I, Love Coming, To Pet Supplies in Stroudsburg, PA. They have the best selections for my cats from low-grade to high grade foods. I absolutely love the staff at the Stroudsburg store. Everyone is always so nice and friendly and so helpful. It’s always so enjoyable to be around them. I absolutely recommend the staff and the Manager Nicole, Sana and Carlos absolutely rock!!! Amazing staff for sure and great selection of foods. Always saving money for my visits. I’m very thankful for their visits.

I ordered from them for the first time and received outstanding service from the Stroudsburg's Store Manager Kelly! I had issues with placing the order and she assisted me. She was so friendly and patient with me! I give them a "10 STAR RATING"!!!!!!

Turned away 8pm because they apparently have a policy of not baths an hour before closing. This rule is not found on the website of locally posted. 8:06 I was onsite, is not like we showed up 8:50 and they close at 9pm.Very discouraging and really disappointed at the way the person from the far counter decided to approach the situation. The lady that came to the bath room was kind and it seemed like she would had been ok by allowing my dobe at this time.

Love coming here. They have pretty much everything you need for your pet. They have a variety of fish that many other nearby pet chains don't have. The staff are all so friendly.

Doi it yourself professional doggie bath w shampoo, a smock, unlimited towels and a grooming dryer!!! $14.95 or 4 washes for $40???My new favorite place up there with a trail hike with my furry friend!!

They have the high tubs so you don't break your back bathing your own dog. Ask about the dirty dog discount too.

We wanted to get a new Cat Tree. So we went to Pet Smart & it was $149!! Then we went to Pet Supplies Plus & the same Cat Tree was on sale for $89!!! Woot woot!! What a great deal!! Misha & Oliver love it! You can see Oliver is in total love with it! Thanks guys!

I have always had a great shopping experience at this store. The employees are friendly and always willing to help. They greet people with a smile. When I've used the curbside pickup, everyone has been pleasant and respectful.There are times when a product that i'm looking for may be low or out of stock. But, that comes with shopping at a smaller store, I think. I think that it's worth that happening sometimes, because I enjoy the more personal experience of the smaller store. And I don't mind having to come back to get an item with it's back in stock because it's such a pleasant experence.

A big variety of brands for dogs and cats, they had wash for dogs which is great since there isn't much around the area that has dog washing availability. Staff is friendly and approachable. No lines they move quickly on the check out

I can’t give 5 ⭐️ because the horrible experience I had when I went to get the dogs shots. First, It’s chaos & confusion.The person who takes the information was unprepared & rude. She couldn’t find information when we pre-paid and stated out loud that we missed the last appt. after the third time of her reminding me that we missed the last appointment, I had to divulge to her in front of all the others on line that I missed it due to a sudden death in the family, I wanted to cry. It was quite embarrassing.The people giving the shots were very kind & helpful, as well as the staff at the register.

Just needed a heat lamp bulb for bearded dragon and Pet Smart was out of stock and this store had one. Have gotten other things over the years and never had any problems. Easy in and out. Plenty of parking.
