I use to love Walmart and think it is a great place until someone I know someone who works there and they continue to harass this person. Sad that is the biggest store for people.to shop at in the united states and you cannot treat your employees with respect. I think this store needs to revise there managers. I would never send anyone there to work and if I could find another a store to shop at that was a one stop shop I would. Hope your BIG bonuses come for you while the people who bust their a**** do everything and you just stand around and give orders. Bad enough when you walk in this store you cannot find a friendly soul. Truly disappointed in walmart . I have been a nurse and a manager for years and I will tell you I respect the hell out of my employees and I am there to help any way I can at anytime, not criticize and degrade them. Get off your high horse teach you employees customer service and lose your attitudes, not any managers here I want to approach either. The other sad parr about this in they don't care what people say or comment! WHY? They are a big corporation that will just hire someone else to fill that spot and not care about the lively hood of the ones that are there. The customer that leaves the comment oh well there are thousands of others who continue to shop, so what do they lose NOTHING! Until others stand up and a how them things need to change. COVID changed people and not for the better. YES I was a front line worker and I will tell you nothing about.me changed one bit, even the death of my child when COVID started I remained who I was for others everyday , but I see it changed many into being rude disrespectful and just plain mean, especially those in hire roles. Appreciate the employees you have and stop treating them like they don't matter, stop harassing them and show them what they do is appreciated. Little things go a long way, and happy employees make any business prosper! When you treat tour employees badly it reflects on the entire management team. Remember that!!! You never know until you get inside information didn't even want or star it because I am so disgusted after what I heard😔

I have a deaf father in law and he doesn't quite understand walmart pickup. I placed a$300 order at the Pittston store. We were an hour early. I called she literally had no time for him. We canceled and came back to Tunkhannock. Will never go back to Pittston!

One of the best visits in a long time. Physically went in looking at a few things you just can't judge on line. After a mix up at for a curbside pickup both in store and by curbside couldn't have been nicer. Especially the two young men that help get us on our way

Good job keeping the parking lot ice free a lady just fell in parking lot. I didn't want to give it a 1 star but only way I can say something I had to give it a star. Again good job

This Walmart is, by far, the best in the area. It's very organized, the employees are very professional, bathrooms are very tidy and clean, and the store is immaculate. If you're looking for a Walmart to do any type of shopping, grocery or otherwise, and don't want to be bothered with seeing people in pajamas or any other crazy attire, acting nuts, I highly recommend this one. Enjoy, my friends. 🙂

The people are nice enough, but the bathroom is one of the most disgusting I've been in. There's so much soap scum on the sink it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, and I wouldn't go in a stall without a hazmat suit. I noped right out of there!

I'm disabled so I always do curbside pickup at Walmart, which is great for me. I place my order online, park in the pickup spots and they bring my items out and put them in my car. Couldn't be easier! Thanks for curbside pickup!

Contacted customer service about an order I didn’t receive and nothing but issues! ARUN is the worst and gave me incorrect info on my order. No one wants to help at Walmart. Period. They should be out of business at this point!

One stop shopping for most things. They did away with their Buffalo wing pizza in the freezer section. Which I miss so much.

The telephone experience is awful. I called electronics all this last week and all it does is ring. As a business person I would want ppl to keep calling and getting a actual person so they want to keep coming back. Very disappointed in this place

I couldn't find what I was looking for. The people I asked for help couldn't help me even though I was looking in the section that they were busy stocking. You would think they could use their devices to look something up for you. Maybe Walmart could afford that functionality on those scanners.

I do the curbside pickup usually and haven't had too much of an issue yet. The staff is always friendly and helpful, but a few times I received a bag that wasn't a part of my order or was missing something not listed in the app. It's convenient and quick, so missing an item or having an extra one, isn't an issue since I would probably miss something or pick more up if I was walking around.

Your customer service absolutely is horrible..all they do is let the phone ring AND since when aren’t returns WITH receipts not a thing? All my nephew wanted to do was get exchange legos cuz he got 2 of the same thing for his bday and the money went back on my card instead of walking out the store with his gift….as a customer that’s frustrating as hell and probably disappointing for a 7 year old. Change your system bc it’s broke

The cleanest Walmart I've ever been in. Had to very reluctantly run in for lamp wicks while camping up the road. They did not have them, so we bought another lamp and ordered more wick when we got home, which solved the problem. Removed one star because every Walmart drives me insane, even the cleanest one I've ever seen.

The store is clean and usually have what I want but they're Terribly understaffed as are most Wal-Marts. The staff they do have are usually friendly and helpful. There's just not enough of them.

I enjoy this Walmart because they have a decent offering of disability carts, which I need because I am on oxygen . Plus they have a nicer assortment of clothes.To top it off there's a Aldis directly across the street. It a win win. ♡
