We recently had our furniture cleaned by The Rug Beater. It was the first time we had used this company, but we had heard good reports about them from friends.Sam arrived on time, and soon had his equipment set up. (Being in a second-floor apartment was no problem.) Sam did an excellent job for us, and we appreciated his friendly professionalism and hard work.After a couple of hours he was finished. He explained that it would take a little while for our furniture to dry properly.Now, a few weeks later, we are delighted with Sam's good work. Excellent and prompt service!! After I had a failed attempt following manufacturers floor care instructions on a year old laminate floor and manufacturer provided no support, the Rug Beater was able to restore the floor finish to the original state! From customer service and quote, plus understanding my frustration all the way through the process, to a super result, they provided outstanding service!!! Highly recommended to assist your needs! Moved into a new Condo. No other company was willing to come clean my carpets. Rug Beaters was recommended by someone where I live and also by my Painter. Sam came out ahead of time to make sure his hoses would reach. He let me know the best side to access my Condo from and where he needed to park. I asked for him to do my cleaning yesterday. He was friendly, professional and meticulous. My carpets, which are pretty old I think, look absolutely stunning today. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs carpet cleaning. I would write this review even if I did not get a $10.00 discount. Had a terrible stained carpet in a room that we let people who needed a temporary place to stay occupy. Unfortunately, they took advantage and left it trashed. I thought we were going to have to replace it for $$$. Friend of mine said try these people. Professional at every level, from the first call to the reminder call the day before. I was not expecting much, thought the rug would turn out ok but expecting the "We tried speech". Phil called the morning of to tell me he was on his way. He let me know what kinda of carpet it was, the characteristics of the carpet, and what he was going to do. He went to work and explained the chemicals he used to pre -treat followed by hot water extraction. I was thinking it was going to make the carpet soggy but I was wrong, it wasn't. After he was done I could not believe it, it was incredible. I shared photos with some friends and they were all blown away. It went from tear out to nice in an hour and half to 2 hours. Cost, well the old saying you get what you pay for probably applies. For me and my finances, it was expensive, but for others it would probably be very reasonable. In the end it was so worth it because replacement would have been far more expensive than the cost to clean it. I would never use the rental carpet cleaner at the grocery store again. I talked to my wife and told her they do upholstery, I am sure it would be fantastic and maybe we will budget that for next year . I would totally recommend and use them again!

This was our first carpet cleaning experience and the Rugbeater was exceptional from beginning to end in the process. We received a detailed list of pre and post cleaning instructions and thanks to Stacy and Helen for their friendly and helpful service fielding our many questions prior to and after the cleaning. Sam was very personable and professional while doing an excellent job cleaning our old carpet.

Very pleased with the job done by RugBeaters. Had living room carpet cleaned as well as high traffic areas in bedroom. There was a stain from spilled furniture polish which I was very concerned about. I let them know about it in advance. The service man spent extra time on the stain and was successful. It has been a week and there is no evidence of the spot.I used RugBeaters at the recommendation of a family member who had lots of pet stains.We had them apply Scotch Guard which should help maintain the clean appearance of the carpets.The service man was friendly, courteous and seemly interested in doing a good job.The cost was higher than I could have paid elsewhere but I feel I got the best job for my money.I am impressed with the guarantee they offer and appreciated the call back to check about my satisfaction.I definitely recommend RugBeaters if you want the job done right.

On very close inspection of our tile floor, we discovered the grout wasn't black, and the tiles weren't blotchy in color- the floor was just VERY dirty with 20+ years of ground in dirt! (We purchased the house 4 years ago.) Stacey was so helpful when we called the office to arrange an appointment. The tehnicians- Chip and Katelyn, arrived on time and we discussed the needs. They got to work using powerful and effective equipment I didn't have. After two hours of meticulous work, the floor looks practically new! Better than we had hoped, and the grout is taupe once again!! Excellent work, respect and care of our property, friendly interaction, and good advice on routine cleaning. We highly recommend the RugBeater.

We came back to Rug Beaters after having area rugs cleaned a couple of years ago to have our couches and wall to wall cleaned. Our couches look like new (over 10 years old each!) and we also had the same area rugs taken out for cleaning. Highly recommend them!

After using other chain cleaners in the past, I wanted someone new. I read all reviews and chose The Rug Beater based on what I read. They did not disappoint and even went above and beyond!Phil arrived on time, as scheduled looking professional. He measured room by room to give exact price without guessing. He was meticulous the entire time always respecting our home. He even used a door sock to prevent the opening and shutting of our front door in the cool weather.Once complete he wiped all areas that may have gotten wet, tile next to carpet etc. He even wiped down a window that may have gotten splashed from loft above! The carpet looks fantastic and the treat bag left was just icing on the cake.10/10 would definitely recommend!!

A few years ago, the Rugbeater commercial on WDAC radio caught my attention when they were trying to see if their employees were related to each other. While it was an amusing commercial, it stuck in the back of my mind and when we needed our carpets cleaned, guess who we called?I appreciated the professionalism of the gentleman who did the cleaning. During renovation a plastic sticky film was placed on our stairs carpeting to protect it. The sticky residue left on the carpet was a magnet for dirt. Sam from Rug Beater used an enzyme to remove the glue from the carpet. The result was amazing. We're very pleased with the appearance of our carpet and Sam's hard work.
