I had a devastating experience at this place. I boarded my 2 cats, Loki and Soleil from October 6-17, 2023. I was out of the country and this was the only place that took cats. The day I came back, I was excited to see my babies. My husband received a call from Linda Carrier who said, "I lost your cat, Soleil! Can you come find her? She got out of the building and is on the roof". My heart dropped. I dropped everything I was doing and rushed there with my husband. Our cat was GONE. Linda was not even in the facility 5 minutes before we got there. She was at staples, she said. No employees were looking. We were 45 minutes away. When we finally came face to face with Linda, I asked, What is your policy? What do we do? Who can we call to help? Where is your team? She said she has nothing in place for this situation because she never had to deal with it. She simply said, 'I can't even walk! You should just be patient and come back in about 6 days and call for her...' There are no cameras in the facility according to her. She said she never had a cat that was so smart.... Well, if you leave a door to the outside open and are trying to transfer a terrified cat from a cage to a carrier, I would bolt too!I asked her to get a professional to help. She said NO. I asked if I could look inside the facility in case she was hiding somewhere. She said NO. This woman was Cold and couldn't care less. At first, she seemed emotionally affected but that quickly turned into anger and non action. I posted on social media asking for help. I made fliers. I went door to door and begged neighbors to help. The best news is after 2 weeks, I got her back! That is a blessing.This woman Linda, never apologized, never took accountability for her negligence or our suffering. We suffered every second Soleil was gone. Soleil suffered out in the wilderness for 2 weeks. She also had to suffer an emergency vet visit which we paid for. Our hearts hurt because when you board your family member, you expect to get them back. And, if something terrible happens, you would expect some help or accountability.I am writing this because I would never want another human or animal to suffer the same fate or worse. So, if you must board your loved one, at least you can be empowered with this information. I will NEVER make this mistake again.

Absolutely wonderful place to take my dogs! Unfortunately the one location I usually dropped my dogs off was unavailable so I called and they were so pleasant to deal with.Prices are extremely fair for boarding and very easy to deal with. If you need a boarder for the time being with your animals this is the place to go.

I have taken my mother in laws dog here for her while she is on vacation every year. Her puppy’s are always very happy when I leave them. Linda is awesome and she takes great care of your pet. I recommend Linda and the pet corral to everyone.

Used their services for my 2 pups (Pittbull and pittbill mix) while we went away for 11 days. I was nervous because this was my first time leaving my pets at boarding facility but felt better once I met Linda. When I came back to get the pups they seemed to be in good health and happy. They have VERY reasonable prices. Only thing I wish is that I would be able to see the inside of the facility and that I could get updates while they are there.

I worked for Linda or many years and know that she and her husband take great care of the dogs. I always did my best to make the dogs feel comfortable. Not only are they the best people for taking care of your pets they are excellent people to work for. Even after being away from the area for so many years, this was still the best job I had with the best bosses in the world. They also took care of my parents dogs very well after I moved away. No one I would trust more with my pets. Not being biased at all!!!

I had a meducal emergency had to leave for a month. Linda at pet corral was there for me. My 2 shepherds were famously cared for and happy. I have boarded there some years back for a few days with another dog i had whom Linda also groomed. First time for my big girls, whom never been apart from me. I was nervous, but have nothing for praises, my girls were happy n well cared for. I would never go anywhere else. She is very reasonable priced.

I brought my sons German Shepherd here for a weeks stay. They are amazing! They provide loving care for the pets! I am not one to leave my animals at a Boarding facility but when I went to meet them prior to bringing gunner I was immediately put at ease. It is the only place I will ever leave him while I’m on vacation! They are extremely reasonable as well! Thank you for taking such good care of Gunner!

There is no doubt about it Linda and her husband are the best caring people for your animal. We have been taking our dog for years and they work hard at more than fair prices. They love all the animals, I have only actually seen dogs but now thinking will have to ask. Linda who we see most as she hides her husband in the back working, always has a few minutes to chat and send you off with a smile. Thank you to Pet Corral for keeping good service AND reasonable prices without all the gimmicks.

I picked my fur baby up after 6 nights and he was covered in feces and urine. He was soaked when we picked him up. He had sores on his feet and legs looks like urine burn on his pads. I feel like they just throw food and water and that is it. They never leave the cage.
