You have to stop in and try a sample! It's the best stuff around. All the flavors are gourmet and delicious. Plus they have ice cream, coffee and maple syrup.

Awesome coffee and when they are roasting the coffee beans it smells like heaven. Let's not forget the popcorn, so many flavors to choose from. I love the caramel with sea salt. Chocolate popcorn,Rainbow is good too. They have soft serve ice cream that is so fresh and I get extra sprinkles. It reminds me of my childhood. Great place to take the kids. They sell coffee fresh grounded or pods and can create your favorite blend. I love this place so much. ❤

Get yourself the large White Chocolate Bourbon Caramel latte! You will love it! And the extras in the store are good too. We like the variety of beef sticks and other goodies. Popcorn is a nice snack filler!

I was new to this area, and I wanted to stop in to see what this place had to offer. I was greeted by a friendly young man . I asked many questions about the Maple syrup, the caramel corn and about the area in general and he answered all of my questions. I ordered a latter and it was delicious! I bought some caramel corn and maple syrup and both were delicious! I will definitely be back again.

Unique combination popcorn store & ice cream parlor rolled into one. The variety of stuff offered is well priced. One lone disadvantage is the parking lot at first glance isn't easy to locate.

This place has terrific soft serve ice cream. Very generous portions and a super chocolate milk shake. Very reasonable prices. Pop corn and other items are neatly displayed on attractive shelves expertly fashioned by the owner. Also, it is immaculate. A must STOP!!

Only have soft serve ice cream. Vanilla and chocolate. Very disappointed. Popcorn is expensive and the bags are small. I didnt care for the caramel corn. Very light on the caramel and more chewy than crunchy. Think cracker jack. I grew up on the delicious caramel corn from Sears and Roebuck. This is a far cry from that.

I've lived in the area my whole life and never knew such an awesome place existed!! The shop is clean and roomy with bags of every flavored popcorn you can imagine lining the walls! I especially loved the sampling table where you can taste every flavor popcorn that interest you. And when you can't make up your mind.. Don't worry because they have a great deal of buy 4 bags and get 1 FREE!!! You have to taste to believe.

Good selection of popcorn. And tasty. The town here doesn't seem too friendly to outsiders as everyone, and I mean everyone, has no public restrooms but they let us use theirs. A little reluctantly I think, but we really appreciated it since the rest stop with bathrooms just down the street was closed.

What a fantastic little shop! They have amazing rich custard soft serve, more flavors of popcorn than you can imagine, peanuts, and coffee, and they make the popcorn, coffee, and nuts right there in the store. Excellent serving sizes and prices, and a very friendly staff! Worth stopping in for sure!

This is my and my fiance Jay's favorite place to go; hot or cold LOL!! Mill Street "Treats" store is like stepping back in time! Mr/Dr Seeley(former eye Dr of our awesome small town of Troy PA)!! Retired and restored that old little bldg secretly playing the Real Wizard of Oz mixing magical ingredients and popping up delicious flavors of all kinds of popcorn!!!! We now know Dr Seeley had a "magical eye" for popcorn kernels!! Heehee🤗 But folks... Let me tell y'all... Chocolate-vanilla twist cone is my true desire from their wonderful shop!! Best soft ice cream since Tastee Freez!! Uh oh... Lol See... Go to Sylvania look for the WHITE CAROUSEL HORSE STOP PARK AND Go on in and order flavored popcorn 😱 OMG the walls are filled so many to choose!! Or a cone trust me folks... You will have to eat ice cream down before you pull out!! Shane Morgan is my cousin and he grew up on top of Armenia mountain is FARMERS WELL WE SURE DO LIKE ICE CREAM!! OH YEA.... DON'T FORGET a good hot cup of coffee any flavor ya wanna try also is waiting there for you!! I can not say enough good things about Mill Street. My wife and I always look forward to picking up a bag or two on Thursdays at the Corning farmers market, but in the off season, it’s just as easy to order online. Shipping is fast and easy. This place is wonderful! The popcorn here is to die for! The pricing ranges from 6-8 bucks per bag and the bags are quite decent in size. They have everyflavor you can think of and many more! I'm talking white chocolate, cheddar cheese, jalapeno, chocolate, peanut butter, Reeses, and many more. They also serve ice cream in a bunch of different flavors! They have outdoor seating so you can sit and enjoy your icecream and the neighbor golden retriever can come visit you. The dog is very friendly! Definitely a place to checkout!

The 2 Hot Cheddar and Honey Mustard popcorns are cheap and delicious! The popcorn is perfectly crunchy and flavorful- not too much, not too little, and ships in just the right amount!
