They would always have PR Bread know they don’t have it. But they had it Thursday 3/28And it was hard and burned. Who sells bread like that. Two their a lady in bakery she has attitude and doesn’t like other people than her kind. She’s always nasty she also was putting bagels out and she had croissants on her tray I waited for her to finished and she had the nerve to say the croissant’s weren’t ready why have them on the tray. Anyway the bakery should have things ready at a certain time some us work all night would like fresh bread croissants come on know Weis

This is the first time I shop at Weis. The section layout of the merchandise is totally different from Wegmans, Shoprite, King's etc., any kind I visited. The shopping aisle is wide and well lighted. It's pretty impressive and comfortable to shop at here. There are also a lot of items on sale!! A bargain place and a very comfortable shopping environment!

We were very surprised to be accused as a shop lifter. We have no idea what made the front manager-ish lady to think we did not pay for it. She interrogated us and claimed our items was not on our receipt (which it clearly was) then acted like she was silly and didn't see it. She owes us a huge apologies, which didn't happen.

It is a sad shame that I purchase items in Weis all the time and because the customer service desk is closed, I was not able to receive change for a $20.00 bill from a cashier. Priorities are warped. Never utilizing Weis again!!!

Really good selection for a grocery store. The place was clean. The staff super friendly and helpful. Have never visited before so it was a really nice shopping experience. They have self checkout and did not have to wait at all for when the machine said I needed help. Staff was prompt and patient and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

For the meats, Weis is second to none! If you haven't discovered this check it out, their BOGO and BOG2 are phenomenal... if you catch it at the right time.

This is not the first time something like this has happened to me at this location. I frequently shop at the Weis in East Stroudsburg and also at the one on 611 in Stroudsburg and rarely have any issues. It just seems to be this location that I have problems with.While watching my carbs i'll often to go a weis, shoprite, giant, etc. type place and get a pack of lunch meat and maybe some shrimp or another pre packaged item that is low in carbs for a meal while on the go. This here, was a huge mistake, and I was so angry at the level of care given by this place, I didn't even go inside and say anything because it would have ended up in me yelling.Whoever was working in the deli simply doesn't care about their job.As you can see from the photo of the Roast Beef I spent $12 on, all of the cartilage was in there and wrapped it up as is for someone (me) to waste their money on. It wasn't very good quality RB to begin with, but having to throw half of it away because you can't even chew it really tends to ruin your lunch. You can't tell from the photo but the shrimp was rancid. I am a chef of 20 years, it was rancid. I believe they cooked old shrimp, froze it, and thawed it in shifts to lay out day by day for purchase. Who knows how much shrimp was actually inedible that they had sold that day, but unfortunately I definitely received one package.I pass here nearly daily for work, and I will never go back there again. I've spent a lot of money there. Congratulations in losing yourself a steady customer.

I have been shopping at this store for many years but never will again! I was at the checkout and scanned an item my husband grabbed for us and noticed it was dried fruit packages cherries when it was supposed to be cranberries as I am very allergic to cherries. I told the lady at the checkout I grabbed the wrong one and was going to switch it and she said sure. So I went to get the correct item never leaving the store and noticed they did not have it so I went to customer service to return it. I was told by the lady they could not return it my husband thought she was kidding which she was not she said they do jot take anything back unless it’s damaged. I told her the package is sealed and I never left the store with it I never even put it in a bag I noticed after I scanned it and immediately went to switch it. She said it’s the store policy now that nothing can be returned unless damaged. Bad store policy when it’s sealed and I never left the store I will never ship in this store again, and the store wonders why it’s going down hill!

I was very disappointed with the customer service at the delivery. I wanted to get a sandwich. I asked the employee behind the counter if I could get a sandwich made and she she said no, that she needed to finish making the pizzas. I said is there anyone else who can help me then. She called someone else who said, why don't you just buy a pre-made one in the display. I said I wanted a fresh sandwich with only sertain things on it. She said, well, she is making pizza and I have to help other customers. I mean what the heck is going on here. Customer service has gone out the window. It's like some people don't want to work anymore. I will never go back there ever again. Very unhappy customer.

I stop here occasionally on my way home but it's not my local store. Usually a good selection, produce is usually very good quality and a nice size meat department for a smaller location. Prices are a little higher than my local Weis but it's close to Rt 80, Mt airy, Great Wolf and camelback so it's to be expected.
