How I miss Redden's. It was bright and cheerful with gifts, candy, fabrics, sewing needs, and cheerful people. You were waited on quickly, the pharmacists had time to help you, you could sit and read a magazine while they filled your prescription and nothing took long. I loved to go in there. Now that it has turned into CVS, it seems darkish, no one looks happy, my favorite pharmacist left, no one is ever at the front counter, and so few people are working in the store that it takes 45 minutes to get something filled. They always say "fifteen minutes" but that doesn't include the 10 minutes you already waited in line and it's not accurate anyway. The store needs to have more employees. It is so obvious. You can tell it isn't a happy place to work. The person who gives the vaccines is nice and does a good job.

Every single time I need diabetic supplies from this location they take at least a week to fill! Over the. Last year when needing to get the syringes for insulin, they are always out or on back order and w mom being out of her current ones and they can't get them til Monday? Nearest other pharmacy is 15miles away from this pharmacy. This location needs to get their act together cause they have been slacking since CVS took over.

Never sending my prescriptions here again. Probably a reason I been here for years and never knew there was a CVS there until last week. Short haired lady was disturbingly rude for someone in a customer service position.

I came from Ithaca for my COVID-19 booster shot. Jody at the pharmacy was absolutely incredible! She was super friendly, accommodating, and efficient. My friends and I were helped right away and she even gave my friend a walk-in. Normally getting a vaccine isn’t a fun time, but Jody creates a great environment. Give her a raise!

My insurance requires me to use CVS. This is the closest one and it’s 45 minutes away. On several occasions they haven’t had the medication I needed. I always call to make sure my prescriptions are available before I drive there. Today I was told my prescriptions were filled and waiting for me when in fact they didn’t even have the medication!

Only cvs in the world not open on sunday should have just kept it the local owned drug store if nothing was gonna change
