A grocery store that's neither amazing nor disastrous. It falls squarely in the "average" category, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. You'll find everything you need for a basic grocery run, but don't expect gourmet delights or mind-blowing customer service.On the plus side, the selection is decent. They have a good range of produce, both fresh and pre-packaged, and the grocery aisles are stocked with the usual suspects (cereals, pasta, canned goods, etc.). There's also a dedicated section for local products, which is a nice touch. However, you won't find the most exotic ingredients here, so adventurous cooks might be disappointed.Prices are average too. They're not the cheapest, but they're not outrageous either. You can usually find some decent deals if you're willing to hunt for coupons and sale items.Customer Service is where things get a bit hit-or-miss. Some employees are friendly and helpful, while others seem like they'd rather be anywhere else. Be prepared for variable levels of enthusiasm from the checkout staff.The store is generally clean and well-maintained. I haven't encountered any major cleanliness issues during my visits.Overall, it’s a reliable option for your everyday grocery needs. It's not the most exciting store, but it will get the job done without breaking the bank.

I am currently employed at the Giant Eagle, and I love my job. I love the family feel of the team we have. We're in the middle of a transition to New Management then I'm not going to say it has been all smooth sailing but I choose to believe everything will smooth out in the end.

It's Feb 5, 2024 What in the world is happening to our Giant Eagle in Titusville, PA?The produce has slowly been going downhill for some time. For instance, the plastic boxed lettuces that used to be so fresh and good are now coming from Ohio, and they don't last but a couple of days.Today, at about 1:30 there were about 20 people waiting in one line to check out, as there was only one cashier working. (The other one was on break, I was told.) And there were about 9 people waiting to use the 2 self check-out options.It feels like the wheels are going to fall off from a store that a lot of customers have enjoyed for years and that love the cashiers and other employees.Feels terribly mis-managed, or that something is just not right. Is this store closing?

So, I had to delete and make a new review, all because of the change of management that happened at here.The new store manager has caused many changes and from an outside perspective no one really thinks they are bad or good. As a now former employee who got so sick of the new managers disregard for the safety of the customers and employees and the incompetent decisions they made, I can say it's no longer worth using their bathrooms let alone shoping or working there. The pools of water that can be found near the check outs are due to management wanting the entire perimeter of the store cleaned before the isles. Now that wouldn't be a problem if it was done before the store opens, but management wants the bathrooms cleaned before the store opens and the floors cleaned after the store opens. I did request for safety sake to have the situation resolved by having these things done during a closing shift but management ignored the request and continued to ignore many suggestions from employees that make sense and would increase safety while increasing efficiency. Meanwhile management also keeps making decisions that have been tried before and failed miserably, and when told that it won't work because it was tried before they ignore the information and facts laid before them.Basically Giant Eagle in Titusville has been handed over to an incompetent, ignorant, and completely disrespectful, illogical moron, who has from what I hear from my former Co workers there has almost the entire team ready to follow suit and quit.

I love the customer service here, the ones who work here go out of there way to help the customer, even say if you need help to your car with your groceries...they will help. My only complaint would be the prices, it's the only grocery store here, an not just due to inflation, but even before that there prices were steeper then most. It's too bad that they couldn't be more. There are many y advantages there, even the possible new business that could go there. It be nice if we could catch up with the times, from cities near us. Maybe make plazas out of the areas available. There's too many parking lots. I've been in other Giant eagles, where they had other things to enlighten there business. Such as a place to sit and eat a sandwich, maybe add a small restaurant, it would be good for those who work in the area to have a place to eat on this side of town. A hair salon, gas pumps, dry cleaners, a car wash even. The ideas are limitless. I just wish more people would be interested in investing on our community. We need better pricing, and business's badly, it could really help build our population if we had more to offer around here.

The Giant Eagle in Titusville is a good grocery store and much more. As the only actual grocer in our small town, we depend upon them to provide consistent grocery products day after day. Unlike some "larger stores" who only seem to sell "deals" and you may never see the same product twice.The Giant Eagle has a pharmacy with a very well prepared staff. They all know who you are and speak to you as a friend not a statistic.The grocery, produce, deli and meat departments are fine and you can ask for special products or special cuts and they are delivered as expected at the agreed upon time.In a small town in Western PA we have a full variety of fresh produce (fruits and vegetables) year round.Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable of the store and helpful.They also have beer and wine.

Unless you're looking for a turkey or a ham the day before a holiday, you can normally find what. The best thing about Giant Eagle, is that they have their specialty foods, that you can't find in the discount food stores! Mind you it is pricier but their meat is better! I always shop buy one get free for the meat.

The only reason I don't give 5☆ is that this place is BEYOND expensive! HOWEVER: they carry things that nobody else carries (ie: boxes of just lemon Luigi's rather than the 2-kind pack). Produce and meat always look great. It's just that you can't go do all of your groceries here cuz of the hugely high, unaffordable prices.

I have never bought a cake there before and wasn't too sure about buying such a big one without having had one before. The lady who took my order was very friendly and helpful. The cake was decorated beautifully. I had many compliments on it and a lot of people asked where I got it. Quite a few people said they weren't "cake people" but thought it was really good. I highly recommend this bakery. They made a gorgeous and delicious cake for my daughter's birthday. Thank you!

they have a huge selection of odd/organic/varied products, extremely expensive the only way i shop there is for items i just can't find anywhere else locally or for the big sale items in their flyers, which will give you fuel discounts at a certain(their) gas station(at the other end of town), the discounts are a lot if you buy a lot of groceries/prescriptions/other items, but they have expensive prices on everything even the sale items will sometimes be less expensive elsewhere!?! but it's a nice parking lot and good employees, quite often they're registers will be understaffed and you'll have to wait in line a long time....

Giant Eagle has the best bakery in town their meat department is excellent I love the fried chicken there and I love their Cole slaw it's a very good store they have some very good deals.

Love the fuel perks, but I do not like stuff sitting in the isles. It's a cluster truck! We as shoppers have to trip over one another in each isle. There has been times when my wife and I are shopping get split up while I wait for a path with the cart. Its ridiculous!

Lawrence, Renata, just to name a few of the always helpful and personable employees at Titusville Giant Eagle. I had to ask the butcher to help with a rain check and I am sure he was ready to go home. No problems, no complaints, did it with a smile and asked if I needed anything else...and a few nights previous,I believe it was Wednesday evening after 8pm, the woman at the customer service desk wrote out four rain checks and had another employee help me with the cereal that was on sale...with a teenage male I. The house, i love Giant Eagle's sales!
