This is not a very professional business. They could not give me exact numbers on cost for each of my dogs. Then they call me and tell me I am going to be charged a late fee because I would not be there within their 30 minute pick up window. They never told me about a charge for not making it to them in exactly 30 minutes. Needless to say this is an over priced poorly run business. We will not be coming back.

My dog has been going to daycare at Clean Paws for about a year now. The staff is wonderful and facilities always clean. My dog absolutely can't wait to go there and have fun all day long while I'm working. I have had her groomed a few times and they did a great job. I highly recommend you check them out for grooming, boarding, and daycare! I am very careful about my animals safety & I never have to worry since she's in excellent hands here.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service and care that Kelly and Kayla give my dog!!!My Lucy has so much anxiety and stress when it comes to clipping her nails. They are so patient and kind during the exhausting process! Would highly recommend for all your grooming needs!!!

Very unprofessional establishment. I scheduled my cat to be groomed a month ago and never got a follow up to confirm his appt. I called several times up until the day before when I finally got an answer. They confirmed for 10am today. I knocked on the door at 9:55am and saw a "closed sign". They're supposedly open at 8am. I sat for almost an hour out front staring at the closed sign, calling and calling asking for an update and wondering what was going on. An employee strolls in at 10:45 and when I walk in, she tells me they sent me a text cancelling my appt this morning. Come to find out they didn't even have my correct phone number and supposedly texted someone else. She said I was wrong about my own number, and they had the right number. I took a PTO day from work for no reason. They stress several times their cancellation fees and make you put a card on file to charge you, but it's all good if they cancel an hour before your appt and don't even tell you about it lol. What a joke. No wonder this place has a bad reputation.

Clean Paws Boutique is an awesome place for any dog for Day Care, Grooming or Boarding. The girls there are so nice and truly love the animals. My puppy has been going to Clean Paws Boutique since he was 4 months old and he loves it! He can't wait to get there on the days he attends Day Care and squeals with excitement when we arrive in the parking area - then it is a race to the door to see his buddies! Clean Paws Boutique is the BEST!

My little poodle/Maltese mix boy has cataracts and has always been super shakey at any other groomers. When I brought him to Clean Paws, he was a totally different boy. Very happy and content :). The staff loves animals and are very kind, gentle with your fur babies. This is super important to me, besides the beautiful grooming! I highly recommend their services!

We have taken our Chi to Clean Paws for over 4 years and they have given the best care for him. He is a little high maintenance (we know) and they are so wonderful with him. He goes for the day, overnights, grooming and he gets special attention every time. I would never take him to anywhere else and appreciate so much what they do for him and us! We love Clean Paws!

My husband and I tried a couple of different dog boarding locations in the Irwin area, and we love Clean Paws the best! They don't use concrete floors or chain link fences for kennels. Instead, they have cute vinyl/wooden partitions with decorated doggie doors and carpeting. I prefer this because I feel like I'm leaving my dog in a more comfortable, home-like setting rather than a cold concrete building. Clean Paws has a large indoor room for the dogs to play, and they also have a ramped access to a wooden, fenced outdoor play area for the dogs. They have the freedom to roam inside and outside and have lots of room to play. Clean Paws regularly posts Facebook videos of the dogs playing so you can see your dog while you're away. The ladies who staff the facility have always been very friendly, smiling, and welcome my dog as one of their own! They asked about her feeding routine and made sure her vaccination records were up-to-date. The facility overall is very clean and cute! They also offer dog grooming services which we've used a handful of times in the past. Our dog always came home looking clean and happy! I would highly recommend this facility for your dog grooming and boarding needs!

We love Clean Paws! Wouldn't think of taking our Lily girl anywhere else. I love the homey atmosphere - it doesn't feel like a kennel, but like we're dropping her off at a friend's house. I also love the photos and videos they post on FB - whether Lily's at Clean Paws for doggy daycare or for boarding, it's nice that we can see she's having fun with her friends. It's obvious that Kelly is a dog lover - she's always taking in rescues and finding them good homes - so I feel comfortable leaving our girl at her place.

I took my dog there last weekend for the first time. They did a great job with him. He looked great and smelled great after having a bath and trim. I was able to drop him off for a fee hours ran some errands and came back and he was done. I will be going back once a month.

I just had switched groomers due to my previous groomer retiring. My sheltie needed groomed bad, and she can be difficult at times. She hates being brushed. They took great care, and they did a good job.

They took my dog right away when i dropped him off. Clean paws offers special treatments and knows how to groom all dogs. They also ask what the customer wants and cares. Love them.

It won't let me put zero stars or I would. Took my dog there for daycare and contractor working for the owner left the front door open and somehow was able to open the gate as well without anyone stopping him, and my dog ran out the front door. He was missing for 24 hours. Luckily we found him. Thank goodness for the All but Furgotten volunteers assisting who printed fliers and helped spread the word. The businesses right next to this store did not even know a dog was missing until we alerted them the following day. Never physically saw the owner after she initially told me my dog was missing when I showed up. Spoke with her on the phone several times, but never saw her after that. The volunteer organization is who met me in the boutique's parking lot, calmed me down and helped organize the search, printed and distributed fliers and set up traps to try to lure him in. Owner has not even followed up with me to make sure my dog is ok. Refunding my boarding deposit was their only response after my dog was found. My husband and I missed work, neighbors and family members drove around for hours and we even got a dead battery in our car. Would never recommend this place. Just thankful for the volunteers who made the difference and helped bring home our dog. Terribly awful ordeal.

Was thankfully able to make an appointment for my westies grooming. The ladies were nice as pie and my dog has since lost 2# in fur! Jk but he was in serious need of a trim. Will be bringing him back!

they love and care for your pets as there own. our 3 dogs loved it there for a weeks time. we got to see them on videos posted which was comforting to see them playing and having fun! very clean place and great staff!

They always do a great job with my dog, the owner is super friendly and always updates us with how the dog is doing. Staff is super friendly and they do everything! They are great people and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my animals.
