My wife and I can be fairly hard to please, when looking for a specific vehicle. I guess we figure if we’re spending that much money we should get what we want. Nick was very attentive and did a great job finding vehicles that met our criteria. Did I forget to mention that we got top dollar for our trade. We also got to interact with the management team. Xavier and Dan were particularly helpful. In the end, we drove off with a beautiful 2024 Chevy Equinox RS. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Nick and the rest of the team at Buchanan Chevrolet!

This is the 2nd time I have purchased a vehicle from Buchanan. I initially looked elsewhere for a better deal, but Buchanan's deal was always better than others. They went out of their way to find the exact car I was looking for, since they didn't have it. I will always recommend them to my friends and family, and not waste anymore time looking elsewhere. I have always had a good experience with them and with my salesperson Jason. He was very pleasant, and I never felt any pressure from him. Thank you!!

We have had our truck for just over a week now. We weren't expecting to have to buy a new one, but our other one got totaled. We were in a bit of a hurry due to it being used for work, so we were very fortunate to come across what we wanted to Buchanan! We first called in to and asked questions. Kelly did an amazing job answering them, left us her phone number, and said to contact her at any time with further questions. There was no push to buy, no push to come see something. When we finally were able to get to the dealer, we showed up without an appointment and were worried about getting a time slot with a sales rep. No problem! Not only did we get help immediately upon our arrival, but the team made sure we were able to continue to work with Kelly throughout our buying experience. She made us feel comfortable, talked to us about our options, compared some newer vehicles for us, and got us out the door as soon as the sales team could draw up the paperwork. We are very grateful, especially when plenty of other buying processes for vehicles have NOT gone that smoothly in the past!Posting as 4 stars only because the website was not super clear. Everything was listed under the main lot's address, but the truck was actually at another location. No big deal, they still took care of us, but we did have to wait just a little bit longer because of that. Guess that is also partially our fault for showing up without an appointment. Also didn't really appreciate having to spend the money for the nitro in the tires and other "package deals" that were not listed in the original price... but they still worked with us to get us out of the door at the price we were seeking!

We got new car at this dealership, costumer service was great, they treat us very well, the attended Victoria Warfield she are nice lady, Dan the manager are great as well very honest, he tell us what to do with our bad credit. Really I will high recommend to come over and talk to Victoria or Mr Dan, you won't disappoint it. If have more Star I will give more. This is a real nice dealership, I will come for my next car, or pick up truck.

We bought the 2018 Sierra on 2/22/24 in the rain we did a quick once around because it was pouring took the truck for a ride and my wife noticed the headliner was down.( was repaired by their mechanics on 3/15 which their service was awesome). On 3/8 I called Nick the person who sold us the truck and tolhim that the bumper was not even and the step piece was pushed up sent him pictures which he confirmed that he received. Nick stated that a manager would follow-up, but even when I was there nobody follow-up, which is very disappointing since the truck was advertised at 27,500 but they wouldn't give me that price because someone made an error. My credit is not great and truly believe that they took advantage of a buyer that wanted that particular vehicle. So I'm not willing to buy from them again, mainly the follow-up was non existence, but I would absolutely co.mend the service department for a great job. I can absolutely send pictures if need be. Thank you

It took a couple weeks to get my trade in valve acceptable. My salesperson Karim did an excellent job of staying in contact with me and answering any questions I had. Had a couple issues after picking up the vehicle though. Gas was below a quarter of a tank and tire air pressures ranged from 55psi to 37psi. Dealership charges you $98 for nitrogen on the invoice so you would think it would be correct.
