I came here to buy a few things for my house but ended up getting a few things more. I bought two leather swivel chairs. The store manager and a strong young man went the extra mile to help the items safely and properly into my SUV. This led to me getting them to me home damaged. I could not be more pleased with the experience.

Love this place somethings are priced high but you can still find good deals definitely could bring down the prices considering they get these items at a fraction of what we pay as consumers I'm pretty sure they pay by the truck load. I don't think they have control on inventory orders. So even if they sold everything at $5.00 they would make there money back plus profit. But everything is name brand and good quality so to pay less than retail is good enough but it would hurt to lower prices a little bit I'm sure they would rather move products than keep them

A bit disappointing! They have plenty of items but their prices are too high for the quality and they don’t have enough staff to help on the floor.The other thing that I notice every time I am there, there is usually only one cashier and she is always busy talking to people and not paying attention to the line. At TJ Max the line can be a mile long but they always check you out quickly and they have a great staff.

This is a very nicely merchandised store with as good of a selection as I’ve seen at almost any Home Goods I’ve been to, and appears to be kept very clean and organized. There are certain things you can buy there that really are a “score,” which is becoming rarer and rarer, so I appreciate that prices are being kept competitive. The credit card pitch at the check out counter is, however, very aggressive and off-putting enough to make me think twice about coming in. I think I was probably getting visibly uncomfortable after I said no thanks for the first time and still had to sit through having the card benefits described in excruciating detail to me. I am a retail manager, I get why the card needs to be pitched, but my best performers are able to get folks interested in using our memberships without this kind of over-the-top approach.

What a great experience today.🙂 I've always shopped at HomeGoods I could probably be an influencer lol. So I went in thinking that my damage item was not going to happen but I took a chance. Spoke to Charlie the manager and he was super awesome👍. He honored my exchange with no hassle. Thank you, you're the best. 👏

Went to HomeGoods looking for a specific item. I was pleased with the pleasent employees & helpfullness. I found what I was looking for as well. My only complaint is some of the prices are a bit high.
