Grandpa Joe's is a paradise for kids, offering a wide variety of candies at reasonable prices. With numerous options, it becomes challenging to control your child once inside. The $5 candy buffet was a perfect addition to the tour, enabling you to fill an entire box. Undoubtedly, it's one of the finest candy shops in North PA. The only downside is limited street-side parking. I highly recommend visiting this shop if you're in town.

EVERYTHING you can imagine and then some! From a 3lb Gummy Worm to Japanese unique Specialty candies!! Old school & new new. Very clean, & The Staff was Beyond amazing and helpful to our daughter on her bday. The $5 candy buffet was perfect to top of the tour. This is hands down one of the BEST CANDY shops in North PA. Easy to park, a beautiful walk up to store front and plenty of room inside. It goes all the way back! Bulk items available in the back room if you're loading up for a party. This is a MUST stop for all bday girls. Her little brother made out like a bandit so of course he loved her bday surprise.Please check out Grandpa Joe's! You'll love the small town vibe & big flavor!

This store is nostalgic. Once you step in, your jaw drops. You can buy all sorts of candy from when your parents were little, to candy of what you grew up with to candy now. All kinds of soda. From bacon soda to root beer to old school 7 up. Little knick Knacks to socks and magnets. If you have a real candy addiction. This is the place for you.

I’ve never walked into this place without being warmly welcomed. A fantastic collection of candy from around the world. And a $5 candy buffet that as long as your box closes, you can pack as much as you want into it. Don’t forget the different sodas from all around the US, with all kinds of interesting flavors. Our go-to, first stop whenever we go to Stroudsburg.(We’ve been to the Bethlehem PA location, and it’s fine - but this one is superior. All that’s missing is a soda fountain when I can get a good egg cream!)

Grandpa Joe's is a great place to find all the nostalgic candy. In addition, it's great for candy from overseas. Their $5 fill up box is fun for kids and adults alike.The selection of sodas and unique gifts and toys makes this shop a place to check out when you need someone out of the ordinary.

Such a cool store! There is something in here for everyone. I am a big fan of the fudge and the treats behind the glass. Cashiers are always very friendly and helpful. Must stop in when you are on Main Street or looking for specialty candies most stores don't sell!

My wife and I wandered in randomly and were extremely surprised by the huge variety of candy (and soda). It goes without saying that this would be an amazing place to bring kids!I think the best part for us was the ability to fill a box with a bunch of assorted candies for only $5 a box. We didn't need to deal with obscure weights and scales to see how much it would cost. Simple and efficient!Also, the staff was beyond helpful and pleasant, they were wonderful and a joy to speak to.

If you want a nostalgia trip, I would suggest this place. They got candy from your youth and candy from around the world. The young woman on shift was excellent; very helpful and customer service oriented. They have a great selection of sodas to taste. I bought 29 different root beers from here and they had even more, best place I've ever been for variety. If I ever come back to the area, I will definitely stop by again.

At first glance it doesn't seem like much, but the staff is very friendly, the chocolate at the counter is freshly made and amazing quality, $5 fill box which you really get more than you pay. There's a back room that has carbonated beverages like root beer from all over, I found the root beer from Kutztown, and some other classics. They also have the tic-toc freeze dried candy at a better price than neighboring areas. Definitely worth the nostalgic stroll.

This store was a trip through my childhood. They have candy here I haven't seen since I was very young and at phenomenal prices. Also have various odds and ends like adult themed dirty socks, pickle flavored anything you can think of, strange named drinks, and adult themed board games. They have a fabulous imported candy selection. Worth a look around even if you don't buy anything.

So many fun things! It's not just candy- although the candy selection is extensive and full of unique offerings and flavors, as well as classics. There are also funny oven mitts and socks, games and toys, pickle flavored things, edible bugs, and even things for your pets! If you shop there you will laugh and be amazed. Fun for all ages!

Upon walking in, I thought it was smaller than it looked from the door. A few more steps and to my surprise it was a whopping 3 rooms back! So many sections of candy I have never seen before, especially the Haribo section. A great place to buy funny/cute novelty items as well. The very back room has an impressive variety of soda pops to choose from. I don't think I've ever seen so many! Absolutely worth a walk through, and treat yourself hope you're at it. There's no way you won't find something that'll catch your interest.

Cool shop with lots of options for things you wouldn't typically see in other places in the town. A bunch of candies, chips, etc. you would normally only see in other countries like chocolates from England or Chips from Japan. Funky stuff like chocolate covered scorpions and pickle flavored cotton candy. Nearly a full room of old school and weird flavored sodas. Prices on some items are a bit steep, but they're mostly items you can't get anywhere else except online. The woman who was working the few times I was in was very friendly.

This was the best surprise on my last trip to Stroudsburg. An unbelievable selection of candy (the fill-a-box for $5 was fun) and knick knacks (think rubber chickens and stress ball kitties). And then there's the soda room. A literal room full of hard to find, nostalgic weird, delicious soda. I felt blessed to find Clearly Canadian in this room, the first I'd had in over half my lifetime. And it was cheaper than if you order direct from the website. I will definitely go back every time I'm in that area.
