My wife and I love to buylocal and support neighborhood businesses. I've never been disappointed with anything I've bought there. They have a big selection ofeverything for baking,too.They make great subs and sandwiches,too. As my wife says "Burkholder's iswonderful good!"

Tipical Mennonite dry goods store. Their prices are somewhat high though. They have an amazing verity of baking supplies and a selection of very delicious local dairy products. The fresh produce they normally offer is usually not satisfactory.

Stopped at Burkholders FArmers Market with my wife.The Ladies who waited on us were very nice. They have a large selections of meats and cheeses, also homade pies. There potato and macaroni salads are extremely good..we will be stopping there agai !

Nice little Market. Fresh local produce at reasonable prices. Deli had good prices on meats and cheeses. Snack foods and essentials like milk, drinks, and pantry Staples available as well. The people working were pleasant, polite, and very helpful!

Great produce, home made pies & breads. I bought the largest size cabbage I have ever seen for $1.49 it was bigger than a large watermelon. The lettuce, tomatoes & onions are the best! They make excellent hoagie as well. Sliced meat & cheese. Frozen foods to choose from also. Snacks & candies. Again the prices are great.

Great country store with everything from lunch meats and cheese, whoopie pies, baked goods, chips, cooler items, aisles of homemade goods, fresh produce, and more! You can order subs, wraps and sandwiches at the deli and sometimes they have soup options. I went with a sub this time and it did not disappoint. It was one of the best I had in quite a while! If you are looking for a quick bite for lunch or to do a little grocery shopping for the night's dinner this is a good bet.

Even though they sell a lot of fresh products and different types of novelties, they are charging far more than what things are worth. I live in Washingtonville so sometimes it’s very convenient to stop to pick up what I need on my way home, what isn’t convenient is that they are asking $11+ for a jar of Hellman’s mayonnaise. I understand that they will ask a little more for things since they are a specialty store but 3 times the regular price is far more than what they should be charging. That is price GOUGING!!!! Highway ROBBERY!!! I thought these are people who follow the Bible to a level that is extreme, no judgment, just didn’t think that God is wanting one to cheat their fellow man, but instead to help and taking more money from customers than is even decent, is a bad thing to do especially when people are on a budget. Weis doesn’t show any favor to whatever ur beliefs are, EVERYONE pays the same price. Do the Amish charge other Amish the same price? Or is it only the English that pay that price? I guess their store is for those who don’t have any financial struggles and I find that to be very sad because they have a lot of really great things that one cannot get from Weis or as fresh as their produce and products are. It would be really nice if they would price things so that everyone could enjoy the gifts that they are able to give. The baked goods are amazing and they have a deli that offers subs and salads.. they also sell ice cream in cones or dish but that too is extremely expansive..it might be better to get return customers and I’m sure their are many people who have gone in there once and after paying the ridiculous prices, they didn’t return.

Flatbed Truck Driver - I been passing by this market for almost a year and never knew it served sandwiches for $5.00Great food and customer service; I highly recommend!TO WHOM OWNS THE PROPERTY - If you're reading this, it would increase your sales if you advertise the sale of Sandwiches for drivers to see when their passing by. I only heard of this place after telling a security guard that I was starving for food. There are many truck drivers that pass through the area because its the only direction our Truck GPS sends us. I am sure they would love to know as well. Thank you.

The subs are so big and delicious. They have a great selection of produce, dry goods, and deli meat and cheese. Employees are very friendly and prompt. Definitely worth the drive.

I love Amish people and this place too. They are so nice and the food is always fresh. 😋😍😃 you can buy subs/hoagies/sandwiches there with foodstamps!!! And the Amish people don't even mind if you ask them questions about the Amish lifestyle. They are sooo nice and happy and smile as they work their lil gloved up fingers in-between the cheese slices to supply you with one of the fullest subs you will ever get in this stingy on the meat and cheese world. People drive from all over the US 🇺🇸 just to visit and enjoy their fresh fruits and vegetables and the selection is out of this world!

We went for freshly baked apple cinnamon buns. They also have blueberry, peach, it varies. We were lucky, there was still a package. Picked up some nice locally grown tomatoes while we were there

Ate lunch at their chicken bbq. THINK this was a local fund raiser for their youth club. The store market was superb. The shelves are stocked with Amish canned goods, staples, and delicious baked goods. I haven't purchased anything from their deli as yet, but I suspect it is just as good since the line was kind of long. Didn't purchase purchase any of the proute as yet, but it was the best I've ever seen. I will definitely be returning!

I love this store ,if you love to cook you can find seasoning to flour to cookie cutter and sandwiches stop in u won't regret it .
